STRUBLE - ORTON

Rebecca Marie Struble of Pine City, N.Y., and Kyle David Orton of Walton, N.Y., were united in marriage on July 2, 2005 at the Pennsylvania Avenue United Methodist Church. The 4:00 p.m.. ceremony was officiated by Pastor William Vallet. The bride is the daughter of Robert and Brigid Struble of Pine City and the granddaughter of Elizabeth Struble of Pine City and Alberta Game of Binghamton. She received her bachelors degree from SUNY Geneseo in English, Secondary Education in May 2001. She will complete her masters of science in Adolescence Education at SUNY Binghamton in May 2006. She currently works for the Owego Apalachin Central School District as a 10th grade english teacher/GED Advisor. The groom is the son of Gary and Joan Orton of Walton and the grandson of Lee Tichenor, Stanley, N.Y. He received his bachelors degree in communications from SUNY Geneseo in May 2002. He is currently working toward completing his masters of arts in social sciences at SUNY Binghamton. He works for the Residence Life department at SUNY Binghamton as a Residence Hall Director. The maid of honor was Rebecca Coon and the attendants were Lisa Struble, sister of the bride, Melissa Bennett, Julie Colarusso and Elizabeth Sweeney. The best man was Tyler Frazier and the groomsmen were Ryan Orton, brother of the groom, Dennis Renno, Jordan Weinstein, Jason Piper. After a reception at the Holiday Inn in Elmira, the couple honey mooned at the Outer Banks, N.C.. They are residing in Vestal, N.Y.
