Odessa - Sabina Mazurek Dille, 87, of Midland, a retired Bergner’s Department Store employee in Peoria, Ill., died Sunday, May 1, 2005, at Midland Memorial Hospital.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens cemetery.
Sabina was born in Chicago, Ill. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Midland.
Survivors Husband, Holmes Oliver Dille of Midland; son, Brian Keith Dille of Odessa; daughter, Patricia Ann Dille of Quito, Ecuador; brother, Dave and Pat Dille of Crosby; sister, Irene Warczak of Denver, N.C.; and one grandchild.

Jane Irene Walker
Fort Stockton - Jane Irene Walker, 82, of Fort Stockton, a cafeteria manager at Fort Stockton Independent School District, died Monday, May 2, 2005, in Fort Stockton.
Services are pending with Fort Stockton Funeral Home.

Odessa - Alta Porter Cassity, 87, of Odessa, died Sunday, May 1, 2005, at Parks Methodist Retirement Village.
Private services will be held. Arrangements are by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
She was born in Orr, Okla.
Survivors Son, Gary Monroe Cassity of Waco; daughter, Carol Ann Russell of Odessa; sister, Joan Herndon of Albuquerque, N.M.; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Seminole - Glennon Gene “Guter” Gutermuth, 35, of Lubbock, died Friday, April 29, 2005, in Plano.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Gaines County cemetery with the Rev. Marvin Gregory officiating. Arrangements are by Boyer Funeral Home of Seminole.
He was born in Lamesa.
Survivors Father, Gary Gutermuth of Alabama; son, Quintin Shane Bales of Sabinal; daughter, Brandi JoLyn Freeman of Wolf City; stepdaughter, Erica Stanley of Van Alstine; brother, Greg Gutermuth of Dallas; sister, Carrie Wilkens of Lubbock, Vickie Smith of Uvalde, and Shanda Crume of Hondo.

Odessa - Edward Eugene Lance, 58, of Odessa, an oilfield industry worker, died Sunday, May 1, 2005, at his residence.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Rose Hill cemetery with the Rev. Jim Stock officiating. Arrangements are by Odessa Funeral Home.
He was born in Pampa. He was member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Survivors Mother, Freda May Kimbrell of Rankin; son, Nicky “Gene” Lance of Odessa; daughters, Shellee Sharp of Holdenville, Okla., and Tanya Brinlee and Ginger Evans, both of Dallas; brother, Roy Lee Lance of Kingsland; sisters, Betty Dennett of Lubbock, and Beckey Lance of Hobbs, N.M.; and 16 grandchildren.

Guillermo Martinez Ortega
Odessa - Guillermo Martinez Ortega, 75, of Odessa, died Saturday, April 30, 2005, at Hospice House.

He was born in Pecos. He was a World War II veteran and Catholic.
Survivors Wife, Luciana Ortega of San Antonio; son, Jesse Ortega of San Antonio; brothers, Ysidro M. Ortega of Pecos, Benito M. Ortega of Houston and Francisco M. Ortega of Pecos; sister, Mary Rodriguez of Odessa; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Sanderson - Luis Perez Villarreal, 77, of Sanderson, a retired railroad worker, died Monday, May 2, 2005, in Sanderson.
Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today at St. James Church. Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. James Church. Burial will be at St. Rita cemetery. Arrangements are by Fort Stockton Funeral Home.
He was born in Sanderson.
Survivors Son, Jose Luis Villarreal of Sanderson; daughters, Romelia Cleveland and Sandra Melba Davis, both of Sanderson; and sister, Paula Escamilla of Sanderson.
