Weldon Golden
DE LEON -- Weldon E. "WebbGolden, 74, of Sidney, a retired operator/repairman for El Paso Natural Gas Company, died Sunday, Feb. 15, 1998, at Brownwood Regional Hospital.
Services were held Tuesday at the First Baptist Church with the Rev. Raymond Jones officiating. Burial will be at De Leon cemetery. Arrangements by Nowlin Funeral Home.
He was born in Roby and had lived in Sidney since 1980. He was Baptist.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Madge Golden of Sidney; son, Wayland Golden of Odessa; daughter, Donna Morgan of Houston; brothers, Seaborn Golden of De Leon, Jack Golden of Comanche, J.D. "JaderGolden of De Leon; sisters, Elizabeth Kea of De Leon and Charlene Gilchrest of Beattie; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Rose Robinson
KERMIT -- Dr. Rose Robinson, 88, of Irving, a retired self-employed pediatrician, died Sunday, Feb. 15, 1998, in Irving.
Services will be held Friday at 3 p.m. at Community Church with the Rev. Henry O. Freund officiating. Burial will be at Kermit cemetery. Arrangements by Cooper Funeral Chapel.
She was born near Abilene and had been a resident of Kermit for almost 50 years. She was Presbyterian.
SURVIVORS: Son, Al Robinson of Irving; sisters, Luciester Pattison of Clovis, N.M., and Mary Moore of Midland.
Almedia Tucker
ODESSA -- Almedia "BettyTucker, 80, a retired bookkeeper, died Tuesday, Feb. 17, 1998, at Memorial Hospital and Medical Center in Midland.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m Thursday at Sunset Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Terry Wright officiating. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
She was born in Gunter.
SURVIVORS: Daughters, Elaine Owen of Odessa, Janice McBride of Lakeland, Fla.; son, Gary W. Tucker of San Diego; brother, William Munger of Columbus, Ga.; sisters, Frieda Poloski of San Diego and Louise Smith of Grand Prairie; three grandchildren and three stepgrandchildren.

SNYDER -- R.L. Grimmett, 83, of Snyder, owner of Grimmett Brothers Construction, died Monday, Feb. 16, 1998, at Cogdell Memorial Hospital after a lengthy illness.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church with the Revs. Marty Akins and Bobby Hobbs officiating. Burial will be at Hillside Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
He was born in Graham and was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was Baptist.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Maxine Grimmett of Snyder; son, Billy Ray of Snyder; daughter, Sandy Hodges of Snyder; sister, Lucille Cantrall of Santa Rosa, Calif.; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. today at Ozan cemetery with the Rev. Tom MacMahon officiating. Arrangements by Texarkana Funeral Home.
She was born in Bingen, Ark., and was Methodist.
SURVIVORS: Brothers, James Nelson and Dick Nelson, both of Texarkana; and sister, Mary Ann Rickrode of Huntington Beach, Calif.

She was born in Poinsett County, Ark., and was Baptist.
SURVIVORS: Daughter, Rachel Powers of Odessa; five grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

He was born in Barstow and was an Army veteran of World War II. He was Methodist.
