ODESSA - Henry W. Ruckett, 90, of Odessa died Friday, March 5, 2004, at Seabury Nursing Home.
Services are pending with Martinez Funeral Home.

Franklin Lewis
ODESSA — Franklin Whitt Lewis, 49, of Odessa, an employee of Lewis Casing Crews, died Friday, March 12, 2004, at his residence.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Jack Oden officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.
He was Christian.
SURVIVORS: Daughters, Olivia Dutko of San Antonio, and Ashley Williams of Odessa; mother, Pasty Lewis of Odessa; brother, Patrick Lewis of Odessa; sister, LaDonna Lewis Weaver of Odessa; and two grandchildren.

Rudolfo Lopez Jr.
ODESSA — Rudolfo ‘Guerro’ Lopez Jr., 20, of Odessa, an oilfield industry worker, died Thursday March 11, 2004, at Medical Center Hospital from injures sustained in an automobile accident.
Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church with the Rev. Joseph Uecker officiating. Burial to follow at RoseHill cemetery. Arrangements by Odessa Funeral Home.
He was born in Odessa and was a Christian Catholic.
SURVIVORS: Son, Elija Rudolfo Lopez of Odessa; parents, Rudolfo and Maria Lopez Sr. of Odessa; brother, Juan Ybarra of Odessa; sisters, Ashley Lopez and Jennifer Lopez, both of Odessa; grandmothers Socorro Molina Santana and Anita Armendarez, both of Odessa.

William McCarty
ODESSA — William “Bill” McCarty, 80, of Odessa, died Saturday, March 13, 2004.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. today at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.
He was born in Weatherford.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Wanda McCarty of Odessa; sons, Jerry McCarty, Jimmy McCarty, Will McCarty, Leo McCarty; daughters, Tommie Gesch, Carolyn Cronk, Wanda Waldhelm, Tammy Simons; several grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Miguel Mendoza
ODESSA — Miguel Lopez Mendoza, 19, of Odessa, an assistant restaurant manager, died Thursday, March 11, 2004, at Medical Center Hospital from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Mass will held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church with the Rev. Joseph Uecker officiating. Burial to follow at RoseHill cemetery. Arrangements by Odessa Funeral Home.
He was born in Odessa. He was a Christian Catholic.
SURVIVORS: Daughter, Isabella Mendoza of Odessa, girlfriend, Jennifer Trevino of Odessa, parents, Miguel and Celia Mendoza of Odessa, brothers, Alex Mendoza and Ricardo Mendoza, both of Odessa; sisters, Olga Salazar, Sandra Kerr, and Christina Mora, all of Odessa; grandparents, Antonia Chavez of Odessa, Isidro and Luz Martinez of Guanajuato, Mexico.

Judy Milburn
WEATHERFORD — Judy Milburn, 87, of Weatherford, a homemaker, died Saturday, March 13, 2004, at Weatherford Hospital.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church in St. Louis, Okla. Burial will be in St. Louis cemetery. Arrangements by Knights Funeral Home and Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.
She was born in Irving and was a resident of St. Louis, Okla., before moving to Weatherford 17 months ago. She was Baptist.
SUVIVORS: Sons, Barney Adams of Weatherford, Donald Adams of Kansas City, Mo., Toney Vail of Sacramento, Calif., and Ben Milburn of Tomball; daughters, Betty Moore of Midland, Sandie Ingram of Konawa, Okla., and Carolyn O’Bryant of Choctaw, Okla.; brother, Ted Hilliard of Vian, Okla.; sister, Allie Cockrell of Big Spring; 14 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.

LaFaye Plumlee
ODESSA — LaFaye Minton Plumlee, 83, of Odessa, a business woman and a homemaker, died Saturday, March 13, 2004, at Medical Center Hospital.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Lutheran Church of the Risen Lord with the Revs. James Otterness and Chris Conner officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
She was born in Elkhart. She was an Odessa resident since 1963, moving here from Hobbs, N.M.
SURVIVORS: Sons, James Michael Plumlee of Odessa; Dr. John Patrick Plumlee of Jacksonville, Fla., and Lanny Plumlee of Odessa; daughter, Fredda Plumlee Moore of Odessa; brothers, G.B. Minton of Houston, and Jimmy Minton of Fort Worth; sisters, Mary Gray and Betty Kocian, both of Houston; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Cleo Richards
KERMIT — Cleo Richards, 88, of Austin, died Saturday, March 13, 2004, at Gracy Woods I Nursing Center in Austin.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Cooper Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Gene Cannon officiating. Burial will follow at 3 p.m. at Resthaven Memorial Park in Midland. Arrangements by Cooper Funeral Chapel of Kermit.
She was a previous resident of Kermit for 44 years.
SURVIVORS: Children, James C. Richards, Charles W. Richards, Daniel R. Richards, Betty Elwanda Richards Douglass, Terry L. Richards, and Sharron Sue Richards Malloy.

Kenneth Tatum
SWEETWATER — Kenneth Floyd Tatum, 78, of Sweetwater, a cabinet maker, died Saturday, March 13, 2004, at his residence.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Broadway Baptist Church with the Rev. Lyndel Hix officiating. Burial will be in Sweetwater cemetery. Arrangements by McCoy Funeral Home.
He was born in Stanton and had lived in Sweetwater since 1976 and Odessa before then. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of WWII.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Mildred Tatum of Sweetwater; daughters, Sondra Cushman of Shawnee, Okla., Marilyn Hamett of Midland, Janice Allen of Earth, Texas; brother, Eston Gaston of Odessa; sisters, Billie Faye Pennick of Sweetwater, and Juanita Winn of Muskogee, Okla; 10 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

DURANT, Okla. — Jouree Tucker, 75, of Durant, Okla., a retired bank teller, died Saturday, March 13, 2004, in Durant.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Calvary Baptist Church with the Rev. Darel Bunch officiating. Burial will follow at Highland cemetery. Arrangements by Coffey-Murray Funeral Home.
She was Baptist.
SURVIVORS: Son, Allan Tucker of Roberta, Okla.; stepson, Michael Bannhalzer of Norwalk, Calif.; daughter, Melinda Jouree Tucker of Plano; brother, Charles A. Draper of Crane; and sister, Patricia A. Starks of Tulsa, Okla.

She was born in Cushing. She was a member of the Church of God in Christ.
SURVIVORS: Husband, Larry Terry of Temple; sons, Willie Collins Jr. and Kasey Jordan, both of Pecos, Michael Ellis of Austin and Travis Grant of Belton; daughters, Rosa Collins and Lashonta Ghant, both of Temple, and Lavonda Looney of Parker Heights; father, Eddie Walker of Pecos; brother, Robert Walker of Stafford; sister, Belmonj Hundly of Killeen; many grandchildren; and many great-great-grandchildren.

SNYDER — Thelma Ford, 91, of Snyder, a retired employee of Snyder Laundry, died Saturday, Feb. 7, 2004, at Snyder Oaks Care Center.

She was born in Summerville County. She was Baptist.
SURVIVORS: Daughters, JoAnn Holladay and Kay Hickman, both of Snyder; sons, Weldon Ford of Tuscola and Leon Ford of Midland; sisters, Luella Looney of Canton and Anna Belle Stuart of Groverton; nine grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
