ODESSA -- Herman Marler, 67, died Saturday, Feb. 28, 1998.
Services will be at 4 p.m. today in the Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors chapel with the Rev. Bob Blazek officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements made by Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors.
He was born Jan. 5, 1931, in Clovis, N.M., and had lived in Odessa since 1958. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was a member of the Christian Church of ODessa.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Ginger Marler of Odessa; sons, Butch Marler of Midland and Robert Marler of Odessa; daughters, Phyllis Thompson and Nita Groves of Odessa; brother, Walter Marler of Lovington, N.M.; 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Bennie Mathis
ODESSA -- Bennie Bob Mathis, 68, died Saturday, Feb. 28, 1998.
Services will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday at the Odessa Funeral Home Angeles Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Charles McIntyre officiating. Burial will be at 3 p.m. at Albany cemetery. Arrangements made by Odessa Funeral Home.
He was born in Albany. He served in the Korean War.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Jean Mathis of Odessa; sons, Robert Milton Mathis and Donald George Mathis, both of Odessa; brothers, Billy George Mathis of Snyder, Diamond H. Anderson of Abilene and Lemary Anderson of Abilene; and one grandchild.
Wilma Milhoan
ODESSA -- Wilma Jean Milhoan, 68, died Sunday, March 1, 1998.

Odis Adams
GRAHAM -- Odis D. Adams, 79, of Graham, died Friday, Feb. 27, 1998, at Graham General Hospital.
Services will be held today, March 1, at 2 p.m. at the Morrison Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. David Edwards officiating. Burial will follow at Pioneer cemetery in Graham. Arrangements made by Morrison Funeral Home.
He was born Nov. 20, 1918, in San Augustine. He was an Army veteran and Baptist.
SURVIVORS: Sons, Richard Adams of Round Rock, Michael Adams of Leander and Douglas Adams of Midland; sisters, Robert Mahan, Velma Hodges and Era Jones, all of Odessa, and Ann Khunson of California; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Betty Clark
McKINNEY -- Betty Clark, 75, a former Odessa resident, died Saturday, Feb. 28, 1998, at the Life Care Center in Plano.
Services will be held at 4 p.m. Tuesday, March 2 at the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home with the Rev. Mark Dallalio officiating. Arrangements by Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Directors.
She was born in Pittsburg, Kan. She was Christian.
SURVIVORS: Her husband, Jim Clark of The Colony; daughters, Deborah Bullard of Plano and Sherry Hayes of Mountainview, Calif.; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

ODESSA -- Billy Jean Garrett, 73, a homemaker, died Saturday, Feb. 28, 1998, at Medical Center Hospital.
Services will held at 10 a.m. Monday, March 2, at Hubbard Kelly Funeral Home. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Hubbard Kelly Funeral Home.
She was born in Memphis, Texas. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
SURVIVORS: Husband, Rod Garrett of Odessa; son, Joel Dean Cox of Odessa; daughter, Vicki Jean Ford of Odessa; sister, Jeraldene Smith of Kingsland.
Winnifred Glosser
RANKIN -- Winnifred Elena Glosser, 75, a homemaker, died Thursday, Feb. 26, 1998, at Odessa Regional Hospital.
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, March 2, at Rankin cemetery. Arrangements made by Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home in Crane.
She was born in Salem, Ill., and was a resident of Rankin. She was Methodist.
SURVIVORS: Sons, Harvey Glosser Jr. of Mesa, Ariz., Howard John Glosser of Oberlin, Kan., Gary Lee Glosser of Van Buren, Ark., and Ross Edgar Glosser of Rankin; daughters, Claudette McKenzie of Rankin, Gloria Donoho of Salen, Ill., Jeanette Doran of Monahans, Brenda Hallford of Mineral Wells, and Rebecca Walden of Weatherford; sister, Opal Sturgeon of Francisco, Ind.; 18 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.

MIDLAND -- Jackie Ray, 59, died Friday, Feb. 27, 1998.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, March 2, at Alamo Heights Baptist Church with the Rev. Mark Riley officiating. Graveside services will be at 3:30 p.m. at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens. Arrangements made by Ellis Funeral Home in San Angelo.
He was born in Wichita Falls and was Baptist.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Paulette Ray of Midland; daughters, Starla Prestidge of Odessa, Kim Morris of San Angelo and Diana Ray of Odessa; mother, Ruth Ray of Odessa; brother, Kenneth Coleman of Kingsville; and six grandchildren.

BRANSON, Mo. -- Dale Fitzpatrick, 64, a former motel co-manager, died Feb. 10, 1998, at Rolling Hills Nursing Center in Branson, Mo. Services were held Feb. 12, 1998, at Hurley Funeral Home in Pearsall with the Rev. Richard Hamlin officiating. Burial was at Pearsall cemetery. Arrangements by Greenlawn Funeral Home.
He was born in Ponca City, Okla., and moved to Branson in 1990 from Odessa. He was Baptist.
