ODESSA -- Errington Franklin Allen Jr., 32, a cosmetologist, died Thursday, Nov. 26, 1998.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Church of Christ with Gene Collins officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill cemetery. Arrangements by Martinez Funeral Home.
SURVIVORS: Mother, Shirley Watson of Odessa; sisters, Celeststeen Allen of Greenville, S. C., Sharon Coutee of Midland and Gayla Wright of Odessa; brother, Nathaniel Coutee of Odessa.

Dirk Cotton
ABILENE -- Dirk Allen Cotton, 38, a former Odessa resident, died Friday, Nov. 27, 1998, in Lawn.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Allen-Korzenewski Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Lee Welch officiating. Burial will follow at Elliott-Hamil Garden of Memories. Arrangements by Allen-Korzenewski Funeral Home.
He was Baptist.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Rhonda Cotton of Abilene; sons, Derek Cotton, Toby Cotton and Curtis Cotton, all of Abilene; daughter, Casye Cotton of Abilene; father, Buford Cotton of North Carolina; mother, Elaine Moore of Hurst; brothers, Chad Cotton of Florida, Keith Cotton of Odessa and Jacob Fields of Hurst; sisters, Carla Cotton of Odessa and Sarah Fields of Hurst.

Donna Gilbert
MIDLAND -- Donna Sue Gilbert, 50, died Thursday, Nov. 26, 1998, at an Odessa hospital.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Fairview cemetery with the Rev. Curt Bezinque officiating. Arrangements by Ellis Funeral Home.
She was born in Midland and had lived in Odessa since 1993.
SURVIVORS: Daughter, Hope Gilbert of Midland; mother, Verna L. Jones of Midland; brothers, Larry Jones of Plainview and Wally Jones of Odessa; sister, Mabel Jones of Midland.

Michael Greenough
HOBBS, N.M. -- Michael Lynn Greenough, 48, of Midland, died Monday, Nov. 23, 1998, in Temucula, Calif.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Temple Baptist Church. Arrangements by Chapel of Hope Funeral Home.
He was Baptist.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Jackie Greenough of Midland; son, Michael Greenough Jr. of Hobbs; daughter, Debbie Parker of Hobbs; brothers, Bobby Greenough of Austin and Jimmy Tuttle of Victoria; sisters, Janice Craven of Odessa, Robin Clark of Missouri and Mara Lee Greenough of Austin and four grandchildren.

ANDREWS -- Betty McBeth, 49, died Friday, Nov. 27, 1998, at Medical Center Hospital.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Second Baptist Church with the Rev. Ivy Shelton officiating. Burial will follow at Andrews North cemetery. Arrangements by McNett Funeral Home.
She was Baptist.
SURVIVORS: Husband, Terry McBeth of Andrews; parents, Horace and Doris Day of Andrews; son, Don McBeth of Andrews; daughter, Christy Hallum of Seminole; brother, Randy Day of Andrews and five grandchildren.

ODESSA -- Lydia Mae Cothern, 59, died Thursday, Nov. 26, 1998, at her Odessa residence.

LAS CRUCES, N.M. -- Lydia Mae Cothern, 59, died Thursday, Nov. 26, 1998, at her Odessa residence.
Mass will be celebrated at 4 p.m. Wednesday at Holy Cross Catholic Church with the Rev. John Anderson officiating. Burial will be at Masonic cemetery. Arrangements by Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors.
She was born in Artesia, N.M., and had lived in Odessa since 1984.
She was a Catholic.
SURVIVORS: Husband, James V. Cothern of Odessa; daughter, Lucinda Cothern of Midland; sons, William Thomas Cothern of Portland, Ore., and J. Vincent Cothern of Jersey City, N.J.; sister, Juanita Chavez of Las Cruces, N.M.; brothers, Shelby Frink of Tulsa, Okla., and Donald Frink of Odessa; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

MCCAMEY -- Pilar Jimenez, 91, died Friday, Nov. 27, 1998.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at La Iglesia Apostolica de la fe en Cristo Jesus with the Rev. Sabino Rivero officiating. Burial will follow at McCamey cemetery. Arrangements by Richard W. Box Funeral Home.

SURVIVORS: Son, William Michael Mobley Jr. of Odessa; daughter, La Wanda Purcella of Odessa; mother, La Wanda Steltemeir of Hugo, Okla., brother, Eric Mobley of Portland, Ore., sister, Patricia Anderson of Rush Springs, Okla. and three grandchildren.

ODESSA -- Wayne E. Roe, 76, died Saturday, Nov. 28, 1998, at his residence.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors Chapel with the Rev. Kyle Rodgers officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors.
He was born in Hamilton and had lived in Odessa since 1955. He was a World War II veteran and Baptist.
SURVIVORS: Wife, De De Roe of Odessa; daughter, Judy Lynn Smith of Odessa; brother, Horace Roe of Mineral Wells; sisters, Lola Peters of Hamilton and Jinny Parker of Rowlett and three grandchildren.

Jewel Boyd

MIDLAND -- Jewel Emmitt Boyd, 91, of Midland, a retired employee of Gulf Oil Co., died Monday, Aug. 31, 1998, at a local hospital.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at North A and Tennessee Church of Christ with Greg Flemming officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Park. Arrangements by Ellis Funeral Home.

He was born in Ravendon, Ark., and moved to the area in 1935. He was a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors: Son, Gary D. Boyd of Corpus Christi; daughter, Sandra Bailey of Midland; brothers, Theo Boyd of Rising Star, Raymond Boyd of Fritch and Ottus Boyd of Ira; sisters, Bertha Wallum of Odessa and Leveta Scott of Gorman; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Thadine Brammer

PRESCOTT, Ariz. -- Thadine M. Brammer, 79, of Prescott, Ariz., died Sunday, Aug. 30, 1998.

Services were held Monday at Memory Chapel Mortuary. Arrangements by Memory Chapel Mortuary.

She was born in Mae and moved to Arizona 42 years ago. She was a Women’s Army Corps veteran of World War II. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors: Daughters, France Green of Chino Valley, Ariz., and Helen Orren of Odessa; sisters, Barbara Mazza of Las Vegas and Dorothy Williams of Yuma, Ariz.; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Petra Carrillo

PECOS -- Petra Ramirez Carrillo, 79, of Pecos, a homemaker, died Monday, Aug. 31, 1998, at her residence.

Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Ojinaga, Mexico. Burial will be at La Esmerelda cemetery. Arrangements by Pecos Funeral Home.

She was born in Presidio. She was Catholic.

Survivors: Sons, Francisco Carrillo of Pecos and Edmundo Carrillo of Midland; daughters, Elva Bustamante of Carlsbad, N.M., Dora Villaneva and Maria Elena Garcia, both of Pecos, Albina Vasquez of Presidio and Delia Hernandez of Midland; sisters, Vivian Ramirez of Odessa and Gregoria Lujan of Pecos; 34 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren and six great-grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
