Dorothy S. Gleim, 88, of 202 Chestnut St., Mt. Holly Springs, died Sunday, July 27, 1997 in Manor Care Health Services, South Middleton Township.
Born Aug. 17, 1908 in Gardners, she was a daughter of the late George and Ethel Myers Sidesinger and the widow of Ira K. Gleim, who died Aug. 3, 1983.
Mrs. Gleim was retired from the former Kimberly-Clark Corp., Mt. Holly Springs. She was a member of Mt. Holly Springs United Methodist Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Doris S., with whom she lived, and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Gibson-Hollinger Funeral Home, 501 N. Baltimore Ave., Mt. Holly Springs, with the Rev. Bradley Knepp and the Rev. J. Kenneth Barner officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Holly Springs Cemetery.
Friends may call from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Services for Douglas C. Gotshall, 34, of 135 Kline Road, Shippensburg, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home, 112 W. King St., Shippensburg.
He died Saturday, July 26, 1997 in Penn State University Hospital, Hershey Medical Center.
Born Jan. 25, 1963 in Harrisburg, he was a son of Dennis L. Gotshall of Shippensburg and Diane K. Bahney Gehres of Tampa, Fla.
Mr. Gotshall was a former employee of the Beistle Co., Shippensburg. He was a graduate of Shippensburg Area High School and attended the Institute of Real Estate Studies, Camp Hill.
He attended St. James United Brethren Church, Chambersburg.
He was past master of Cumberland Valley Lodge No. 315 Free and Accepted Masons. He was a member of the Masonic Motorcycle Club International, The Hub City Club, Auto Racing Club of Hagerstown, Buick GS Club of America and a social member of the Duff-Kuhn VFW Post No. 6168.
Surviving, in addition to his parents, are his wife, Tammy J. Davis Gotshall; a daughter, Rebecca J. at home; a sister, Deborah S. of Tampa, Fla.; three stepbrothers, James Gehres and John Gehres, both of Shippensburg, and Joseph Gehres of Orrstown; a stepmother, Donna L. Gotshall of Shippensburg; a stepfather, William Gehres of Tampa, Fla.; paternal grandmother, Mildred A. Gotshall of Millersburg; maternal grandparents, Charles F. and Edna Mae Bahney of Elizabethville; and maternal step-grandparents, Donald and Audrey Chamberlin of Herlong, Calif.
The Rev. Ernest N. Rumbaugh Jr. will officiate at Wednesday's service. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery, Shippensburg.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. A Masonic service will be conducted by the Cumberland Valley Lodge No. 315 Free and Accepted Masons on Tuesday at 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Leukemia Society of America, Central Pennsylvania Chapter, 800 Corporate Circle, Harrisburg 17101.

Hazel Jane Grable, 83, of South Earl Street, Shippensburg, died Monday, July 28, 1997 in Chambersburg Hospital following an auto accident.
Born June 28, 1914 in Southampton Township, Franklin County, she was a daughter of the late Jesse H. and Mary G. Brechbiel Myers.
A Jehovah's Witness, she was retired from Kinney Shoe Co., Carlisle and had worked at the former Penn Hall Preparatory School and the former J. Schoenaman Co., both of Chambersburg.
Surviving are a son, Dale E. Rice of Dry Run; three granddaughters; five great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and one step-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by a great-grandson.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home, 112 W. King St., Shippensburg with John Rideout officiating. Burial will be in Parklawns Memorial Gardens, Greene Township.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to a favorite charity.

Services for Esther Jean Jones, 59, of 102 Middle Spring Road, Shippensburg will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Shippensburg First Church of God.
She died Sunday, July 27, 1997 in Penn State University Hospital, Hershey Medical Center.
Born Sept. 3, 1937 in Southampton Township, she was a daughter of the late Benjamin S. and Maria J. Eutzy Myers.
Mrs. Jones was a former employee of Hoffman Mills, Shippensburg, with 23 years of service.
She was a member of Shippensburg First Church of God, its Berean Sunday school class and Women's Christian Service Club. She was a 1955 graduate of Shippensburg Area High School and a member of the auxiliaries of Duff-Kuhn VFW Post No. 6168 and American Legion Post No. 223.
Surviving are her husband, William F. Jones Sr.; two sons, Daryl E. Myers and William F. Jones Jr., both of Shippensburg; two daughters, Effie J. Hershey of Newburg and Barbara J. Mowery of Shippensburg; a brother, Dale E. Myers Sr. of Shippensburg; a sister, Marlene Devor of Shippensburg; and six grandchildren.
The Rev. W. Stanley Darrah will officiate at Wednesday's services. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery, Shippensburg.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m Tuesday in Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home, 112 W. King St., Shippensburg.

Gertrude C. Swartz, 92, died Monday, July 28, 1997 in Manor Care Health Services, South Middleton Township.
Born May 14, 1905 in York County, she was a daughter of the late Emanuel and Mantilla Starner Landis and the widow of Charles H. Swartz, who died in 1979.
Mrs. Swartz and her husband owned and operated the Swartz Grocery Store in Gardners for many years. She was a member of Mt. Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Goodyear.
Surviving are a son, Larry A. Bankert of Carlisle; four stepsons, Robert of Hanover, Charles Jr. of Spring Grove, Roger of Littlestown and Larry of Gardners; seven stepdaughters, Evelyn Henry, Nancy Brillhart, Donna Lehigh, all of Hanover, Betty of Westminster, Md., Doris Stoll of Mt. Holly Springs, Janet Starner of Gardners and Mary Leedom of Carlisle; a sister, Fairy Seitz of York; two grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; 32 step-grandchildren; 46 step-great-grandchildren; and one step-great-great-grandchild.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in Gibson-Hollinger Funeral Home, 501 N. Baltimore Ave., Mt. Holly Springs with the Rev. Kenneth G. Swick officiating. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hanover.
Friends may call from 9 to 10 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home.

Norman N. Weigle, 69, of 100 Gordon Drive, Carlisle, died Monday, July 28, 1997 in Carlisle Hospital.
Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home, 219 N. Hanover St., Carlisle, will announce arrangements when complete.
Mary T. Brougher, 94, of 120 Filbert St., Mechanicsburg, died Sunday, July 27, 1997 in Seidle Memorial Hospital, Mechanicsburg.
Born Oct. 13, 1902 in Mechanicsburg, she was a daughter of the late Robert H. and Frances Coover Thomas. She was the widow of Lt. Col. George B. Brougher.
Mrs. Brougher was the first executive secretary of the Mechanicsburg Area Chamber of Commerce and one of the original founders of Jubilee Day in Mechanicsburg.
A graduate of Dickinson College, Carlisle, she was a member of Molly Pitcher Button Club of Camp Hill.
Surviving is her nephew, John Brougher Jr. of McClan, Va.
Graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family in Mechanicsburg Cemetery with the Rev. John B. Edson officiating.
There will be no viewing or visitation.
Myers Funeral Home, Mechanicsburg, is handling arrangements.

Services for Judy Lorraine Doyle, 46, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Dunbar Funeral Home, Gervais Street Chapel, Columbia, S.C.
She died Saturday, July 26, 1997.
Born in St. Louis, Mo., she was a daughter of Lorraine Clara Lyons Herd and the late Joseph J. Doyle.
She was a member of Earlewood Baptist Church.
Surviving, in addition to her mother, are her stepfather, Charles E. Herd of Pelion, S.C.; five brothers, James, John, Thomas and William Doyle, all of Carlisle, and Charles Herd of Pelion, S.C.; two sisters, Dianne Trojan of Lugoff and Lorraine Dana of Pelion; several nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Joseph Doyle.
Burial will be in St. Peter's Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions can be made to the ALS Foundation.
