Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Efrain Mendoza officiating. Burial will be at East Hill cemetery.
He was born in San Diego Villa Aldamach, Mexico.
Survivors Wife, Antonia Porras; daughters, Manuela Fidela Porras of Enid, Okla., Graciela Sotelo Porras and Teresa Sanchez Porras, both of Fort Stockton; brothers, Luciano Porras Saldaņa, Jose Porras Saldaņa, Manuel Porras Saldaņa, all of Chihuahua, Mexico; sister, Luisa Mesa Porras of Fort Stockton; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Big Spring - Belton David Hill, 80, of Big Spring, a retired farmer, rancher and owner of two package stores, died Friday, March 24, 2006, at Hospice-Midland Inpatient Unit.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Peace Chapel at Trinity Memorial Park with the Rev. David Ring officiating. Arrangements are by Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory.
He was born in Stanton. He served in the U.S. Army in World War II and the Korean Conflict.
Survivors Wife, Jene Hill of Big Spring; sisters, Betty Jane Smith of Stanton and Barbara Ann Brooks of Bella Vista, Ark.; brother, Barry Hill of Odessa.

Monahans - Harry John Mattlin, 81, of Monahans, an evangelist, died Friday, March 24, 2006, at Medical Center Hospital.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Grace Fellowship Church in Monahans with the Rev. Mark Bristow officiating. Burial will follow at Monahans Memorial cemetery. Arrangements are by Harkey Family Funeral Services.
He was born in Erie, Pa.

Dekalb - Harold Grogan Mills, 83, of Malta, died Thursday, March 16, 2006, at his residence.
Services were held March 18 at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Todd Reed officiating. Burial was held at Woodmen cemetery. Arrangements were by Bates-Rolf Funeral Home of DeKalb.
He was born in Bowie County. He was a WWII veteran and was a Baptist.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Community Chapel with the Rev. Jerry Malone officiating. Burial will follow at the Gaines County Memorial cemetery. Arrangements are by Boyer Funeral Home.
He was born in Georgetown. He had served in the U.S. Navy. He was Christian.

A prayer service will be said at 7 p.m. today at Family Services Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Kermit cemetery. Arrangements are by Family Services Funeral Parlor.
He was born in Pecos.
