Born Nov. 14, 1966, in Frederick, Md., he was the son of Ivan G. Issette Sr. of Brunswick, Md., and Caroline W. Morgan Issette.

He had been employed by Nursery Supply Co. in Chambersburg, Pa.

He is survived by his wife, Annette Carbaugh Issette, whom he married June 4, 1997; two children, Jason Lynn Issette and Ivan Carbaugh, both of Mercersburg; a brother, Cris Issette of Frederick; and a stepsister, Marjorie Stoner of Brunswick.

Services will be Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at Lininger-Fries Funeral Home, 47 N. Park Ave., Mercersburg. The Rev. Larry R. Murphy will officiate. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.

Visitation will be Saturday at 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home.

Bina M. Harbaugh

QUINCY, Pa. - Bina Myrtle Harbaugh, 111, a resident of Quincy United Methodist Home, and formerly of 49 Clayton Ave. in Waynesboro, Pa., Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died Wednesday, Sept. 1, 1999, at the home.

Born Dec. 1, 1887, in Sabillasville, Md., she was the daughter of the late William Augustus and Elizabeth Alice Anne Harbaugh Harbaugh.

She attended Waynesboro schools, Union Protestant Infirmary and Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore.

She taught nursing at Union Memorial Hospital. She was assistant superintendent at Hanover (Pa.) General Hospital; then joined the staff of Health Services at Goucher College in Baltimore, retiring in 1958.

She was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ in Waynesboro.

She is survived by one niece, Helen M. Fenton of Indianapolis; and great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great nieces, and great-great nephews.

Graveside services will be Sunday at 3 p.m. in Burns Hill Cemetery, Waynesboro. The Rev. James T. Williams will officiate.

There will be no public viewing.

Memorial donations may be made to Harbaugh Church Restoration Fund, c/o Waynesboro Historical Society, 138 W. Main St., Waynesboro, PA 17268; or to Quincy United Methodist Home Benevolent Care Fund, P.O. Box 128, Quincy, PA 17247.

Melvin M. Keith

LAKE HAMILTON, Fla. - Melvin M. Keith, 92, of Lake Hamilton, and formerly of Altoona, Pa., Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died Tuesday, Aug. 31, 1999, at his home.

He was born Jan. 4, 1907, in Altoona.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy R. Keith, in 1980.

He had been a general contractor.

He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Chambersburg, Pa.

He is survived by a daughter, Phyllis Schaner of Duncansville, Pa.; a son, Rodney Keith of Lake Hamilton; a sister, Mary Wendell of Orange, Calif.; a brother, Irvin Keith of Brockway, Pa.; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son, Edward Keith.

Graveside services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Norland Cemetery in Chambersburg. The Rev. Neal O. Hively will officiate.

There will be no viewing.

Memorial donations may be made to Lake Hamilton Presbyterian Church, Lake Hamilton, FL 33851.

Charles A. Adolini

WAYNESBORO, Pa. - Charles A. Adolini, 77, of 11709 Dellwood Drive, Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died Thursday, Sept. 2, 1999, at Quincy (Pa.) United Methodist Home.

Born Sept. 15, 1921, in Fayetteville, Pa., he was the son of the late Paul J. and Giacinta Cotta Adolini.

He was preceded in death by his first wife of 36 years, Thelma L. Miller Adolini, in 1981.

He received his GED from Waynesboro.

He owned and operated an auto repair business in Waynesboro; and worked as a machinist at Mack Trucks in Hagerstown, retiring in 1983 after 20 years.

He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.

He was of the Catholic faith.

He was a member of Mack Trucks Golden Bulldogs; Waynesboro Fish and Game Association; Hagerstown-Wesel Sister City Association; and National AARP.

He is survived by his second wife of 17 years, Eleonore A. Steinmann Adolini; a son, Paul W. Adolini of Waynesboro; a stepdaughter, Anita M. Cruickshanks of Hagerstown; three stepsons, Gary H. Glocker of Hagerstown, Gunter H. Glocker of Silver Spring, Md., and Gordon E. Cruickshanks of Waynesboro; a sister, Mary V. Spalding of Biglerville, Pa.; two brothers, Frank D. Adolini of Fayetteville, Pa., and Joseph P. Adolini of Mont Alto, Pa.; three grandchildren; nine stepgrandchildren; a great-grandson; a step-great-grandson; nieces and nephews; and his stepmother, Agetina Adolini.

Services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Grove Funeral Home, 50 S. Broad St., Waynesboro. Burial will be in Green Hill Cemetery, Waynesboro.

The family will receive friends Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Society, 452 E. King St., Chambersburg, PA 17201; or to a charity of one's choice.

Mary E. Smith

WAYNESBORO, Pa. - Mary E. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Samuel R. Weikert, in 1967. They were married Sept. 5, 1941. She was preceded in death by her second husband, O. Ambrose Maun, in 1986. They were married in May 1972.

She attended Washington Township schools.

She was employed at Travel Lodge for 10 years as head housekeeper.

She was a member of Calvary Assembly of God Church in Waynesboro.

She was a member of South Chapter No. 2977 AARP; and National AARP.

She is survived by her third husband, James A. Smith, of Quincy United Methodist Home, whom she married in December 1989; stepchildren I. Jean Foose, Fay A. Shaffer and Russell C. Weikert, all of Waynesboro, and Margie O. Bonebrake of Fayetteville, Pa.; Bonnie K. Hoffman and Donna L. Baer and D. Jean Smith of Waynesboro, Margaret McPherson of Hagerstown and Mary Belle Williams of Martinsburg, W.Va.; 18 step grandchildren; step-great-grandchildren; and step-great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Helen Snowberger; and a brother, Clayton Recard.

Services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Calvary Assembly of God Church, 116 Snider Ave. in Waynesboro. The Rev. Dwan N. Newsome will officiate. Burial will be in Green Hill Cemetery, Waynesboro.

The family will receive friends Saturday at 1 p.m. at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Calvary Assembly of God Church, 116 Snider Ave., Waynesboro, PA 17268.
