Services will be at 10 a.m. today at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church with the Rev. David Herrera officiating. Burial will be at the Fort Stockton Catholic cemetery. Arrangements by Memorial Funeral Home.
He was born in Mexico.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Felicita Hernandez of Fort Stockton; sons, Juan Manuel Zamudio and Jorge Isaac Zamudio, both of Marathon; daughter, Maria Isabel Hernandez of Marathon; Telesforo Zamudio of Mexico; brothers. Teroso Zamudio and Antelmo Zamudio, both of Mexico; and sister, Candelaria Z. Hernandez of Marathon.

MIDLAND — Milton D. Shirley, 74, of Odessa, died Thursday, June 12, 2003.
Services are pending with Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Midland.

ODESSA — Tommy Purcell, 67, of Odessa, an electrician for the Ector County Independent School District, died Friday, Jan. 23, 2004, at Medical Center Hospital.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Ted Purcell officiating. Arrangements are by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
He was born in Monahans. He was a Navy and Army veteran of the Korean War and Vietnam War.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Sandra Purcell of Odessa; sons, Thomas David Purcell of Iraan, James Edward Purcell of Portland, Ore., Christopher Douglas Purcell and Eugene Michael ‘Bo’ Purcell, both of Odessa; brothers, Teddy Joe Purcell and Johnny Purcell, both of Waxahachie, Charlie Purcell of Greeley, Colo., and Billy Purcell of Fresno, Calif.; sister, Marjorie Smelser of Odessa; and four grandchildren.

Madie Todd
HOBBS, N.M. — Madie Marie Todd, 93, of Hobbs, N.M., a retired restaurant owner, died Sunday, Jan. 25, 2004, in Hobbs.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. today at Prairie Haven cemetery in Hobbs with Romney Todd officiating. Arrangements are by Family Funeral Services/Jackie Harkey.
She was born in Rockwood, Tenn.
SURVIVORS: Son, Romney Todd of Capitan, N.M.; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Trinidad Almance
ODESSA — Trinidad Ramirez Almance, 83, of Odessa, a homemaker, died Thursday, Dec. 11, 2003, at the Hospice House.
Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today at Odessa Funeral Home Chapel. Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church with the Rev. Gilbert Rodriguez officiating. Burial will be at Rose Hill cemetery. Arrangements are by Odessa Funeral Home.
She was born in El Indio. She was Catholic.
SURVIVORS: Husband, Jesus V. Almance of Odessa; sons, Jesus Guadalupe Almance, Auden Almance and Pedro Almance, all of Odessa; daughter, Olga Horton of Odessa; brother, Florencio Ramirez of Odessa; sisters, Refujia Valenzuela and Josefa Munoz, both of Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico; 12 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

JAL, N.M. — Carl Odell Brininstool, 78, of Fort Stockton, a former employee of El Paso Natural Gas Co., died Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2003, in Fort Stockton.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Cooper cemetery with the Rev. Gary Eggart officiating. Arrange-ments are by Calvary Funeral Home of Eunice, N.M.
He was born in Merkel. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. He received the Good Conduct Medal and several marksmanship medals.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Faye Bryant of Fort Stockton; son, Carl Brininstool Jr. of Midland; daughter, Donna Jo Brininstool of Woodstock, Va.; brother, Bill Brininstool of Jal; sister, Joyce Anderson of Kermit; and four grandchildren.

ALPINE — Sara Jennifer Molinar, 19, of Odessa, died Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2003 in Crane County.
Rosary will be said at 7:30 p.m. today at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church. Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at the church with the Rev. Mike Alcuino officiating. Burial will be at Holy Angels cemetery. Arrange-ments are by Geeslin Funeral Home.
