Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at “Babyland” in Rose Hill cemetery with the Rev. Roman Arreola officiating. Arrangements are by Martinez Funeral Home.

Geneva, Ind. - Ruth E. Hunt, 94, of Geneva, Ind., a retired elementary teacher, died Friday, March 18, 2005, at Swiss Village Retirement Center in Berne, Ind.
Services will be from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. today at First United Methodist Church of Geneva, Ind., with the Rev. Judy Fuller officiating. Burial will be at West Lawn cemetery. Arrangements are by Downing & Glancy Funeral Home of Geneva, Ind.
Survivors Daughter, Elaine Figert of Odessa; son, Larry Hunt of Huntingtown, Md.; and sisters, Mary Pusey and Naomi Buckey, both of Geneva, Ind.

Jshun Davarion Miller
Odessa - Jshun Davarion Miller, infant son of Tavaron Miller and Davette Bonner, died Friday, March 18, 2005, at Medical Center Hospital.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. today at “Babyland” in Rose Hill cemetery with the Rev. E. J. Miller officiating. Arrangements are by Martinez Funeral Home.
Survivors Father, Tavaron Miller of Odessa; mother, Davette Bonner of Odessa; and grandparents, Cynthia Ervin, and the Rev. E.J. and Jana Miller of Odessa.

Odessa - Jo Veda H. Price, 78, of Odessa, a retired co-owner of a Budget Rent A Car franchise, died Monday, March 21, 2005, at her residence.
Services will be at 3 p.m. today at Odessa Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. William Ward officiating. Burial will be at Rose Hill cemetery. Arrangements are by Odessa Funeral Home.
She was born in Breckenridge. She was a Christian.
Survivors Husband, George M. Price Jr. of Odessa; sons, George Price III of Cicero, Ill., Charles L. Price of Austin, and John J. Price of Livingston; daughter, Anne L. Simmons of Odessa; brother, Billy Henderson of Odessa; sisters, Myril Hucker of Midland, and Betty Fernandez of Odessa; and 10 grandchildren.

Mary Belle Pilkinton Whitehead
Kermit - Mary Belle Pilkinton Whitehead, 78, of Kermit, a homemaker, died Sunday, March 20, 2005, in El Paso.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Kermit cemetery with the Rev. Loren Gardner officiating. Arrangements are by Family Funeral Services Funeral Parlor.
She was born in Odee, Kan.
Survivors Son, Mike Whitehead of Cleburne; daughters, Linda Moore of El Paso, Teresa Chadic of Monahans, and Debbie Caldwell of Victoria; sisters, Marge Webb of Meade, Kan.; 11 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Opal Whitefield
Iraan - Opal Whitefield, 83, of Kermit, a retired sales representative, died Monday, March 21, 2005, at her residence.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Cooper Funeral Chapel of Kermit with the Rev. Bill Whitefield officiating. Burial will be at Iraan cemetery.
She was born in Portales, N.M. She was a member of First Christian Church of Kermit.
Survivors Husband, Bill Whitefield of Kermit; son, Eddie Bill Whitefield of Midland; daughters, Cathey S. Whitefield of Kermit, and Margaret “Margie” Lesch of Knoxville, Tenn.; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Homero Ybanez Jr.
Hebbronville - Homero Ybanez Jr., 48, of Corpus Christi, an oilfield worker, died Sunday, March 20, 2005, in Corpus Christi.
Rosary will be said today at 7 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home Holly Chapel in Corpus Christi. Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Hebbronville. Burial will be at New Hebbronville cemetery. Arrangements are by Memorial Funeral Home of Corpus Christi.
Homero was born in Laredo.

She was born in Burlington, Vt.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Andrews County Old cemetery with the Rev. Steve Long officiating. Arrangements are by Andrews Funeral Home.
She was born in Dickens.

PECOS - Juan Florez, 67, of Pecos, a retired seismographer, died Sunday, Feb. 6, 2005, at Regency Hospital in Odessa.
Rosary will be said at 7:30 p.m. today at Peaceful Garden Funeral Home. Mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Friday at Santa Rosa Catholic Church. Burial will be at Greenwood cemetery.
He was born in Pecos and was a Catholic.

Odessa - Audrey Lee Nichols, 93, of Odessa, died Feb. 9, 2005, at Wilson N. Jones Hospital in Sherman.

ANDREWS - R. L. “Mac” McPherson, 87, of Andrews, owner and operator of Mac’s Eggs, died Sunday, Feb. 6, 2005, at Permian Regional Medical Center in Andrews.
Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Andrews Old cemetery with the Rev. Bill Melton officiating. Arrangements were by McNett Funeral Home.
He was born in Buckner and had lived in Midland, Longview and in Andrews. He had also worked as a well tester for Gulf Oil Corp. for 42 years. He was Church of Christ.
SURVIVORS Wife, Ina McPherson of Longview; sons, Terry McPherson of Midwest City, Okla., and Jerry McPherson of Andrews; stepsons, Mike Stone of Tulsa, Okla., Richard Stone of Waco, and Darrell Stone of Albany; stepdaughters, Loretta Aaron of Gladewater and Sara Farrington of Midland; brothers, Tommy McPherson of Seattle, Wash. and Fred McPherson of Breckenridge; sister, Cordie Keith of Midland; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; 15 step-grandchildren; and 23 step great grandchildren.
