SWAN-DIEHL

Alexis Marie Swan of Tustin, CA and Russell R. Diehl III of Irvine, CA were married August 22, 2004 aboard the Yacht Athena in Newport Beach, CA. The 12 Noon ceremony was performed by Captain Charles R. Pieper. The Bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mark (Cherie) Mazda of Tustin and the late Rodney Swan and granddaughter of Mrs. Photine Rennells of Breesport, NY and Mr. and Mrs. Harry Swan of Horseheads, NY. She currently attends the University of California at Irvine and will graduate in the summer of 2005 with a Bachelors degree in Social Ecology. Alexis will then continue on to obtain her Masters degree in Teaching. The Groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Russell (Diane) Diehl, Jr. of Irvine and grandson of Mrs. Beverley Diehl of Irvine and Colonel William D. Kyle of Ogden, UT. He is a May 2003 graduate of Chapman University with a Bachelors degree in Business and is currently employed as a Mortgage Banker. The Maid of Honor was Morgan Valentine with Stacey Marcinko and Erinn Brennan as Bride's attendants. Madison Diehl served as Flower Girl with Michael Mazda and Preston Diehl as Ring Bearers. The Best Man was Reed Diehl with James Kyle and Ryan Swan as Groomsmen. After a three week honeymoon in Europe, the couple resides in Irvine.
