MONAHANS - Mary Beth Ramsey, 77, of Mineral Wells, a fifth-grade teacher in Monahans, died Friday, Dec. 31, 2004 in a Mineral Wells nursing home.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. today at Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel. A service is scheduled at 2 p.m. Tuesday at First United Methodist Church in Monahans and burial in Monahans Memorial cemetery. Arrangements are by Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Funeral Home (Mineral Wells) and Family Funeral Services/Jackie Harkey (Monahans arrangements).
She was born in Temple. She taught fifth grade in Monahans for 15 years and moved to Mineral Wells in 2001. She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Monahans.
SURVIVORS Sons, Dr. David Ramsey of Lipan and Russell Ramsey of Abilene; daughters, Connie Hisel and Carol Hurst of Lipan, and Cindy Magee of Glen Rose; sister, Barbara Ann Pitzer; brother, Robert Stanley Tubbs; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.

Eda Mae Sheperd
ODESSA - Eda Mae Sheperd, 73, of Odessa, a retired motel employee, died Thursday, Dec. 30, 2004, at Home Hospice in Odessa.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Sunset Heights Baptist Church with the Rev. Jess Little officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Sunset Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home.
She was born in Jacksonville.
SURVIVORS Daughter, Patricia Mayo of Odessa; sister, Inez Smith of San Angelo; and four grandchildren.

Ronald Harold Tierce
ODESSA - Ronald Harold Tierce, 69, of Odessa, an instrument technician for El Paso Natural Gas, died Jan. 1, 2005 at Regency Hospital in Odessa.
Services are at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Lutheran Church of the Risen Lord with the Rev. Dick Brown officiating. Burial will be in Ector County cemetery. Arrangements are by Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors.
He was born in Robert Lee.
SURVIVORS Daughters, Lynn Rhodes Clifton, Pam Rhodes Pitt; son, Mike Rhodes; brother, Donald Tierce; sister, Fran Pease.

Dan Howard Yandell
ODESSA - Dan Howard Yandell, 85, of Odessa, a hot oil operator and truck driver, died Friday, Dec. 31, 2004, at Hospice House in Odessa.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Kingston Avenue Baptist Church. Burial will be later that day in Tahoka cemetery in Tahoka. Arrangements are by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
He was born Durant, Okla. He was an U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He was Baptist.

Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today Odessa Funeral Home Chapel. Mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Thursday at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church with the Rev. Joseph Uecker officiating. Burial will be at Rose Hill cemetery.
He was born in Ojinaga, Mexico.
