FINAN - 50TH

Joseph and Joan Finan of Bradford, New York marked their 50th wedding anniversary on Saturday, December 4th, 2004. A surprise celebration was held on August 1, 2004 at the Tyrone Fire Hall. Mr. Joseph Bernard Finan and the former Joan Mae Worthington were married on December 4, 1954 in Dushore, Pennsylvania by Father Granahan at Saint Basilıs Catholic Church. The couple have three children: Shawn Finan of Corning, New York; Kathleen Drake of Canisteo, New York; and the late Joseph Finan Jr. They also have a son-in-law, Vaughn Drake and two grandchildren, Devan and Clay. Joseph Finan is retired from Corning Incorporated and Joan Finan is retired from Bradford Central School.
