Maryanne V. Bock, 59
Services will be held Feb. 15, 2 p.m., in Longswamp United Church of Christ, Mertztown, for Maryanne V. Bock, North Whitehall Township, Lehigh County, who died of natural causes Feb. 7 in the Hospice Unit of Lehigh Valley Hospital.
Burial will be in Longswamp Cemetery .
Born in Emmaus, Lehigh County, she was a daughter of Virginia (Engleman) Schueck Mest, Emmaus, the late Melvin Schueck.
Until retiring in July 2001, she was employed as anusing assistant by Lehigh Valley Hospital for 21 years. She previously operated both a bakery and housekeeping business from her home in Longswamp Township for several years.
Bock was a longtime volunteer for the Northeast Lupus Foundation, based in Scranton.
She was a member of Longswamp United Church of Christ, Mertztown.
Also surviving are two daughters, Karen A. Bock, at home, and Barbara A. (Bock) Jennings, Hazleton.
Other survivors include a sister, Eileen Schueck, Emmaus; and three brothers: Jerry Schueck, Orefield; David Schueck, Zionsville, Lehigh County; and Jeffrey Schueck, Freemansburg, Northampton County.
She was predeceased by a son, Ronald R. Bock, who died April 29, 1993.
The Ludwick Funeral Home, Topton, is in charge of arrangements.

Marian J. Clark, 71
Services were held in Glad Tidings Church, West Lawn, for Marian J. Clark, who died of natural causes Feb. 9 in her Main Street, Fleetwood residence.
Burial was in Fleetwood Cemetery .
She was the wife of George W. Clark Jr.
Born in Mohrsville, she was a daughter of the late Charles W. and Esther (Degler) Zimmerman.
Until retiring, she was employed as a waitress for various restaurants for 25 years.
She was a member of Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church, West Lawn.
Also surviving are two sons, Michael P. Clark and Richard C. Clark, both of Fleetwood; and two daughters, Patricia A. (Clark) Dobbs, Fleetwood, and Crystal D. (Clark) Glass, Sarasota, Fla.
There are also nine grandchildren.
Other survivors include a brother, Larry Zimmerman, Centre Township; and two sisters, Pauline (Zimmerman) Siefret, Mohrsville, and Brenda (Zimmerman) Zellers, Weatherly, Carbon County.
The Mae A. Stump Funeral Home, Fleetwood, was in charge of arrangements.

Lorraine A. Faust, 42
The John P. Feeney Funeral Home, Reading, was in charge of arrangements for Lorraine A. Faust, who died Feb. 7 in her Wales Way, Blandon residence.
The cause of death is under investigation.
Born in Pottstown, she was a daughter of Kenneth Faust, Columbia, S.C., and the late Elsie (Reider) Thompson.
She was employed as a nurse’s aide by Spruce Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, West Reading, for seven years.
Surviving are David C. Benjamin, with whom she resided, and two daughters, Lindsey N. and Merissa C. Benjamin, both at home.
Other survivors include two sisters, Kay (Faust) Day, Mertztown and Deanna Faust, Emmaus, Lehigh County.

Jennie M. Fegley, 94
Services were held in Becker’s (St. Peter’s) Church, Molltown, for Jennie M. Fegley, East Main Street, Kutztown, who died Feb. 9 in Reading Hospital, where she had been a patient five days.
Burial was in the adjoining church Cemetery .
She was predeceased by her husband, Harold C. Fegley, who died March 27, 1986.
Born in Richmond Township, she was a daughter of the late Morris and Minnie (Strause) Boyer.
Until retiring in the early 1970’s, she was employed as a seamstress by the Fleetwood Shirt Co. for more than 35 years.
She was a member of Becker’s (St. Peter’s) Lutheran Church, Molltown.
Surviving are two sons, Harold H. Fegley, Fleetwood, and LeRoy P. Fegley, Wescosville, Lehigh County; and a daughter, Jane E. (Fegley) Pflieger, Gillette, Wyo.
There are also nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
Other survivors include two sisters, Eva A. (Boyer) Wahl, Fleetwood, and May C. (Boyer) Brintzenhoff, a resident at ManorCare Health Services, Inc., Muhlenberg Township.
The Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, was in charge of arrangements.

Hilda M. Neusch, 94
Retired Topton area teacher
Memorial services will be held April 25, 2 p.m., in Grace Lutheran Church, Topton, for Hilda M. Neusch, formerly of Topton, who died April 8 in the Henry Health Care Center of the Lutheran Home at Topton, where she had resided since Jan. 30, 1999.
Burial will be private in Hope Cemetery , Dryville.
She was predeceased by her husband, Henry G. Neusch, who died on May 13, 1985.
Born in Rockland Township, she was a daughter of the late Alan S. and Sarah C. (Scheidt) Angstadt.
She was a graduate of Kutztown Normal School, and continued her education at Penn State University and University of Pennsylvania.
Until retiring in 1968, she was employed as a first-grade teacher in the Topton and Brandywine Heights school districts for 35 years.
Surviving is a nephew, the Rev. Lee Angstadt, Boyertown.
The Ludwick Funeral Home, Topton, was in charge of arrangements.

Ruth E. Herman, 94
Services were held in the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, for Ruth E. Herman, of Kutztown, who died April 11 in Luther Crest Retirement Community, Allentown, where she had been a resident since June 30, 1995.
Burial was in Charles Baber Cemetery , Pottsville.
She was predeceased by her husband, Benjamin A. Herman, who died March 4, 2002.
Born in Pottsville, she was a daughter of the late Franklin D. and Mabel T. (Thomas) Redcay.
She was a 1930 graduate of Philadelphia General Hospital School of Nursing.
Herman was a member of St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, Kutztown.
Surviving is a son, Benjamin P. Herman, Allentown; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Erma M. Stump, 91
Retired area teacher
Services were held in the Robert S. Nester Funeral Home, New Tripoli, for Erma M. Stump, who died April 11 in her Stump Road, Greenwich Township residence.
Burial was in Friedens Lutheran Church Cemetery , Greenwich Township.
She was predeceased by her husband, Amandus W. Stump, who died in 1999.
Born in Lynn Township, she was a daughter of the late George A. and Estella C. (Long) Billig.
She was a graduate of Slatington High School, Lehigh County, and Kutztown State Teacher’s College.
Until retiring in 1975, she was employed 45 years as a teacher, first at the Camps Valley one-room school, Stines Corner, Lehigh County, then Fetherolf’s School in Kempton. She later taught at the Lynnville and Lynn Heidelberg schools and finished her career at Northwestern Lehigh High School, New Tripoli.
Stump was a member of Friedens Lutheran Church, Stony Run.
Surviving are two daughters, Cecile A. (Stump) Longsdale, Unionville, Chester County, and Millyann K. (Stump) Bittner, Stines Corner.
There are also three grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
Other survivors include three sisters: Beulah (Billig) Fredrick, Allentown; Alice (Billig) Lauck, Reading; and Irene (Billig) Beibelheimer, New Ringgold, Schuylkill County.

Benjamin Salkowskie, 86
Private services were held in Christ Lutheran Church, Glenside, for Benjamin J. Salkowskie, formerly of Kutztown, who died April 13 in the Wyomissing Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Reading, where he had resided since Dec. 16, 1996.
Burial was in Hope Cemetery , Kutztown.
He was predeceased by his wife, Sophie M. (Sleece) Salkowskie, who died Sept. 3, 1983.
Born in New York City, he was a son of the late Peter and Stella Salkowskie.
Until retiring in 1981, he was employed as a presser by Bernie Sportswear, Passaic, N.J., for 40 years.
He was a World War II Army veteran.
Surviving is a daughter, Madelene M. (Salkowskie) Petty, Reading; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Other survivors include a sister, Josephine (Salkowskie) Romanchick, Garfield, N.J., and a brother, Al E. Salkowskie, Wichita Falls, Texas.
The Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, was in charge of arrangements.

Donald P. Wagaman, 68
Services were held in the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, for Donald P. Wagaman, of Lyons Road, Rockland Township, who died of natural causes April 11 shortly after arrival at Reading Hospital.
Burial was in New Jerusalem Union Cemetery , Rockland Township.
He was the husband of Brenda L. (Schaeffer) Wagaman.
Born in Albany Township, he was a son of Marian E. (Herman) Wagaman Reimert, Kutztown, and the late Paul Wagaman.
Until retiring in May 1998, he was employed as a delivery driver by Coca-Cola, Reading, for 28 years.
He was a member of New Jerusalem Lutheran Church, Rockland Township.
Wagaman was an Army National Guard veteran.
Also surviving are two sons, Dean P. Wagaman, Walnutport, Lehigh County, and Todd A. Wagaman, Easton, Northampton County; and two daughters, Dawn R. (Wagaman) Wartzenluft, Mertztown, and Amanda M. Wagaman, at home.
There are also three grandchildren.

Helen M. Reichert, 96
Services were held in St. Joseph’s (Hill) Church, Pike Township, for Helen M. Reichert, formerly of Landis Store, who died April 9 in the Henry Health Care Center at the Lutheran Home at Topton, where she had resided since March 7, 1996.
Burial was in the adjoining Cemetery .
She was predeceased by her husband, Earl H. Reichert, who died Jan. 9, 1991.
Born in Hereford Township, she was a daughter of the late Franklin and Emma (Albitz) Mest.
She and her husband were the owners/operators of the M.M. Reichert Hotel and General Store at Landis Store from 1925 to 1950.
Reichert was a member of St. Joseph’s (Hill) Lutheran Church, Pike Township.
Surviving are two sons, Ernest A. Reichert, Alburtis, and Charles F. Reichert, Boyertown.
There are also four grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and two great-great-granddaughters.
