RISING STAR — Dorothy Sue “Way” Cloud, 87, of Odessa, died Saturday, Sept. 18, 2004, at Valley View Nursing Home in Eastland.
Services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Higginbotham Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements were by Higginbotham Funeral Home.

Mary Cunningham
PECOS — Mary Cunningham, 79, of Pecos, a homemaker, died Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2004, at Reeves County Hospital.
Memorial services will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Pecos Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Craig DeArmond officiating. Burial will be at Mount Evergreen cemetery. Arrangements are by Pecos Funeral Home.
She was born in Snyder.
SURVIVORS: Husband, William C. Cunningham; sons, Ricky Cunningham and Terry Cunningham, both of Odessa, Billy Breiten of Pecos and Richard Breiten of San Antonio; daughter, Connie Farmer of Snyder; sister, Johnnie Molinare of Snyder; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Glen Perkins Jr.
ODESSA — Glen Ray Perkins Jr., 42, of Odessa, a past firefighter for the Odessa Fire Department, died Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2004, at his residence.
Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home with the Rev. Jimmy Braswell officiating. Arrangements are by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
He was born in Odessa. He was a Baptist.
SURVIVORS: Father, Glen Perkins of Brownwood; brother, Stephen William Perkins of Florence, Ky.; and sister, Phylis Solomon of Odessa.

James Winn
KERMIT — James Alton Winn, 69, of Kermit, a retired schoolteacher for WLISD, died Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2004, in Wink.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Family Services Funeral Chapel with Tom Williamson officiating. Graveside services will be at 4 p.m. Saturday at Trent Garden of Memories cemetery. Arrangements are by Family Services Funeral Parlor.
He was born in Trent. He served in the Air Force.
SURVIVORS: Daughters, Devora Mitchell of Wink and Jamie Winn of Fort Collins, Colo.; brother, Edwin Winn of Kyle; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Ryan Ybarra
ODESSA — Ryan Eli Ybarra, 16, of Odessa, a student at Hood Junior High School, died Tuesday, Sept. 21, 2004, at Cooks Children’s Hospital in Fort Worth.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Alpha Omega Church with Samuel Ramirez officiating. Burial will be at Rose Hill cemetery. Arrangements are by Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors.
He was born in Odessa.
SURVIVORS: Parents, Richard and Olivia Ybarra of Odessa; brothers, Raymond Brito Jr. of Odessa and Adam Lee Ybarra of Pecos; sister, Jasmine Ybarra of Odessa; and grandparents, Carrie Ybarra of Fort Stockton and Ernestina and Eliseo Gonzales of Odessa.

MIDLAND — Rex Aldo Lamberti, 61, of Midland, died Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2004, at his residence.

DALLAS — Freddie G. Reeves, of Dallas, died Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2004, at Richardson Regional Medical Center in Dallas.

Bernard Butts Jr.
KERMIT — Bernard C. “Skip” Butts Jr., 60, of Kermit, a machinist for McDonald-Douglas, died Sunday, July 25, 2004, at his residence.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Community Church with Russ Smith Sr. officiating. Burial will be at Kermit cemetery. Arrangements by Cooper Funeral Chapel.
He was born in Pueblo, Calif. He was in the Navy and was a Christian.
SURVIVORS: Mother, Marie Butts of Kermit; and brother, Brent Butts of Searcy, Ark.

MIDLAND — James Kenith Fischer Sr., 67, an electrician, died Saturday, July 24, 2004, at West Midland Memorial Hospital in Midland.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. today at Fairview cemetery. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
He was born in Chicago, Ill.
