Freda Perry
IRAAN — Freda Perry, 84, of Iraan died Wednesday, Aug. 26, 1998, at a McCamey hospital. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. today at Restland cemetery with the Rev. Mike Wright officiating. Arrangements by Richard W. Box Funeral Homes.
She was born in Thurber.
SURVIVORS: Sister, Wynta Dudley of Iraan.

Frank Kennedy
CRANE — Frank J. Kennedy, 70, of Crane, a retired truck supervisor, died Friday August 38, 1998 in Big Spring. Funeral services are at 3 p.m. today at the First Baptist Church in Crane with the Rev. Skipper Woodfin officiating. Burial will follow in the Resthaven cemetery in McCamey. Arrangements under the direction of Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home of Crane. A longtime Crane resident, he was born in Brady and was Baptist.
SURVIVORS: Sons, Billy Frank Kennedy of Iraan and Robert Kennedy of Big Spring; brothers, Jessie Kennedy of Crane, E.B. Kennedy of Round Rock and Gene Kennedy of McCamey; sisters, Annie Mae Smith of Dallas and Claudine Paddleford of Albuquerque; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Anita Lyles
PECOS — Anita Briones Lyles, 77, of Pecos, a retired school cafeteria worker, died Friday Aug. 28, 1998, at Memorial Hospital and Medical Center in Midland. Mass will be celebrated Monday at 10 a.m. at Santa Rosa Catholic Church. Rosary was said at 8 p.m. Saturday. Burial will be at Mt. Evergreen cemetery. Arrang-ements by Martinez Funeral Home.
She was born in Balmorhea and was a lifetime resident of Pecos. She was Catholic.
SURVIVORS: Son, Benny Lyles Jr. of Pecos; daughters, Ida L. Alvarez of Odessa and Mary L. Harrison of Texarkana; sister, Suse Starling of El Paso; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Chase Brosh
ODESSA — Chase Brosh, 10, died Friday, Aug. 28, 1998, at his residence.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. today at Temple Baptist Church with the Rev. Jerry Thorpe officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.

He was born in Odessa on Dec. 15, 1987.

Survivors: Parents, Jim and Debbie Reyenga of Odessa; brother, Terry Lee Brosh of Odessa; grandparents Buck Nix of Van Horn, Ed Brosh of San Angelo, Arline Middaugh of Denton and Edna Reyenga of Pocahontas, Ark. and numerous aunts and uncles.

Clarise Childress

ODESSA — Clarise Ray Childress, 78, a homemaker, died Saturday, Aug. 29, 1998 at her residence.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Odessa Funeral Home Angeles Memorial Chapel, with the Rev. Milton Allen officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Odessa Funeral Home.

She was born in Madisonville, Ky. in 1919. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her husband of 32 years, J.H. "JayChildress.

Survivors: Husband, J.H. Childress of Odessa; son and daughter-in-law, Roger and Peggy Giba, of Odessa; sisters Connie Bowley and Juanita Grant, both of Madisonville, Ky.; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Arturo Lomas

ODESSA — Arturo "PapituroGonzales Lomas, 76, a retired foreman, died Friday, Aug. 28, 1998 at Medical Center Hospital.

Services will be at 2 p.m. today at St. Joseph Catholic Church with the Rev. Luis Zepeda officiating. Burial will be at Rosehill cemetery. Arrangements by Martinez Funeral Home.

He was born in Ciudad Acuna, Mexico in 1922. He married Ramona Rodriguez in 1993 and lived in Odessa for 30 years.

Survivors: Wife, Ramona Lomas of Odessa; daughters, Alicia Dominguez, Annabelia Sanchez, Eluteria Hernandez, Lupe Benavides, Helda Torres, Bernalda ‘Mary’ Losano, and Rosemary Sanchez, all of Odessa; sons, Jesus Salazar, Felipe Davilla, Juan Davilla and Jesus Lomas, all of Odessa; stepdaughters, Socorro Ruiz of Ojinaga, Mexico, Paula Avila of Houston and Martha Laureles of Odessa; stepsons, Agapito Dominguez, Theodore Dominguez, and Jesus Dominguez, all of Ojinaga, Mexico; 45 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren.

Eduardo Rodriguez
ODESSA — Eduardo B. (Nino) Rodriguez, 86, of Odessa, a retired grounds keeper for Ward County, died Monday, Aug. 31, 1998, at Medical Center Hospital.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Benny Chavez officiating. Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today at Martinez Funeral Home. Burial will be at Tamarisk cemetery in Grandfalls. Arrangments by Martinez Funeral Home.
He was born in Terlingua and moved to Odessa one year ago from Grandfalls. He was Baptist.
SURVIVORS: Son, Eddie Rodriguez of Odessa; daughters, Louisa Hernandez of Visalia, Calif., Trini Hernandez and Frances Patton, both of Odessa, Helen Walker of Denver, Colo.; sister, Petra Melendez of Colorado City; 16 grandchildren, 26-great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Bobby Boiles
ODESSA — Bobby Ray Boiles, 36, died Wednesday, Sept. 2, 1998, at his residence.
Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m at Ector County cemetery with the Rev. Robert Lamb officiating. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelley Funeral Home.He was born in Midland and moved to Odessa in 1989 from Midland. He was a member of the Four Square Gospel Church.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Lola Boiles of Odessa; son, Bobby Ray Boiles Jr. of Odessa; daughter, Cynthia Diane Boiles of Odessa; mother, Martha Boiles of Abilene; brothers, Jack Wayne Boiles of Fort Worth, Rick Lynn Boiles of Abilene; and sister, Brenda Wright of Abilene.

Jose Castillo
ODESSA — Jose Antonio Castillo, 71, a retired construction worker, died Wednesday, Sept. 2, 1998, at Medical Center Hospital.Services will be held at 10 a.m. today at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church with the Rev. Gilbert Rodriguez officiating. Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetary. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
He was born in Gran Morelos, Mexico.
He was Catholic.

Castillo of Odessa; sons, Armando Castillo and Norberto Castillo, both of Odessa and Samuel Castillo of Liberal, Kan.; daughters, Ernestine Prieto of Cauhtemoc, Mexico, Rosa C. Escobedo, Genoveva Ronquillo, Diega Castillo, Lorena Castillo and Yesica Castillo, all of Odessa; brothers, Juan Castillo, Isac Castillo, Roberto Castillo and Eduardo Castillo, all of Mexico, Raphael Castillo of Hobbs, N.M.; sisters, Maria Castillo, Inocenta Castillo and Martha Castillo, all of Mexico.

Dallas Cleaver
ODESSA — Dallas Cleaver, 67, of Casper, Wyo., a manager for Cleaver Janitorial Company, died Saturday, Aug. 29, 1998, at Wyoming Medical Center in Casper, Wyo. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Martinez Funeral Home with the Rev. Clifford Lee officiating. Burial will be at Rose Hill cemetery. Arrangements by Martinez Funeral Home. He was born in Rusk and moved to Casper, Wyo., 43 years ago from Odessa.
SURVIVORS: Son, Mark Dwight Cleaver of Casper, Wyo.; step-son, Michael Dewayne Williams of Denver, Colo.; step-daughter, Donna Michelle Williams-Laing of Dallas; brothers, Frank Cleaver, Ladell Cleaver, Travis Cleaver and Chester Cleaver, all of Odessa, Greg Cleaver of Fort Worth, Darrell Cleaver of Eastland, Jessie Rollo Cleaver and Andy Cleaver, both of Fort Worth; sisters, Bertha Marie Nealy of Odessa, Stacy Cleaver of Fort Worth; and four grandchildren.

Burial will be at Rose Hill cemetery. Arrangements by Martinez Funeral Home. He was born in Odessa. He was Baptist.
SURVIVORS: Brother, Andrew Young of Ruidoso, N.M.; sister, Brenda Fuller of Garland.

Edna Franco

ODESSA -- Edna Luera Franco, 32, of Odessa, a homemaker, died Sunday, May 10, 1998, in Odessa.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. today at Hubbard-Kelly Chapel with the Rev. Jerry Carter officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.

She was born in Memphis, Texas, and moved to Odessa in 1973 from Weatherford. She was a member of Bible Centered Fellowship.

Survivors: Parents, Robert and Felipa Luera of Odessa; son, Eric Christopher Luna of Odessa; daughters, Erica Danille Luera and Eden Richelle Luna, both of Odessa; grandmother, Olivia Luera of Colorado City; brothers, Robert Luera Jr. and Abel Luera, both of Odessa, and Albert Luera of Seattle.

Mary Greer

MONAHANS -- Mary Virginia Greer, 69, of Monahans, a homemaker, died Monday, May 11, 1998, at Odessa Regional Hospital.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Immanuel Baptist Church with the Rev. Robert Mitchell officiating. Burial will be in Monahans Memorial cemetery. Arrangements by Harkey Funeral Home.

He was born in Eastland and had been a resident of Monahans since 1936. He was a Baptist.

Survivors: Husband, J.M. "Cotton Greer of Monahans; sons, David Lee Pettiet of Grandfalls, Stanley Elton Greer of Abilene; daughters, Virginia Ann George of Highland Village, Barbara Carol Calison of Arlington, Martha Ellen Shafer of Castlerock, Colo., Phylis Gay Creamer of Bridgeport; brother, M.S. Harris of Monahans; sister, Florence Albertson of Largo, Fla.; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
