JENNIFER J. SEYLER
ANDOVER - A Memorial Service for Jennifer J. Seyler will be held Saturday, August 7, 2004, at 7 p.m. at the Andover Church of Christ, with Pastor Robert C. Gears officiating. No Calling Hours will be held. Condolences may be sent to the family at P.O. Box 701, Andover, OH 44003. Jennifer, age 31, of Elm Street, Andover, OH, died Wednesday, July 7, 2004, at Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, OH. Arrangements were handled by BAUMGARDNER FUNERAL HOME, 134 Prospect Street, Andover, OH.

Vera M. Hopkins
WILLIAMSFIELD TOWNSHIP - Vera M. Hopkins, 82, of County Line Road, died Friday, Aug. 2, 2002, at UPMC Horizon Hospital, Greenville, Pa.
She was born Feb. 14, 1920, in Cuyahoga Falls, the daughter of Cloy and Dorothy (Dickinson) Criblez.
Mrs. Hopkins was formerly of Nelson Township and had lived in Williamsfield since 1965.
She graduated from Paris High School in 1936, and was a member of MENSA.
She married Noble K. Hopkins on Aug. 23, 1940.
Mrs. Hopkins retired from Cortland Banks in 1984, after working in the Cortland branch for 13 years. She had also worked for H & R Block in Conneaut for two years during tax season; for Johnson Rubber Co., Middlefield, for several years; and for the Portage County Welfare Department as head bookkeeper for five years.
Mrs. Hopkins was a member of Williamsfield United Methodist Church; head librarian for the Williamsfield Community Center Library; was 60-year grange member; and a member of the Southeast Farm Bureau Council.
She enjoyed crossword puzzles, sewing, reading and was an avid Cleveland Indians fan.
Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Louise Adams and Linda Hite of Ravenna; two sons, Loren of Kinsman and Daniel of Williamsfield Township; a brother, Norman Patterson of Atwater; nine grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two great-granddaughters, Jessica Hopkins and Larie Marshall; and two brothers, Lloyd and William Criblez.
Service is 1 p.m., Tuesday at the Baumgardner Funeral Home, 8569 Main St., Kinsman, with the Rev. Julie Hanneman and the Rev. Gregory Davis officiating. Burial will be in Williamsfield Center Cemetery.
Calling hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., Monday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Williamsfield United Methodist Church Memorial Fund, 3353 Route 6, Andover 44003 or Victory Christian School, 2055 Pleasant Valley Road, Niles 44446.

Bessie M. Siekkinen
WILLIAMSFIELD - Bessie M. Siekkinen, 61, of Williamsfield, died Saturday, June 2, 2001, at University Hospital of Cleveland.
Mrs. Siekkinen was born May 24, 1940 in Williamsfield, the daugher of Ernest and Julia Morse.
She was a 1958 graduate of Gustavus High School and retired from Pymatuning State Park, Andover, in 1996 where she was a housekeeper.
She was a member of West Williamsfield Congregational Church, where she taught Sunday school. She also a member of Studebaker Drivers Club, Kinzue Region, Finnish-American Heritage Club and Ashtabula County Antique Engine Club.
Mrs. Siekkinen enjoyed her grandchildren and playing cards.
Survivors include husband; Howard, daughter; Brenda Kringe-Day of Lisbon, two sons; William and Arne of Williamsfield, seven sisters; Nettie Fetters of Andover, Almeda Evans of Canfield, Colleen Hartman of Gustavus, Mary Bishop and Frances Hindes of Palatka, Fla., Susan Wolford and Julia Morse of Kinsman, two brothers; Franz Morse of Warren and Ernie Morse of Youngstown and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by daughter; Virginia in 1963.
Service is Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Galloway Onstott Funeral Home, 3451 State Route 7, Hartford.
Burial is at Williamsfield Center Cemetery.
Calling hours are Tuesday from 5 - 8 p.m.

Elza Cutright
WILLIAMSFIELD TOWNSHIP - Elza "Jim" Cutright, 67, of Mill Street, died Friday, April 6, 2001, at the Veterans Agency Medical Center, Cleveland.
He was born Oct. 24, 1933, the son of Fay and Francs (Cave) Cutright.
He married Hazel Christian on Dec. 29, 1962. He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War.
Mr. Cutright, a lifelong area resident, had worked at American Cynamid, Painesville, for more than 15 years in maintenance and set-up.
He was a member of Veterans of Foreigns Wars Post 9519 and American Legion Post 506 in Kinsman.
He is survived by four sons, Donald F. of Tallahassee, Fla., Christopher E. of Columbus, James W. of Hickory, N.C., and Sidney E. of Williamsfield; three daughters, Dorothy J. Bearden of Panama City, Fla., Alice B. Holly of Ashland, and Evelyn L. Gregory, of Hickory, N.C.; 11 grandchildren; and a brother, Donald of Chandlor, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his wife on April 9, 1998; a brother, Fay Eugene; a sister, Sandra White; and a grandson, Stacy Cutright.
According to the wishes of Mr. Cutright, he will be cremated. Burial of his remains will take place at a later date in Williamsfield Center Cemetery.
His children will hold a private family memorial service Monday.
Baumgardner Funeral Home, 134 Prospect St., Andover, is in charge of the arrangements.

Ronald E. Posey
WILLIAMSFIELD TOWNSHIP ­ Ronald E. Posey, 58, of Stanhope-Kelloggsville Road, died Sunday, May 6, 2001, at the Ashtabula County Medical Center.
He was born Nov. 17, 1942, in Clarksburg, W.Va., the son of John C. and Cordelia (Allen) Posey.
He married Karen Sue Jones on Aug. 17, 1966.
Mr. Posey, formerly of Clarksburg, had been a resident of Williamsfield Township since 1965. He worked for more than 33 years for General Motors Lordstown Assembly Plant as a crib attendant.
He was a member of First Baptist Church of Andover and served in the U.S. Air Force. he was a 1961 graduate of Bristol High School, Salem, W. Va.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Ronald Joseph of Williamsfield; his father, John C. of Clarksburg; two brothers, Denzil and Thomas of Newton Falls; and five sisters, Mina Metz of Lordstown and Martha Davis, Zelda Johnson, Freda Swiger and Karen Sue Posey, all of Clarksburg.
He was preceded in death by his mother; a daughter, Karen Sue on June 20, 1975; and two brothers, Roy L. and B. Wayne.
Services is 11 a.m. Thursday at a Baumgardner Funeral Home, 8569 Main St., Kinsman. Burial will be in West Williamsfield Cemetery.
Calling hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Ashtabula County, 2420 Lake Ave., Ashtabula 44004.

Margaret Byers Loucks Hietanen
WILLIAMSFIELD - Margaret Byers Loucks Hietanen, 85, of Locust Drive, died Wednesday, August 6, 2003, at her home.
She was born December 2, 1917, in McClellandtown, PA, the daughter of Daniel and Nancy Jane (Byers) Snyder and had returned to Ashtabula County in 2001 after living 25 years in Avon Park, FL.
Prior to her retirement, she worked as a bookkeeper for Carlisle's for many years.
She taught ballroom dancing and polkas and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and family.
Survivors include her son, Daniel S. Loucks of Ashtabula; her daughter, Gwen Togger of Williamsfield; two stepchildren, Dorothy Upole and Richard Hietanen; 7 grandchildren, Daniel, Robyn, Christopher, Gina, Bryan, Rosemarie, and Lynn; 9 great-grandchildren; and one brother, John Robert Snyder of Ashtabula.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Frank B. Loucks, Jr.; her second husband, Vaino "Vic" Hietanen; her son, Frank B. Loucks III; her grandson Michael Togger; and her parents.
A Service will be held 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 9, 2003, at the Greenlawn Memory Gardens Mausoleum Chapel, 3140 East Center Road, North Kingsville. Reverend Dr. Clyde A. McGee, Pastor of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Conneaut, will officiate. Entombment will follow.
Calling Hours will be 6 to 8 p.m. today, August 8, 2003, at the DUCRO FUNERAL HOME, 4524 Elm Avenue, Ashtabula.
Contributions may be made to the Animal Protective League, 5970 Green Road, Ashtabula, OH 44004.

Stephen Pollock
WILLIAMSFIELD TOWNSHIP - Stephen Pollock, 85, formerly of Johnston, died Friday, Feb. 8, 2002, at North Side Hospital, Youngstown.
Born Oct. 7, 1916, he was a son of George and Katherine (Pushovich) Pollock.
Mr. Pollock was a 1934 Maplewood High School graduate. He farmed in the Johnston area and also worked for the Shaffer Equipment Co..
A veteran of the U.S. Army, Mr. Pollock served during World War II in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. For his service, he received Bronze Stars and Good Conduct medals.
He enjoyed machine work, farming and gardening.
Survivors include two daughters, Stephanie R. Wilson of Chandler, Ariz., and Valerie R. Pollock of Cortland; four sisters, Katie Elkins of Mecca, Ann Shuler of Cortland, Mary McCloskey of Boardman, and Helen Pollock of Jacksonville, Fla.; and a brother, Tom of Longbeach, Calif.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Mike and Joe ; and two sisters, Mildred and Barb Pollock.
Mr. Pollock will be cremated.
Baumgardner Funeral Home, 8569 Main St., Kinsman, has charge of the arrangements.
