Mr. and Mrs. Michael C. Smith of Wellsboro, PA, and Mr. and Mrs. Gerald William Vickery Jr. of Troy, PA announce the engagement of their children, Sarah E. Smith to Bruce L. Vickery. The Bride-elect is a 1998 graduate of Wellsboro High School and a 2002 graduate of Susquehanna University with a Psychology degree. She will pursue a Master's Degree in Elementary School Counseling. The Groom-elect is a 1985 graduate of Troy High School, a 1989 graduate of Mansfield University, and a 1992 graduate of Ohio Northern University Law School. He is a parner at the law firm of Ginn & Vickery P.C. in Wellsboro. The couple plans to wed May 17, 2003.
