Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Davis-Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Brownwood with Wesley McAfee officiating. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Andrews Old cemetery in Andrews with Wesley McAfee officiating. Arrangements are by McNett Funeral Home of Andrews.
She was born in Lamesa and was a Christian.
Survivors Daughters, Patsy Whittington of Granbury and Johnnie Sue Lancaster of May; sisters, Betty Owen of Maryland, Marcea Clive of Portales, N.M., and Doris McAfee of New Mexico; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Blanche Castillo
Andrews - Blanche Castillo, 43, of Andrews, died Thursday, April 6, 2006, at her residence.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at New Life Worship Center. Burial will be at Andrews North cemetery. Arrangements are by McNett Funeral Home of Andrews.
She was born in Pleasanton. She was a member of New Life Worship Center.
Survivors Husband, Martin Castillo of Andrews; son, George Castillo of Andrews; parents, Armando and Elida Balderas of San Antonio and Alfredo Barbecha of Tucson, Ariz.; brothers, Hector Balderas, Elias Balderas, Armando Balderas of San Antonio and Joe Barbecha of Colorado; and sister, Lilly Elia Carreras of Dallas, Christina Barbecha of El Paso and Laura Barbecha of Big Spring.

Velma Chasarho (Garrett) Cox
Stanton - Velma Chasarho (Garrett) Cox, 81, of Lubbock, died Thursday, April 6, 2006, in Lubbock.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today at Evergreen cemetery with Leroy and Jannie Linney officiating. Arrangements are by Stanton Memorial Funeral Home and Chapel.
She was born in Coke County.
Survivors Daughters, Mary Beth Bates of Mesa, Ariz., Marsha C. Owens and Paula A. McDermett, both of Lubbock, and Velma Aniece Zweig of Glendale, Ariz.; brother, M.L. John Garrett of Colorado City; eight grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

Emma Laura Harvard
Corsicana - Emma Laura Harvard, 80, of Corsicana, formerly of Kermit, died Wednesday, April 5, 2006, in Corsicana.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home Chapel in Corsicana with the Rev. B.F. Risinger Jr. and Bill Honea officiating. Burial will be at Hopewell cemetery in Navarro County.
She was born in Littlefield. She was a member of First Baptist Church.
Survivors Husband, Sam Harvard; daughters, Kathy Sizemore of Nocona and Susie Gregory of Frisco; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Belva Orene Sims
Odessa - Belva Orene Sims, 89, of Bowie, died Tuesday, April 4, 2006, at Bellmire Nursing Home.
Services will be at 10 a.m. today at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
Survivors Son, Herbert Sims of Bowie; one sister, one grandchild; and one great-grandchild.

De Leon - Malinda Dee Williams, 37, of Brownwood, died Thursday, April 6, 2006 at Kindred Hospital in Fort Worth.
She was born in Odessa.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at De Leon First Baptist Church. Burial will be at Oliver Springs cemetery. Arrangements are by Nowlin Funeral Home of De Leon.
Survivors Parents, Billy Ross and Tawana Williams, both of Palestine; sister, Esther Jeanene Rice of Fort Worth; and grandparent, D.S. Williams of De Leon.

Willis Dryden Winters
Odessa - Willis Dryden Winters, 77, of Odessa, a retired safety supervisor, died Friday, April 7, 2006, in Odessa.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Crescent Park Baptist Church with Dr. David Miller officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
He was born in Phillips. He was a Navy veteran and was a member of Crescent Park Baptist Church.
Survivors Wife, Patricia D. Winters of Odessa; sons, Willis Winters Jr. of Pearland and Jim Ed Winters of Odessa; daughters, Mary Gesch and Lynne Brooker, both of Odessa; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

She was born in Auburn, N.Y. She was a member of United Methodist Church.
Survivors Husband, Ned Foster Walter of Odessa; sons, Matt Walter of Alpine and Basil Walter of New York, N.Y.; daughters, Paula Doyle of London, England, Charmiane Mantooth and Aili Almeida, both of Houston; and 12 grandchildren.

Odessa - Joe Zant, 76, of Odessa, a realtor and appraiser and co-owner of Zant and Assoc., died Tuesday, April 4, 2006, at his residence.
Services were held April 6 at First United Methodist Church. Burial was held at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements were by Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.
He was born in Stamford. He was a member of St. Luke’s United Methodist Church.
Survivors Wife, Ray Ann Caudle Zant; sons, Clif Zant, Jerry Zant, daughters, Shannon Myers, Sharo Lopez, Sherea Hill, Cathy Hoggard and Laura Zant; sister, Celia Bowden; 11 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

Rosary was said April 5, 2006, at Acres West Funeral Chapel. Burial will be held at a later date at Monte Bustillos Cementario in El Mulato, Ojinaga, Mexico.
She was born in Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico.
Survivors Sons, Guillermo Hernandez of Presidio, Valentin Hernandez of Ojinaga and Enrique Hernandez of Kermit; daughters, Guadalupe Bonilla of Eastland, Margarita Juarez of Ojinaga, Matilde Luna and Angelina Salazar, both of Odessa and Angelia Alvarado of Midland; four brothers; six sisters; 36 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
