PECOS — Alfonso B. Levario, 66, of Pecos, a retired relay operator, died Friday, May 2, 2003, at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa.
Mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m. today at Santa Rosa Catholic Church with the Rev. Trine Fuentes officiating. A rosary was said at 7:30 p.m. Sunday at the Peaceful Gardens Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at the Greenwood cemetery. Arrangements by Peaceful Gardens Funeral Home.
He was a lifelong resident of Pecos. He was Catholic.
SURVIVORS: Sons, Ruben Levario of Pecos and Saul Levario of San Antonio; daughters, Cynthia Levario Fuentes of Houston, Lena Levario and Gloria Levario, both of Dallas and Gabriela Levario of Midland; brothers, Alfredo Levario of Pecos and Roberto Levario of Baja, Calif.; and six grandchildren.

Lonnie Truelove
MIDLAND — Lonnie Dewayne Truelove, 39, of DePere, Wis., died Tuesday, April 29, 2003.
Graveside services will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, at Fairview cemetery in Midland with the Rev. Bob Porterfield officiating. Arrangements by Ellis Funeral Home.
He was born in Big Spring and was a longtime resident of Midland.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Tracy Truelove of DePere, Wis.; stepdaughters, Candace VanZandt of DePere, Wis. and Elizabeth VanZandt of Kermit; sister, Vicky Pipes of Midland; and brother, Billy Theobold of Midland.

Howell Irwin
ANDREWS — Howell Irwin, 77, of Andrews, died Sunday, May 4, 2003, at his home.
Services are pending with McNett Funeral Home.

ODESSA — Jesus Jiminez, 27, of Odessa, died Sunday, May 4, 2003, at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa.
Services are pending with Odessa Funeral Home.

W. I. Butler
ODESSA — W. I. “Dub” Butler, 76, of Odessa, a retired line foreman for H & H Electrical Contractors, died Tuesday, April 29, 2003, at his residence.
Services will be at 10 a.m. today at First Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Paul Thompson officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
He was born in Cooter, Mo. He was an Army veteran and was a member of the First Assembly of God Church.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Annie Josephine “Jo” Butler of Odessa; son, Bill Butler of Odessa; daughter, Shirley Hanks of Odessa; brothers, Bill Butler of Odessa and John Butler of Abilene; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Donald Heckler
McCAMEY — Donald E. Heckler, 69, of McCamey, a diesel mechanic, died Wednesday, April 30, 2003, at his residence.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at the First Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Duane Gryder officiating. Burial will be at the Crane County cemetery. Arrangements by Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home.
He was born in Fisher, Ill., and had lived in McCamey for 20 years. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of the First Assembly of God Church.
SURVIVORS: Daughters, Sherri Nolan of Las Cruces, N.M., and Julie Heckler of Schulenburg; brothers, Bob Heckler of Bridgeport, Ill., Gerald Heckler of Sumner, Ill., and Glenn Heckler of Walkersville, Md.; sisters, Mary Green of Palestine, Ill., Lavada Smith of West Salem, Ill., Lois Sutton of Paris, Ill., and Jeanette Oliver of Vincennes, Ind.; and two grandchildren.

Kenneth Keene
ODESSA — Kenneth Winfield Keene, 83, of Vegreville, Alberta, Canada, a retired employee of Gulf Oil, died February 26, 2003, at University Hospital in Edmonton.
Memorial services will be at 4 p.m. Sunday at St. Luke United Methodist Church.
He was born in Iola, Kan. He was an Army veteran of World War II.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Elaine Keene of Vegreville, Alberta, Canada; daughter, Kandace Rice of Durango, Colo.; sons, Greg Keene of Odessa, Kenneth Keene Jr. of Las Animas, Colo., Douglas Keene of Boulder, Colo., and Gary Keene of Boston, Mass.; brother, W. Richard of Mission Hill, Kan.; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Kathryn Moore
KERMIT — Kathryn Moore, 82, of Kermit, died Tuesday, April 29, 2003, at North Hill Hospital in North Richland Hills.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today at the Kermit cemetery with the Rev. Kevin Lawrence officiating. Arrangements by Cooper Funeral Chapel.
She was born in Gainsville and was a 67-year resident of Kermit. She was Baptist .
SURVIVORS: Sons, Milton Moore of Lubbock and Phil Moore Jr. of Fort Worth; daughter, Marilyn Phillips of Marshall; brother, James McKay of Lubbock; seven grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.

Harry Sanders
ODESSA — Harry H. Sanders, 88, of Odessa, a former aviation mechanic, died Thursday, May 1, 2003, at the Hospice House.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Asbury United Methodist Church with the Rev. Dae Dinneen officiating. Burial will be at 2 p.m. at Trinity Memorial Gardens in Big Spring. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
He was born in Ben Franklin City. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was Methodist.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Verna Sanders of Odessa; son, Ron Harris of Odessa; daughter, Betty Henrichs of Farmersville; sisters, Stella Hetting of Albuquerque, N.M., and Aileen Grabill of Timonium, Md.; and two grandchildren.

Frances Shirley
ODESSA — Frances E. Shirley, 84, of Odessa, a homemaker, died Wednesday, April 30, 2003, at Lincoln Tower Retirement Center.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. today with the Rev. Clydell Chapman officiating. Arrangements by Sunset Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home.
She was born in Oklahoma.
SURVIVORS: Caregivers, Darrell Fifer and Terry Fifer, both of Odessa.

Madeliene Coplin
LOCKHART — Madeliene C. Coplin, 89, of Lockhart died Monday, April 28, 2003, at Central Texas Medical Center in San Marcos.
Memorial services will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the First Lockhart Baptist Church with the Rev. Gary Rodgers officiating. Arrangements by Eeds Funeral Home.
She was born in Clairemont.
SURVIVORS: Daughters, Darla Kay Williams of Lockhart and Glenda L. Thompson of Fort Worth; step-mother, Myrtle Velma Kelly of Abilene; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

ODESSA — Joe Mike Karr, 43, of Odessa, a welder for Western Tank, died Sunday, May 4, 2003, at his residence.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jimmy Braswell officiating. Burial will be at 4 p.m. at Resthaven cemetery in Menard. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
He was born in Stanton.
SURVIVORS: Parents, Joe and Gloria Karr of Odessa; sons, David Karr of Koppell and Michael Karr of Odessa; and sister, Sharon Thompson of Odessa.

ODESSA — Lillie Lee, 90, of Alvarado and formerly of Odessa, a homemaker, died Saturday, May 3, 2003, at Alvarado Meadows.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today at Sunset Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Jim Ray Brown officiating. Arrangements by Sunset Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home.
She was born in Cameron.
SURVIVORS: Nephews, Ruben Mosley of Hobbs, N.M., and Don Roberts of Alvarado.
