JOSEPH J. TRESKOVICH
Joseph J. "Jumbo" Treskovich, 80, of Latrobe RD6, died Sunday, Jan. 9, 2000, at home. He was born Feb. 15, 1919, in Hostetter, a son of the late Frank and Julia Bihun Treskovich. He was a member of St. Vincent Basilica, Latrobe. He was a retired United Mine Worker for the Consolidation Coal Co. He was a World War II veteran, having served with the U.S. Army in the South Pacific, attaining the rank of corporal. He was a member of American Legion Post 982, Unity Township. He had a life-long interest in gardening and sports, and for many years he was one of the top sandlot baseball players in the area. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Katherine I. Zawada Treskovich; and two brothers, John "Sickle" and Casmir Treskovich; and a sister, Vanda Koshar. He is survived by a son, Terry Treskovich of Latrobe RD6; two daughters, Linda Klosek and her husband, Robert, of Edison, N.J., and Judy Treskovich of Latrobe RD6; three brothers, Adam and August of Hostetter, and Victor Treskovich of Latrobe; a sister, Pauline Hovanec of Hostetter; a grandson, Justin Klosek; and a number of nieces and nephews. Friends will be received in the JOHN J. LOPATICH FUNERAL HOME INC., 601 Weldon St., Latrobe, Tuesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday at 10 a.m. in St. Vincent Basilica, Latrobe. Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Trauger. Graveside military services will be conducted by the American Legion of Unity Township, and the Pleasant Unity VFW.

MAE B. WILSON
Mae B. Wilson, 81, of Mt. Pleasant, S.C., died Saturday, Jan. 8, 2000. She was a member of St. Phillips Episcopal Church. She was budget director for Charleston United Way for 30 years. Surviving are a son, Thomas W. Wilson of Portsmouth, Va.; two granddaughters and two great-grandsons. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. in the J. HENRY STUHR INC. GREENRIDGE ROAD CHAPEL, N. Charleston, S.C.

VICTOR G. YOST
Victor G. Yost, 83, of Irwin, died Sunday, Jan. 9, 2000, at his home. He was born May 6, 1916, in New York City, a son of the late Koloman and Anna Kreitzer Yost. Prior to retirement, he was employed as a tooling service engineer for Tele-Dyne Firth Sterling of McKeesport. He was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church of Irwin, and the National AARP. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Marion Grubb Yost. Surviving are his wife, Clara DiNardo Yost; two sons, Raymond Yost and his wife, Millie, of Olympia, Wash., and Dr. Richard Yost and his wife, Kathleen, of Wexford; two daughters, Anna Marie Beaulac and her husband, Brian, of Federal Way, Wash., and Patricia Downes and her husband, Dan, of Somerset; a sister, Grace Henry of St. Louis; two stepsons, Bill DiNardo and his wife, Ninetta, of Finleyville and Jim DiNardo and his wife, Judy, of Greensburg; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the JOSEPH F. OTT FUNERAL HOME INC., Fifth and Oak St., Irwin, Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday at 1O a.m. in the Immaculate Conception Church. Interment will follow in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery, North Huntingdon. Memorials suggested to the Immaculate Conception Building Fund, 305 Second St., Irwin, PA 15642, the Three Rivers Hospice, or the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

ANNE D. ZULTANKY
Anne D. Zultanky, 76, of Greensburg, died Saturday, Jan. 8, 2000, in the Westmoreland Regional Hospital, Greensburg. She was born July 7, 1923, in Rankin, a daughter of the late John and Mary Sofranko Simpko. She was a member of the Sacred Heart Church of Jeannette, the Women's Auxiliary of the local Moose club, and was also an avid bowler and belonged to the Uneeks Bowling League. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Pete Zultanky in 1997; a brother, John Simpko; and two sisters, Margaret Epley and Mildred Boteler. She is survived by a daughter, Patricia Poilek of Grapeville; a son, Edward Zultanky and his wife Mary Ann of Jeannette; a grandson, John M. Poilek Jr. of Jeannette; a sister, Helen Seigfreid of Turtle Creek; and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the JOHN V. GRAZIANO FUNERAL HOME INC., 228 N. Second St., Jeannette, beginning Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday at 12:3O p.m. in the Sacred Heart Church. Interment will follow in Westmoreland County Memorial Park, Hempfield Township.

JOSEPH C. FARKOSH
Joseph C. Farkosh, 102, of Acme, died Sunday, Jan. 9, 2000, in Latrobe Area Hospital. He was born in Acme, Dec. 5, 1897, a son of the late Joseph and Helen Halladay Farkosh. Prior to his retirement, he was a farmer. He was a member of the Visitation Roman Catholic Church of Mt. Pleasant. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Ann Macey Farkosh; two sons; five brothers; and a sister. Survived by two sons, Robert Farkas of Bloomfield, Conn., and Gerald Farkosh of Casa Grande, Ariz.; two daughters, Phyllis Barry of Long Island, N.Y., and Jean Clark of Allison Park; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a brother, John Farkosh of Irwin. Friends will be received in the FRANK R. ZIMMERMAN FUNERAL HOME INC., 627 Smithfield St., Mt. Pleasant, Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A blessing service will be held in the funeral home Thursday at 9:30 a.m., followed by a Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 10 a.m. in Visitation R.C. Church with Father Anthony Ditto as celebrant. Interment will follow in the Visitation Cemetery.

CALVIN T. HARVEY SR.
Calvin T. Harvey Sr., 82, of West Newton, died Monday, Jan. 10, 2000, at the home of his daughter, Barbara. He was born July 14, 1917, in Pittsburgh, a son of the late George C. Sr. and Myrtle Naugle Harvey. He was a retired conductor for the B&O Railroad. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church, West Newton, and a member of VFW Post #7812 and the L.O.O.M. #31, both of West Newton. He was preceded in death by his wife, Gail (BeHanna) Harvey, in 1992. He is survived by six children, Barbara Riddell and her husband, Thomas, of Belle Vernon, Connie Crute and her husband, Larry, of Bellbrook, Ohio, James Harvey and his wife, Judy, of Sutersville, Arthur Harvey and his wife, Pat, of Lowber, Calvin Harvey Jr. and his wife, Lorraine, of West Newton and Susan Lang and her husband, Jerry, of Coraopolis; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; a brother, George C. Harvey Jr.; and a sister, Dorothy Knight, both of West Newton. Friends will be received Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the J. WILLIAM McCAULEY JR. FUNERAL HOME INC., West Newton, where a funeral service will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Michael A. Milinovich and the Rev. John E. Duvall co-officiating. Interment West Newton Cemetery.

JESSIE B. HOBAUGH
Jessie B. Hobaugh, 98, of North Huntingdon, died Sunday, Jan. 9, 2000, at her home. She was born April 20, 1901, in Paisley, Scotland, a daughter of the late Colin and Ellen Smith Ferguson. She was a member of the Miller United Methodist Church, North Versailles, and was a judge of elections for the Seventh Ward district. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Hobaugh in 1969; three daughters, Kathleen Hildenbrand, Joyce Parks and an infant, Jessie Hobaugh; a son, David Hobaugh; a grandson, Greg Hildenbrand; and 12 brothers and sisters. She is survived by a son, John Hobaugh of Warrington, Pa.; two daughters, Jean Lessig of Columbus, N.C., and Eleanor Hobaugh of North Huntingdon; 12 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the SHIRLEY-KUKICH FUNERAL HOME INC., Clay Pike, Circleville, North Huntingdon, Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A funeral service will be held Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. in the Miller United Methodist Church, Route 30, North Versailles, with the Rev. Jay Langley officiating. PLEASE GO DIRECTLY TO THE CHURCH. Interment will follow in Penn Lincoln Memorial Park, North Huntingdon. Memorials may be made to the Miller United Methodist Church, North Versailles.

JENNIE G. KOZEL
Jennie G. Kozel, 96, of Greensburg (Heritage Village), died Monday, Jan. 10, 2000, at the Westmoreland Regional Hospital, Greensburg. She was born May 5, 1903, in Yugoslavia, a daughter of the late Frank and Franciska (Rahne) Gradisek. Mrs. Kozel was a homemaker and was Catholic by faith. She was a member of the Herminie S.N.P.J. Lodge #87. Mrs. Kozel is survived by a son, John D. Kozel of Greensburg (Heritage Village); a sister, Mrs. Anne (Rahne) Perhacs and her husband, Ted, of Herminie; and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John, in 1938; a brother, Frank Gradisek; and two sisters, Sophie Kranitz and Mary Wittek. Funeral services and interment will be private. If desired, memorials may be made to the St. Anne Home, 685 Angela Drive, Greensburg, PA 15601. JOSEPH W. LAWRENCE McMASTER
Lawrence McMaster, 41, formerly of Murrysville, died Monday, Jan. 10, 2000. He was born Jan. 9, 1959, in Pittsburgh, a son of Clifford V. and Susan Cohill McMaster of Murrysville. In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sister, Debbie Battaglia and her husband, Jim, of Export; two brothers, Cliff of Halltown, W.Va., and Ed of Export; and two nephews, Jim and Jason Battaglia. Visitation Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the JOHN T. HART FUNERAL HOME, Murrysville. A service will be held in the funeral home Thursday at 10 a.m. with Father Dismas Young officiating. Interment will follow in the Twin Valley Memorial Park, Delmont.

PAUL R. NICHOLSON SR.
Paul R. Nicholson Sr., 70, of Washington Township, Westmoreland County, formerly of Albion, on Sunday, Jan. 9, 2000. Husband of the late Helen (Putzlocker) Nicholson. Beloved father of Paul R. Nicholson Jr. of College Station, Texas. Grandfather of Brian, Gregory and Kyle Nicholson. Brother of Evalyn Melcher of Penn Hills, Catherine Sica of Monroeville, Maronee Delo of Plum, Sharon Hugo of New Kensington, Phil Mains of Marienville and John Mains of Penn Hills. Son of the late Philip and Arrahawanna Mains. Friends will be received Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the MAURICE L. KNEE LTD. FUNERAL HOME, 7663 Saltsburg Road, Plum, where services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday. Interment Plum Creek Cemetery, Plum Borough. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association.
