ODESSA Clyde Wallace Yarbrough, 82, a civic engineer and businessman, died on Thursday, Nov. 20, 2003, after a brief illness.

He was born in Clyde. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He was the City Engineer for the City of Odessa in the 1940s.
