ODESSA - George D Thomas Jr., 78, of Odessa, died Friday, Dec. 16, 2005, at his residence.
Services are pending with Sunset Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home.

Jerry Lynn Henderson
Odessa - Jerry Lynn Henderson, 62, of Odessa, a former Odessa American contract carrier, died Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2006, at Rockwood Manor Nursing Facility in Midland.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Friday at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Dewey Blevins officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Sunset Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home.
She was born in Odessa. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints.
Survivors Husband, Gerney Gairld Henderson; sons, Walter Allen Henderson and Dean Edward Henderson, both of Odessa; daughter, Reha Sue Kinne of Houston; brother, Paul Edward Cravens of Friendswood; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Rita M. Hernandez
Odessa - Rita M. Hernandez, 81, of Visalia, Calif., a homemaker, died Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2006, in Visalia.
Memorial services were held Feb. 10 at St. Elizabeth Ann Catholic Church with the Rev. Mark Woodruff officiating. Arrangements were by Miller Memorial Funeral Home of Visalia.
She was born in Barstow.
Survivors Son, Eddie Rodriguez of Odessa; daughters, Louisa Hernandez of Visalia and Trini Hernandez of Odessa; brother, Ed Martinez of Hanford; sisters, Amelia Martinez and Vera Gomez, both of Visalia; 12 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.

James ‘Buddy’ Miller
Odessa - James “Buddy” Miller, 58, of Odessa, a cab driver, died Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2006, in Odessa.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Martinez-Smith Funeral Chapel with Jimmy Braswell officiating. Arrangements are by Martinez-Smith Funeral Chapels & Crematory.
He was born in Odessa.
Survivors Wife, Linda Autry Miller of Odessa; daughters, Shelly Stribling of Midland and Christy Dickman of Odessa; sisters, Flora Faye Thomas of Gainsville, Ga., Margaret Sams of Ashdown, Ark., Sally Gardner of Odessa and Johnny B. Watson of Weatherford; and seven grandchildren.

Odessa - Gregorio Rubio Padilla, 89, of Odessa, an agriculture laborer, died Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2006, at Memorial Medical Center Hospital in Las Cruces, N.M.
Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today at Odessa Funeral Home. Mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Saturday at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church with the Rev. Joseph Uecker officiating. Burial will be at Rose Hill cemetery. Arrangements are by Odessa Funeral Home.
He was born in Cuchillo Parado, Chihuahua Mexico. He was a Christian Catholic.
Survivors Wife, Maria Genoveva Padilla of Las Cruces; sons, Jesus M. Padilla and Cruz Padilla, both of Odessa; daughter, Lola Padilla of Chihuahua; brother, Patricio Padilla of Juarez, Mexico; sister, Trinidad Padilla Payen of Lubbock; 14 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.

L.W. ‘Mail Man’ Proctor
Teague - L.W. “Mail Man” Proctor, 72, of Mexia, a former Odessa postman, died Friday, Feb. 10, 2006, at Manor Health Care in Mexia.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Greater Haynes Church of God in Christ. Burial will be at Cedar Hill cemetery. Arrangements are by Moore’s Angelic Funeral Home of Teague.
He was born in Mexia.

Imogene Nina Kimbler
Monahans - Imogene Nina Kimbler, 75, of Beckville, a homemaker, died Thursday, Dec. 1, 2005, at Baylor Medical Center in Dallas.
Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. today at the Pavilion. Burial will be at Monahans Memorial cemetery with the Rev. Frank Daniels officiating. Arrangements are by Harkey Family Funeral Services.
She was born in Hobbs, N.M.

He was born in El Mulato, Ojinaga, Mexico.

She was born in Mineral Wells. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church.
