Jackie Tharpe
Jackie Tharpe, age 61 of Paris, died in Nashville on Nov. 22nd, 2013. Rawls Funeral home is handling the arrangements.

Tony C. Teague
Tony Teague, age 46, of Paris died on Nov. 25th, 2013 in an automobile accident outside Murray. Rawls Funeral home is handling the arrangements.

William Robert Denton
William Robert Denton, age 77 of Paris died Wednesday, November 20th, 2013.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce Denton.
Visitation will be held Friday, November 22 from 4 until 8 PM and Saturday, November 23 from 9 until 11 AM at Ridgeway Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 AM Saturday, November 23 in LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home with interment to follow in Olive Branch Cemetery.

David Winsett
David Winsett, age 65 of Paris, died Tuesday, November 19th, 2013 at Henry County Medical Center.
Winsett was the owner and operator of Winsett Tool and Die in Paris, and a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. He was also a former chairperson of the Salvation Army of Paris, and a former Mason with the Springville Lodge.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Fred David "Bud" and Hettie "Violet" Toombs Winsett,
Winsett is survived by his wife of 37 years, Laina Winsett, along with three daughters, Dana (John) Chango of Clarksville, Lindsay (Nathan) Smith of White House, Tenn., and Kasey (Cliff) Barna of McKenzie, Tenn., sisters Sissie (Eddie) Wiltshire of Cottage Grove, Tenn. and Robin (Tommy) Pierce of Paris, and six grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled for Thursday, November 21 from 4 until 7 PM, and Friday from 10 to 11 AM at Ridgeway Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conducted in LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home with burial to follow in Poplar Grove Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to Trinity United Methodist Church, 409 N. Wilson St. Paris, TN 38242

James "Murph" Murphy
James "Murph" Murphy, age 65 of Paris, died Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at his residence.
Murphy, a U.S. Army veteran, is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Martha Hicks Murphy.
He is survived by his brother, Robert Murphy, Jr., of Paris, his son Mike Zollman of Nashville, and two grandchildren.
Arrangements are being handled by McEvoy Funeral Home and no services are scheduled at this time.

Archiel Mayo
Archiel Mayo, 63 of Paris, died Monday, November 18, 2013 at his residence.
Mayo is preceded in death by his mother, Betty Payne Mayo Taylor, and brother Dennis L. Mayo.
He is survived by his father, Archiel Mayo, Sr., his daughter Tonya Mayo of Nashville; three sisters, Margie Britt of Paris, Joyce Ray of San Antonio, and Cynthia Diane McClure of Elmhurst, Ill.; four brothers, Gary Mayo of Oak Park, Ill., Randall (Gayle) Mayo of Berkley, Ill., James (Glenda) Mayo of Jackson, Miss., and Kivian (Sunnah) Taylor of Loganville, Ga.; along with one grandchild.
Visitation will be held at Rawls Funeral Home Saturday, November 23 at noon.
Funeral services will be conducted at Rawls Funeral Home at 1 PM Saturday, November 23 with burial to follow in Greenwood Cemetery.

Barbara Garner Carrington
Barbara Garner Carrington, age 81 of Paris, died Friday, November 15, 2013 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville.
Barbara Carrington was a member of East Wood Church of Christ.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Eldon and Mavia Rochelle Garner, and two brothers, Eldon Freeman Garner and Bobby Grant Garner.
Garner is survived by her husband of 64 years, Robert "Bob" Carrington, as well as their three sons, Edwin Carrington of Paris, Dale Garner (Andrea) Carrington, Sr. of West Jordan, Utah, and Robert Donald (Mary) Carrington of Southaven, Miss, and their daughter Tracey Carrington (David) Beasley of Buchanan.
Garner is also survived by two sisters, Debra Garner (Buddy) Flowers of Atoka, Tenn. and Renee Garner (Curtis) Cook of Holly Springs, Miss., five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, November 19 from 4 to 7 PM and Wednesday, November 20 after 11 AM at McEvoy Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 PM Wednesday, November 20th at McEvoy Funeral Home with burial to follow in Bethel Cemetery.

Kennith Edward Broach
Kennith Edward Broach, age 62 of Cottage Grove, died Friday, November 15, 2013 at his residence.
Kennith was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran who served in Vietnam, and a Methodist by faith.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles Henry Broach, Jr. and Betty Jane Adams Morris, and his brother Mike Broach.
Broach is survived by his wife, Brenda Ellison Broach, who he married July 22 of this year, as well as his twin sister Katheryn Keeling of Princeton, Ky., sister Nancy Bogard of Murray, Ky., and brother Tommy (Jackie) Broach of Fresno, Calif.
Broach is also survived by his daughter Laurie Hopkins of Kentucky, son Andrew T. (Lauren) Broach of Beaver Dam, Ky., and two grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 3 until 7 PM Sunday, November 17 and after 11 AM Monday, November 18 at McEvoy Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conducted at McEvoy Funeral Home at 2 PM on Monday, November 18, with burial to follow in the Oak Grove Baptist Church cemetery.

James Chesley Perry, Sr.
James Chesley Perry, Sr., age 83 of Paris, died Friday, November 15, 2013 at his residence.
Visitation is scheduled for Saturday, November 16 from 4 PM until 8 PM and on Sunday, November 17 beginning at 12 PM at Ridgeway Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conducted in LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home at 2 PM Sunday, November 17, with burial to follow in the Rose Lawn Memory Garden.

Mary L. Travis
Mary L. Travis, age 92 of Paris, died Friday, November 15, 2013 at Henry County Medical Center.
Visitation for Mrs. Travis will be held Thursday, November 21st from 11 AM to 1 PM at Quinn Chapel AME Church.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 PM on Thursday at Quinn Chapel AME Church with interment to follow in Greenwood Cemetery.

William Barton Taylor
William "Bill" Barton Taylor, age 88 of Springville, Tenn., died Friday, November 8, 2013 at Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital in Sugar Land, Texas.
Taylor served in the U.S. Navy for 13 years and then farmed for much of his life. He was a member of Masonic Lodge 130 in Springville, the 1982 Grand Knights Templar and York Rite, Knight Crusaders of the Cross, Veterans Masonic Association of Tennessee, a 32 Degree Scottish Rite Mason, and a member of Manleyville Methodist Church.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Lee Oliver and Laura Lockhart Taylor, and his wife of 62 years, Virginia D. Swor Taylor, as well as 4 sisters and a brother.
Taylor is survived by his brother, Everett Taylor of Kentucky, three daughters, Leah Camille Taylor of Springville, Tenn., Rebecca Jo "Becky" Taylor of Watertown, Tenn., and Rhonda T. (William) Baker of Missouri City, Texas, his son William R. "Billy" (Kimberly) Taylor of Lexington, Tenn., seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 12 from 4 until 8 PM and Wednesday, November 13 from 9 until 11 AM at Ridgeway Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 AM in LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home with burial to follow in Elkhorn Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Shriner's Hospital, 1900 Richmond Road, Lexington, TN 40502.

Jimmie Sue Edwards
Jimmie Sue Robertson Edwards, age 81 of Henry, Tenn., died Sunday, November 10, 2013 at McKenzie Healthcare Center.
Mrs. Edwards was a member of Henry Church of Christ and a nursing assistant at Methodist Hospital in McKenzie, Tenn.
Edwards is preceded in death by her parents, John N. and Mamie Jane Galbraith Robertson, and her husband of 53 years, James Robert "Bob" Edwards, who died July 5, 2008.
She is survived by her brother Joe N. Robertson of Henry, Tenn., her sister Nona Faye Hicks of Mansfield, Tenn., 4 nieces, 9 great-nieces and nephews, and 5 great-great nieces and nephews.
Visitation for Mrs. Edwards will be held Monday, November 11 from 4 to 8 PM at McEvoy Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Tuesday, November 12 at McEvoy Funeral Home with burial to follow in Palestine Cemetery.
