USA High School Yearbooks by State and County

Beulah M. Anderson, age 87, a longtime resident of Mentor, died Saturday, Nov. 13, 2010, at Briar Hill Nursing Home in Middlefield. She was born Aug. 1, 1923, in Mentor.
Mrs. Anderson was a homemaker. She was a World War II veteran, serving as a U.S. Navy WAVE. She had many hobbies, including doll collecting, and was an avid league bowler. She was a loving aunt.
She is survived by her sister, Betsy Wakeman of Ashtabula. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edmond; two sisters, Grace Woodworth and Eve Fuerst; two brothers, Elton and Gerald Mattice and parents, George and Ida Mae Mattice.
Funeral service will be noon Wednesday November 17, 2010 at Brunner Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 8466 Mentor Ave., Mentor, where the family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the time of the service on Wednesday.
Interment will be at Mentor Cemetery in Mentor. The family will host a reception immediately following the burial at the Brunner Community Room.
Contributions may be made in Mrs. Anderson's memory to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 300 E. 185th St., Cleveland, OH 44119.

Daniel Lawrence Richardson age 24 a lifelong Mentor resident.
Died; Wednesday September 8, 1999 at Lake Hospital Systems in Painesville, Ohio
Born; July 7, 1975 Euclid, Ohio
Dan attended Reynolds and Dale R. Rice Elementary Schools in Mentor. At Shore Junior High he enjoyed running track, skateboarding and woodworking. He handled a 115 customer paper route. Dan graduated from Mentor High School in 1994 and continued his schooling at Willoughby Technical school earning a Diversified Co-operative Health Occupation Certificate in 1995. Dan attended Lakeland Community College. He enriched our lives with his kind words, his mechanical ability and his willingness to always try his best.
He is Survived by his Mother, Rebeckah Richardson (Drake) of Mentor, his Father Lawrence B. Richardson of Mentor, 1 Sister, Sarah Richardson of Mentor, a Grandmother, Emma A. Drake of Mentor, 2 Aunts, Linda (Elton) Carraway of Gable, SC., Dawn (James) Kissinger of Fullerton, Ca. and several Cousins.
He is preceded in death by his Grandparents Dr. George (Jean) Richardson, his Grandfather Oliver D. Drake and his Great Grandmother Harriet S. Garner.
Services will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday at Brunner Funeral Home & Cremation Service 8466 Mentor Ave. Mentor, OH 44060 where the family will receive friends 1-2 pm.
Contributions may be made to Neighboring Mental Health Services 5930 Heisley Rd. Mentor, O. 44060 or to the family, in memory of Daniel.

Funeral service for Thomas A. “Bud” Baker, age 70, of Perry will be held 8 p.m. Thursday at Brunner-Nixon Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 176 N. State St, Painesville.
Mr. Baker died Monday July 22, 2002.
He was born July 19, 1932 in Uniontown, Pa., he lived in Cleveland before moving to Perry
A mechanic at the Madison Country Club in Madison for 8 years. A mechanic by trade he would spend most of his time tinkering in his garage fixing cars and building things. He also enjoyed farming and raising animals.
A U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War in which he was a paratrooper. He was a member of VFW post # 6846 in Geneva. Mr. Baker was a devoted father, grandfather and great grandfather, he will be greatly missed.
Survivors include his daughters Andrea (Kevin) Noble and Debra R. Wizniak; step-children Ronald (Donna) Wizniak, Donald ( Sandy) Wizniak, John Michael Wizniak and Laurene (Buzz) Nelson; son in law Barney Hurt; He was a grandfather and great grandfather; former wife Donna.
He was preceded in death by his step daughter Sharon Hurt.
Family will receive friends from 7-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Inurnment 9 a.m. Saturday at Perry Cemetery, Corner of Middle Ridge and Center Rd. in Perry
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in memory of Thomas Baker c/o Kevin Noble.

Funeral service for Helen Boles, age 84, of Mentor will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday at Brunner Funeral Home & Cremation Service 8466 Mentor Ave., Mentor.
Mrs. Boles died Monday, July 15, 2002 at River Oaks Assisted Living in Englewood, Florida.
She was born April 16, 1918 in Cleveland, she had lived in Mentor for the past 45 years.
Mrs. Boles was a homemaker. She was a graduate of West Tech High School in Cleveland; Leader for both the Brownies and Girl Scouts while living in Painesville; Charter member of Mentor Headlands Baptist Church; Past President of the Daughters of America, Painesville Chapter; delivered Meals on Wheels in Mentor for 20 years; Active member of the Lake County Republican Organization and served as Precinct 4-C; Mentor chairperson.
Survivors include her daughter Barbara (Ted) Stutzman of Rotonda West, Florida; grandchildren Duane Stutzman of Scottsdale, Arizona, Linnie (David) Timm of Englewood, Florida, and Ryan (Kathleen) Stutzman of Highlands Ranch, Colorado; great-grandchildren Erin Timm, Lindsey Stutzman, and Jeremy Stutzman; brothers George Lipcsey of Cleveland and Andrew Lipcsey of Cleveland.
She was preceded in death by her husband Walter Boles; parents Louis and Mary Lipcsey; brother Adam Lipcsey; sister Mary Havanchak.
Family will receive friends 3-7 p.m. Wednesday.
Interment Mentor Cemetery, Mentor.
In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions be made to Hospice of Venice, Florida, 220 Wexford Blvd., Venice, FL 34293.

Michael Keresztesy Jr., age 74, of Mentor for the past 42 years, died Tuesday, Aug. 30, 2011, at University Hospital in Cleveland. He was born Jan. 21, 1937, in Szaszregen, Hungary.
Michael immigrated via Germany to the United States after World War II. He graduated from Ohio State University with a bachelor of science in engineering.
Mr. Keresztesy was an engineer for SCM Chemicals in Ashtabula for nine years until his retirement in 1996. Prior to that, he was an engineer at the former Ohio Rubber Company in Willoughby for 22 years.
He was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Church in Mentor. Mr. Keresztesy was a devoted husband, father and grandfather.
Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Marie (Bene) Keresztesy; children, Michael (Debbie) Keresztesy III of Munson Township Dr. Mark Keresztesy of Chicago and Michelle (LTC. Brian) Murphy of Belgium; grandchildren, Amanda, Alexandra, Audra, Anna, Ava, Matthew and Michael Keresztesy, Megan, Patrick and Shannon Murphy; and sister, Ildiko (Jack) Korossy of Kirtland Hills.
Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Mihaly and Margit (Kiss) Keresztesy.
The funeral mass will be 10 am Saturday September 3, 2011 at St. Mary of the Assumption Church, 8560 Mentor Ave., Mentor.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Brunner Sanden Deitrick Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 8466 Mentor Ave., Mentor.
Interment will be in Mentor Cemetery in Mentor.

Funeral service for Harold A. “Pete” Amundsen , age 78, of Mentor will be held 11 a.m. Friday at Brunner Funeral Home & Cremation Service 8466 Mentor Ave. Mentor.
Mr. Amundsen died Sunday Hillcrest Hospital in Mayfield.
He was born July 15,1924 Gardner, Mass., he lived in Euclid before moving to Mentor 14 years ago.
Retired Payroll Manager from GE Nela-Park for 35 years retiring in 1983
Survivors include his son James (Sharon) Amundsen of Mentor; 4 grandchildren; James, Michael, Kristen and Daniel Amundsen; sister Ruth (Richard) Waite of Pa.
He was preceded in death by his wife Nellie E. Amundsen; sister Martha Feltmarch.
Family will receive friends Thursday 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

In keeping with Mrs. Kunkle’s wishes, no services will be held for June C. Kunkle, age 67, of Mentor.
Mrs. Kunkle died Sunday July 28, 2002 at Hospice of the Western Reserve in Cleveland.
She was born January 29, 1935 in Cleveland, she lived in Cleveland before moving to Mentor.
Mrs. Kunkle was a school bus driver in Mentor for 15 years.
Survivors include her husband Glenn; daughters Dawn Cook Skully of Maryland, Holly (John Halupka) Cook of Maryland, Wendy Kunkle of Colorado, and Heather Kunkle of Ohio; son Christopher (Kelly) Kunkle of Ohio; brother James (Louise) Sigl of Ohio; sister Sandra (Joseph) Haba of Maryland; grandsons Blasé Skully III, Dana Skully, Jesse Cook, and Clemmie Kunkle.
She was preceded in death by her parents Frank and Minnie Mae Sigl.
Family requests in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve 300 E. 185th St., Cleveland 44119.
