Edna Millwood

ODESSA -- Edna Louise "Lucy" Millwood, 81, of Odessa, a retired restaurant employee, died Saturday, April 4, 1998, at Medical Center Hospital.

Services were held Tuesday, April 7, 1998, at Sunset Heights Baptist Church with the Rev. Jess Little officiating. Burial was in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.

She was born in Spartanburg, S.C., and moved to Odessa in 1961 from South Carolina. She was Baptist.

SURVIVORS: Daughter, Peggy Alford of Odessa; brother, Edwin McBee of New Port Richey, Fla.; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Billy Terry

MCCAMEY -- Billy Ray Terry, 59, of McCamey, a retired employee of Chevron, died Saturday, April 4, 1998, at Medical Center Hospital.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church with the Revs. L.H. Degrate, Ellis Lane and Jackie Jeffrey officiating. Burial will be at Garden of Memories cemetery. Arrangements by Richard W. Box Funeral Homes.

He was born in McCamey. He was Methodist.

SURVIVORS: Wife, Ruby Terry of McCamey; daughter, Sandra Kay Jones of Odessa; sons, Billy Ray Terry Jr., Billy Joe Terry, Kenny Ray Terry, Rodney Ray Terry and Steven Rene Terry, all of Odessa; sisters, Lessie Simes of Odessa, Robbie Wroe, Georgia Hall, Cecilia Jackson, Maple McMaryion and Melissa McMaryion, all of Midland; brothers, Joe L. Terry and Nolan McMaryion, both of Odessa, Lawrence McMaryion of Mesquite and Clifton Pettis of El Paso; and 14 grandchildren.

Wilburn Tindol

ODESSA -- Wilburn Walker Tindol, 85, of Odessa, a retired radiator mechanic, died Tuesday, April 7, 1998, at Medical Center Hospital.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Hubbard-Kelly Chapel with the Rev. Harry Howell officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.

He was born in Ryan, Okla., and moved to Odessa in 1955 from Wichita Falls.

SURVIVORS: Wife, Bobbie Tindol of Odessa; sons, Carl Tindol, Junior Tindol and Ricky Tindol, all of Odessa and Charles Tindol of Mobile, Ala.; daughters, Yvonne Green and Marylyn Grantham, both of Houston, Billie Curtis and Sandra Sweeden, both of Odessa; 28 grandchildren and 51 great-grandchildren.

Grady Wallace

MONAHANS -- Grady Russell Wallace, 79, of Monahans, a retired matintenance supervisor for Cabot Corp., died Monday, April 6, 1998, at Medical Center Hospital.

Services will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Barry Klempnauer officiating. Burial will be at Monahans Memorial cemetery. Arrangements by Harkey Funeral Home.

He was born in Stephenville and had lived in Monahans since 1934. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was Baptist.

SURVIVORS: Wife, Dorothy Wallace of Monahans; daughter, Sherry Treadway of Monahans; sister, Dorothy Scroggins of Bryson; and two grandchildren.

Alfredo Chabarria

PECOS -- Alfredo "Freddy" Chabarria, 32, of Pecos, a lead man for Trace Ventures Exploration Inc., died Wednesday, April 1, 1998, in Kenedy.

Graveside services will be held at 9 a.m. at Fairview cemetery with the Rev. Vicente Perez officiating. Arrangements by Pecos Funeral Home.

He was a lifetime resident of Pecos.

SURVIVORS: Wife, Irma Rodriguez Chabarria of Pecos; sons, Abdiel Chabarria of Arlington, Sean Michael Jasso of Pecos; daughters, Ashley Jasso and Stephanie Jasso, both of Pecos; father, Manuel Chabarria of Pecos; brothers, Manuel Chabarria Jr. and Alex Chabarria both of Kerrville, Martin Chabarria of Odessa, Adolfo Chabarria of Weatherford, Okla.; sisters, Esmeralda Castillo of Grand Prairie, Yvonne Amarillas of Snyder and Gloria Lopez Martinez of Pecos; and grandmother, Josephina Gonzales of El Paso.

Ethelene Cradduck

CREWS -- Ethelene Payne Lee Cradduck, 73, of Odessa, a homemaker, died Sunday, April 5, 1998, in Midland.

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Crews cemetery with the Rev. Nelan Bahlman officiating. Arrangements by Rains-Seale Funeral Home.

She was born in Crews. She was a Methodist.

SURVIVORS: Son, Jerry Lee of Odessa; brothers, Edgar Payne of Lubbock, Elroy Payne of Gun Barrel City and Eugene Payne of Ballinger; sisters, Eva Jo Bozeman of San Angelo, Earldean Damron of Ball, Eron Hudgens and Evelyn Klutts, both of San Angelo; 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Antonio Garcia

ALPINE -- Antonio Ramirez Garcia, 83, of Alpine, a retired maintenance person at Big Bend National Park, died Sunday, April 5, 1998, at a local hospital.

Rosary will be said at 8 p.m. today at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church. Mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m Wednesday at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church with the Rev. Beto Lopez officiating. Burial will be at Holy Angels cemetery. Arrangements by Geeslin Funeral Home.

He was born in Marathon. He was a Catholic.

SURVIVORS: Son, Isabel A. Garcia of Marathon; daughters, Patricia Llanez and Estella Reyes, both of Alpine; brothers, David Garcia of Alpine, Mancie Payne of Onterio, Calif.; sister, Manuela Moreno of Alpine; 19 grandchildren; and 40 great-grandchildren.

Kathleen Lisle

LUBBOCK -- Kathleen Lisle, 81, of Lubbock, a retired teacher, died Sunday, April 5, 1998, at Methodist Hospital in Lubbock.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Shadowhills Baptist Church with the Revs. Walter Goodnight and Jack Tutor officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Odessa. Arrangements by Resthaven Funeral Home.

She was born in Elaisville and was a resident of Odessa before moving to Lubbock in 1990.

SURVIVORS: Son, Glen W. Lisle Jr. of Toppenish, Wash.; daughter, Janice Keeth of Lubbock; brother, Bill Ardis of Odessa; sister, Florene Watson of South Bend; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Cecil Nix

ODESSA -- Cecil W. Nix, 68, of Odessa, a retired employee of Tmbr/Sharp Drilling Inc., died Sunday, April 5, 1998, at his residence.

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Gardens with the Rev. John Taylor officiating. Arrangements by Martinez Funeral Home.

He was born in Rising Star. He was a Baptist.

SURVIVORS: Wife, JoAnn Nix of Odessa; sons, Cecil E. Nix and Christopher Nix, both of Odessa; daughter, Cathy A. Fletcher of Hope, N.M.; stepson, Charlie M. Mattox of Yorktown; stepdaughters, Bethiny Blevins of Fort Worth and Kimberly McIntosh of Liberty; brothers, Bobby L. Nix of Rocksprings, Clyde Nix of Kerrville and Jimmy Nix of Crockett; four grandchildren,; four step-grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Jose Salgado

MIDLAND -- Jose B. Salgado, 69, of Midland, died Sunday, April 5, 1998, at a local care center after a lengthy illness.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. today at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Burial will be at Fairview cemetery. Arrangements by Thomas Funeral Home.

He was born in Stanton.

SURVIVORS: Brothers, Damas Salgado and Bernadino Salgado, both of Midland; sister, Margarita Hernandez of Odessa.

Virginia Osborn

ODESSA -- Virginia Osborn, 68, of Odessa, died Monday, April 6, 1998, at her residence.

Funeral services are pending with Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
