EVEALINE A. WITTLE
Evealine A. Wittle, 83, formerly of Enola, died Saturday, Dec. 11, 1999 in Perry Village Nursing Home, New Bloomfield.
She was retired from the state Bureau of Vacation and Travel Development.
She was the widow of George W. Wittle Sr.
Surviving are a son, Donald Sr. of Enola; two daughters, Linda Carmichael and Carol Heikel, both of Enola; 10 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

ROBERT J. WOLF
Robert J. Wolf, 98, of Idle Road, Marysville, died Monday, Feb. 8, 1999 in Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill.
He retired as an oiler from the former Pennsylvania Railroad and was a former member of the Marysville Moose lodge.
Surviving are his wife, Irene H. Black Wolf; a son, Walter E. of Marysville; five grandchildren; and great- and great-great-grandchildren.
Services were held Feb. 12 in Shalonis Funeral Home, Marysville. Burial was in Oak Grove Cemetery, Rye Twp.

PAUL E. WOODS
Paul E. Woods, 90, of Gantt Street, Newport, died Thursday, April 1, 1999 at home.
He was born July 18, 1908 in Blain to the late John and Maude (Anderson) Woods.
He retired as a truck driver from SOLO Trucking Co. and was a member of Centre Presbyterian Church, Loysville.
He was the widower of Viola K. Woods.
Surviving are two sons, Wayne H. of Millerstown RR 1 and Terry L. of Newport RR 3; two daughters, Vera M. Haines of Shippensburg and Marie I. Barnes of Poolesville, Md.; two brothers, Wayne of Blain and Ralph of Carlisle; a sister, Emmaline Young of Yeagertown; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, Ralph E.; a daughter, Jane E. Woods; and a sister, Pearl Palm of Ickesburg.
Services were held April 6 in Myers Funeral Home, Newport, with the Rev. Paul Kauffman officiating. Burial was in Blain Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Newport Ambulance League, P.O. Box 66, Newport 17074.

FRANKLIN D. WRIGHT
Franklin Delmont Wright, 74, of Camp Hill died Monday, Aug. 16, 1999 in Health-South Renovo Center, Mechanicsburg.
He retired as a clerk from the Harrisburg Post Office; was a Marine Corps veteran of World War II; a member of Grace United Methodist Church, Harrisburg Area Road Runners Club, American Legion Post 1001 and the National Federal Employees; and a life member of Shellsville VFW Post 9639.
Surviving are his wife, Laura Zimmerman Wright; two daughters, Debra Tobias of Colonial Park and Sharon Serbacic of Allentown; two sisters, Creta Gordon of Bellevue, Wash., and Marcella Dudley of Newport; a four grandchildren.
Services were held in Hoover Funeral Home and Crematory, Linglestown. Burial was in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Harrisburg.

JAMES L. WRIGHT
James Loren Wright, 89, formerly of Old Ferry Road, Millerstown, died Friday, July 16, 1999 at home.
He was born Sept. 20, 1910 in Greenwood Twp. to the late Loren and Ellie (Sarver) Wright.
He was a retired farmer; a lifelong member of the Perry Valley Presbyterian Church, where he served as an elder and a trustee; past president of Wrights Church Cemetery Association; a member of Millerstown Fire Company and Ambulance League, and the Perry Valley Grange; and enjoyed playing cards and gardening.
Surviving are his wife, Elizabeth Rumberger Wright, with whom he would have celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary on July 19; a son, James II of Millerstown; two daughters, Joyce Fickes of Hershey and Lorraine Cameron of Millerstown; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Shuman Wright, and two sisters, Florinda Knouse and Lela Derr.
Services were held July 20 in his church with the Rev. Nancy McClure officiating. Burial was in Wrights Church Cemetery.
Myers Funeral Home, Newport, handled arrangements.

PAULINE O. ADAMS
Pauline O. Adams, 73, of Spring Road, Shermans Dale, died Friday, Feb. 4, 2000 in ManorCare Health Services, Camp Hill.
She was born Aug. 18, 1926 in Centre Twp. to the late T. William and Pearl E. (Weldon) Owen.
She retired from the Naval Inventory Control Point, Mechanicsburg, after 54 years; a member of Camp Hill United Methodist Church; former treasurer of Young's Church Cemetery, Shermans Dale; and was an active supporter of Special Olympics.
She was the widow of Willard G. "Tuck" Adams.
Surviving are a son, William G. of Mechanicsburg; three sisters, Irene Wilt of Carlisle, Rosella Sheriff of Lakeland, Co. and Catherine O. Sheaffer of New Bloomfield.
Services were held Feb. 9 in Boyer Funeral Home, New Bloomfield, with the Rev. Ronald Bowersox officiating. Burial was in Bloomfield Cemetery.
Contributions may be made to her church, 417 S. 22nd St., Camp Hill 17011.

JANE E. ALDINGER
Jane E. Aldinger, 62, of Pine Ridge Circle, Enola, died Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2000 in Polyclinic Hospital.
She was a former auxiliary member of American Legion Post 1001 and had been an auxiliary member of the former Wormleysburg VFW Post 462.
Surviving are her husband, William L. Aldinger; a son, William L. Jr. of Enola; a daughter, Diane L. Brooks of Summerdale; a brother, John T. Dawson II of Steelton; six sisters, Judy A. Row and Sara Ann Miller, both of Middletown, Louise Via of Harrisburg, Joyce A. Miller of State College, Beverly J. Yanich of Marysville and Kathy E. Dawson of Linglestown; and seven grandchildren.
Services were held Nov. 11 in Richardson Funeral Home, Enola. Burial was in Perry Heights Cemetery, Marysville.
Memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association, 1019 Mumma Road, Suite 200, Wormleysburg 17043.

JESSICA L. ALLEN
Jessica Lynn Allen, 18, of Landisburg RR 1 died Saturday, Sept. 30, 2000 in Hershey Medical Center from injuries received in an automobile accident on Pisgah State Road, Carroll Twp.
She was born Feb. 11, 1982 at Englewood, N.J.
She was a senior at West Perry High School, Elliottsburg, and spent many years in the Pocono Mountain School District, and was a contestant in the 1999 Miss Perry County Fair Pageant.
Surviving are her parents, James E. and Wanda K. Allen of Landisburg; her maternal grandparents, Paul H. and Shirley E. Pipher of East Stroudsburg; aunts and uncles, Todd and Jane Repsher and Leslie and Beverly Allen, all of East Stroudsburg, and Michael and Donna Lewis of Cresco; and eight cousins.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Leslie and Theresa Allen of Marshalls Creek.
Services were held Oct. 4 in Nickel Funeral Home, Loysville, with the Rev. Kenneth Osborne officiating. Burial was in Centre Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Loysville RR 1.
