Born September 9, 1914 in Pittsburgh, PA, she was the daughter of the late John J. & Catherine M. (Przybylska) Rubrecht. Aunt Annie was a former member of St. Peters Catholic Church, North Side, and most recently Holy Sepulcher Catholic Church, Middlesex Twp. Beloved wife for 61 years of the late Theodore Arens who died on Jan 31, 2003. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters. Anna is survived by two sisters, Mary Terek and Severena Terek, both of Valencia. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Friday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the Schellhaas Funeral Home, Ltd., 5864 Heckert Road, Bakerstown, Richland Twp. www.schellhaasfh.com. Henry "Hank" A. Mahler

Henry "Hank" A. Mahler, age 85, of Ross Twp., on Wednesday, March 12, 2003 in UPMC Passavant Hospital. Born March 7, 1918 in Pittsburgh, PA, he was the beloved son of the late Henry M. and Barbara (Ertzberger) Mahler. Beloved husband for 50 years of Virginia I. (Holtgraver) Mahler. Loving father of Mark Mahler of Ross Twp., Wayne and his wife Cindy Mahler of Turtle Creek, David and his wife Jane Mahler of Ross Twp., Dennis and his wife Alice Moeller of Ohio, and the late Bernard Moeller. Father-in-Law of Frances Moeller. Brother of Barbara Barley of Gibsonia and Alice Steinmetz of Butler. Also survived by twelve grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Hank was a life member of Laurel Gardens Fire Co. as well as being Fire Chief for 20 years and Deputy Fire Marshall of Ross Twp. He was also an Army Veteran of WWII. The family will receive friends Thursday 7-9 p.m. and Friday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the Schellhaas Funeral Home, Inc., 388 Center Avenue, West View, a 'Pursuit of Excellence' award firm. Services will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, March 15, 2003, at 10:30 a.m. with Pastor Mike Robinson officiating. Interment will follow in Allegheny County Memorial Park. Mary A. Kaib of Spring Hill, on Wednesday, April 2, 2003 in UPMC Passavant Hospital. Born in Pittsburgh on April 24, 1914, daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Majestic) Rogale. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Kaib was proceded in death by her husband, Ambrose Kaib; a son, Richard; a sister, Agnes Erb and three brothers, Joseph, William & Karl Rogale. Mrs. Kaib is survived by two children, Mary Lou Egan and her husband Charles of Shaler and Robert J. Kaib of Spring Hill. Grandmother of Joanne Livengood and her husband, Thomas of Florida and Kathleen Cole and her husband, Andrew of Texas. Great grandmother of Matthew Livengood. Mary was a homemaker most of her life and a member of St. Ambrose Christian Mothers. Family will receive friends on Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the Schellhaas Funeral Home, Inc., 388 Center Ave., West View. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Ambrose Church of Holy Wisdom Parish on Friday, April 4, 2003 with Fr. Louis L. DeNinno, officiating. Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Mt. Thomas Patrick O'Leary, Jr.

Thomas Patrick O'Leary Jr., age 58 of North Side, on Monday December 2, 2002 in Wexford House Nursing Home, McCandless Township. Born in Pittsburgh, PA on November 11, 1944, he was the son of the late Thomas P. and Eleanor (Evans) O'Leary, Sr. In addition to his parents, Mr. O'Leary is preceded in death by two brothers, John and William Kircher and three sisters, Twila Metz, Zelda Ginn and Margaret Zahn. Tom was employed for the Asbestos Workers Union Local #2. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Marine Corp and enjoyed participating in many recreational activities. He was a black belt in the martial arts, an avid sky diver and enjoyed amateur boxing during the 1960's and 1970's. Mr. O'Leary is survived by his wife, Anita (Cornella) O'Leary; a daughter, Christina M. Pietrzyk of Ross Township; a sister, Venetta M. Coleman of Penn Township and two brothers, Laird C. Kircher of West View and Robert H. Kircher of Fort Myers, Florida. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends on Wednesday and Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the Schellhaas Funeral Home Inc, 388 Center Avenue in West View, where services will be held on Friday at 10:30 am. Rev. H. William Dambach of the North Hills United Presbyterian Church will officiate the service at the funeral home. Interment will follow in North Side Catholic Cemetery, Ross Township. In addition to his parents, Mr. Suite was preceded in death by one sister, Ruth Haines. Mr. Suite worked as a Warehouseman for a Bakery Supply Company. Beloved husband of Edna L. (Schulte) Suite and father of Wayne R. Suite of Texas. Also one grandchild. Beloved wife of the late Albert H. Quinlan, who preceded her in March 1993. Dear Mother of Timothy E. and his wife Audrey of North Huntingdon and Lt. Col. Michael J. and his wife Lynn of Sumter, SC. Sister of Esther Marlowe of Slippery Rock, PA. Also four grandchildren: Tara Q. Mutchler of Roanoke, VA, Daniel M. Quinlan of South Riding, VA, Nathan M. and Timothy R. Quinlan both of Sumter, SC. Mrs. Quinlan was a graduate of Perry High School of 1942, earned a B.S. in education from the University of Pittsburgh in 1946 and taught in the Babcock (Pine-Richland) School District for 30 years untill her retirement in 1987. Mrs. Quinlan taught in the Pine Elementary and Wexford Elementary Schools. An Elder of Cross Roads Presbyterian Church where she was very active, she taught Adult Sunday School, secretary of the Women's Fellowship, Church Choir member, served on the Self Study Committee of the Church, a member of the Little Music Society of Gibsonia, Heinz Chapel Choir, an Elder liason for the Church Session and Meals on Wheels and a volunteer for Meals on Wheels. She was also a member of the P.S.E.A.

Weber of Allison Park, Catherine A. Bednar of Fairview, PA, and Lisa A. Willen of Troy Hill. Annette was the sister of Grace King of the North Side, Helen Vecchio of Mt. Pleasant, and Mary Reinhart of the North Side and late Eugene King and John King. Also survived by her 5 grandchildren Derek E. Sevcik, Patrick A. Weber, William D. Russell, Elizabeth A. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Wise was preceded in death by her husbands, Andrew J. Wise and Walter Kanary. Grace was a homemaker most of her life. Mrs. Wise is survived by one daughter, Andrea Wise of Etna, PA; one son, Martin J. Wise and his wife, Dorothy of Harrisburg, PA and two grandchildren, Julie and Andrew Wise. Also, many nieces and nephews.
