ODESSA -- Martin Cy Rodriguez, infant son of Martin "Miko" Rodriguez and Daphne "Dee Dee" Rodriguez, both of Odessa, died Sunday, Oct. 25, 1998, at Medical Center Hospital.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Rose Hill cemetery with the Rev. Luis Cepeda officiating. Arrangements by Martinez Funeral Home.
He was born in Odessa.
SURVIVORS: Parents; brother, Jerek Martinez of Odessa; sister, Mika Rodriguez of Odessa; grandmothers, Lou Ann Rivera and Mary Rodriguez, both of Odessa; grandfathers, Gilbert Rivera and Martin Rodriguez Sr., both of Odessa; and great-grandmothers, Juanita Salmon, Simona Rivera, both of Odessa and Guadalupe Rodriguez of El Paso.
Scott Stripling
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. -- Scott Randall Stripling, 52, of North Andover, Mass., a college teacher, died Friday, Oct. 23, 1998, at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston after a lengthy illness.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary Orthodox Church in Cambridge, Mass. Arrangements by Kfoury Funeral Home.
He was born in Austin and attended high school in Odessa.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Victoria Stripling of North Andover, Mass.; son, Matthew Stripling of North Andover, Mass.; daughter, Carolyn Stripling of North Andover, Mass.; brother, Steven Stripling of Anchorage, Alaska; and mother, Shirley Stripling Rosenberg of Bradenton, Fla.
Pete Dunaway
HOBBS, N.M. -- Pete Dunaway, 76, of Hobbs, N.M., died Monday, Oct. 26, 1998, at his residence.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Taylor Memorial Baptist Church. Arrangements by Chapel of Hope Funeral Home.
He was born in Talequah, Okla. He was a Navy veteran. He was Baptist.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Molly Dunaway of Hobbs, N.M.; son, Larry Dunaway of Bedford; daughters, Linda Gallman of Tulsa, Okla., and Lisa Bretz of Tatum, N.M.; sister, Carmen Henson of Hobbs, N.M.; brothers, Bill Dunaway of Fritch and Clarence Dunaway of Odessa; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

SWEETWATER -- Henry Milton Rogers, 85, of Odessa, a retired film processor, died Tuesday, Oct. 27, 1998, at Parks Methodist Retirement Center in Odessa.
Graveside services with Masonic graveside rites will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Sweetwater cemetery. Arrangements by McCoy Funeral Home.
He was born in Sweetwater and moved to Odessa in 1956. He was Methodist.
SURVIVORS: Daughters, Eleanor Edmondson and Kathie Squyres, both of Odessa and Barbara Mandry of Lubbock; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Robert Creel
LONGVIEW -- Robert Craig Creel, 31, of Longview, a derrick hand and operator, died Saturday, Oct. 24, 1998, in an oilfield accident in Louisiana.
Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Rader Funeral Home with the Rev. Rodney Cox officiating. Arrangments by Rader Funeral Home.
He was born in Lamesa and moved to Longview in 1995 from Hobbs, N.M. He was a Navy veteran.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Teresa Creel of Longview; son, Jeffrey Creel of Longview; daughter, Amanda Creel of Longview; parents Robert L. and Janice Creel of Big Spring; brother, Michael Creel of Odessa; and grandmother, Mrs. Van McGuire of Lamesa.
Inez Lujan
SARAGOSA -- Inez Carrasco Lujan, 82, a homemaker, died Tuesday, Oct. 27, 1998, at Medical Center Hospital.
Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at Our Lady Of Guadalupe Cahotholic Church. Rosary will be said at 7:30 p.m. today at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Burial will be in Saragosa. Arrangements by Martinez Funeral Home.
She was born in Menton and was a lifelong resident of Saragosa. She was Catholic.
SURVIVORS: Husband, Concepcion Lujan Sr. of Saragosa; son, Concepcion Lujan Jr. of Odessa; daughter, Blasa Lujan Nino of Las Cruces, N.M.; brother, Pedro Carrasco of Odessa; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

HOBBS, N.M. -- Ruby Pearl Mann, 85, a retired grocery checker and homemaker, died Sunday, Oct. 18, 1998, at Lea Regional Hospital in Hobbs, N.M., after a lengthy illness.

She was born in Tupelo, Miss. She was Baptist.

She was born in Balmorhea and moved to Odessa in 1961 from Fort Stockton.
