ODESSA -- Brooka Crandall, 63, of Odessa died Saturday, June 26, 1999, at Deerings Nursing Center.
Services will be at 10 a.m. at Hunter Methodist Church in Hunter, Kan. Burial will be at Greenwood cemetery in Hunter, Kan. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly.
She was born in Hunter, Kan., and was Methodist.
SURVIVORS: Husband, Howard Crandall of Odessa; son, Doug Crandall of Deerfield Kan.; daughters, Deborah Crandall of Norton, Kan., and Deanna Welch of Sherman; brothers, William Long of Salina, Kan., and Bobby Long of Ferndale, Wash.

Paula Fernandez
ODESSA -- Paula Fernandez, 75, of Odessa died Saturday, June 26, 1999, at Medical Center Hospital.
Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Holy Redeemer in Odessa with the Rev. Frank Hill officiating. Rosary will be said 7:30 p.m. today. Burial will be at Rosehill cemetery. Arrangements by Martinez Funeral Home.
SURVIVORS: Sons, Victor Fernandez of Odessa, Curildo Fernandez of Odessa, Ruben Fernandez of Corpus Christi, Enrique Fernandez of Donna; daughters, Rosa Savedra of Odessa, Hilda Sanchez of Odessa, Maria Carbajal of Brownwood, Guadalupe Garces of Mercedes; 28 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.

Dwain Hill
ODESSA -- Dwain Hill, 83, of Odessa died Friday, June 25, 1999, at his residence.
Services will be 10 a.m. today at Sunset Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Bruce Troy officiating.
He was born in Ink, Mo., and was Baptist.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Jeanie Hill of Odessa; daughters, Bonnie Scales of Boerne, Norma Collins of Jal, N.M.; grandchildren, Cynthia Vidas, David Scales, Brian Scales, Angela Collins and James Collins.

Victor Lambert
MONAHANS -- Victor Lambert, Sr., 80, Monahans died Saturday, June 26, 1999, at his residence.
Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Harkey Funeral Home with the Rev. Michael Lambert officiating. Burial will be at Monahans Memorial cemetery. Arrangements by Harkey Funeral Home.
He was born in Chiacha, Okla., and was a member of Grace Fellowship Church.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Esther Lambert of Monahans; sons, Victor Lambert of Plano, Michael Lambert of Watauga; sister, Norma Stewart of El Paso; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Sally Madden
ODESSA -- Sally Madden, 86, of Odessa died Saturday, June 26, 1999, at Medical Center Hospital.
Graveside services will be 3 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Dr. Gary Madden officiating. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
She was born in Foreman, Ark.
SURVIVORS: Son, Bill Madden of Odessa; daughter, Jackie Nolan of The Woodlands; six grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

Buck Scheile
ODESSA -- Buck Samuel Scheile, 51, of Odessa, a remodeling contractor, died Monday, June 28, 1999, at his residence.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the Promised Land Christian Retreat with the Rev. Jean Oden officiating. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Inc.
He was born in Odessa and was a lifelong resident. He was an Army veteran.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Robbie Lynn Scheile of Odessa; son, Adam Scheile of Odessa; daughters, Kasey Lynn Scheile and Karey Ann Grametbaur, both of Odessa; mother, Annie Lynn Scheile of Odessa; brother, Henry Owens of Schoolcraft, Mich.; and sister, Judy Sue Archer of Alberta, Canada.

Pablo Bencomo
FORT DAVIS -- Pablo Bencomo, 80, of Fort Davis died Monday, June 28, 1999, at an Alpine hospital.
Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday with the Rev. Demetrio Ponce officiating. Rosary will be said at 8 p.m. today. Burial will be at St. Joseph Catholic Church cemetery. Arrangements by Geeslin Funeral Home.
He was born in Fort Davis and was a lifelong resident. He was an Army veteran and was Catholic.
SURVIVORS: Son, Johnny Bencomo of Levelland; daughter, Lorina Wells of Fort Davis; brother, Alfonso Bencomo Jr. of Fort Davis; sister, Elsia Webster of El Paso; and six grandchildren.

Quincy Earle
SNYDER -- Quincy Kent Earle, 83, of Cortez, Colo., a retired employee of Mobil Oil Co., died Monday, June 28, 1999, in Cortez.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Hillside Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
He was born in Poyen, Ark. He was Methodist.
SURVIVORS: Daughter, Nita. L. Smith of Cortez, Colo.; brother, Alton B. Earle of Denver, Colo.; and two grandchildren.

Mark Barbee

LUBBOCK -- Mark L. "Lew" Barbee, 78, of Lubbock, a retired employee of Phillips Petroleum Company, died Tuesday, June 16, 1998, at University Medical Center.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. today at Franklin-Bartley Chapel with the Rev. Mike Schafer officiating. Burial will be at Peaceful Gardens cemetery. Arrangements by Franklin-Bartlett Funeral Home.

He was born in Bartlesville, Okla. He was an Army Air Corp veteran of World War II. He was Methodist.

Survivors: Wife, Nadine Barbee of Lubbock; daughter, Lavonne Gothard of Lubbock; brothers, Carl Barbee of Townsend, Del., Grover Barbee of Bartlesville, Okla., and Kirby Barbee of Oklahoma City; sisters, Grace Billam of Bartlesville, OKla., Conney Allan of West Memphis, Ark., Jerry Barbee of Seneca, Mo., and Alois Tiner of Odessa; two grandchildren and one great-grandchildren.

Sally Madden
ODESSA -- Sally Mae Madden, 86, of Odessa, a sales clerk, died Saturday, June 26, 1999, at Medical Center Hospital.
Graveside services were held Monday at Sunset Memorial. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
She was born in Foreman, Ark., and has lived in Odessa since 1963.
SURVIVORS: Son, Bill Madden of Odessa; daughter, Jackie Nolan of The Woodlands; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Paubla Nunez
KERMIT -- Paubla Vara Nunez, 91, of Kermit, a homemaker, died Tuesday, June 29, 1999, at her residence.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church with the Rev. John Lucido officiating. Burial will be in Kermit cemetery. Arrangements by Cooper Funeral Home.
She was born in Fort Stockton and lived in Kermit for 54 years. She was Catholic.
Survivors: Sons, Julio Nunez of Fort Stockton, R.V. Nunez and Frankie Nunez, both of Odessa, and Joe Nunez of Kermit; daughters, Clarita Lopez and Amelia Flores, both of Kermit, and Alicia Acosta of Monahans; sisters, Delfina Rojos of El Paso, Concha Lujan of Fresno, Calif., Manuela Nanez of Albuquerque, N.M., and Francis Ruiz of Anthony, N.M.; 30 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

Robert Stoudermire
CRANE -- Robert Nathan Stoudermire, 56, of Crane died Monday, June 28, 1999, at his residence.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Crane County cemetery with the Rev. Tommy Parker officiating. Arrangements by Richard W. Box Funeral Home.
He was born in Uvalde and lived in Crane 25 years. He was Baptist.
SURVIVORS: Son, Robert Stoudermire Jr. of Marlow, Okla.; daughter, Amy Shelton of Conway, S.C.; sisters, Rosa Reynolds of Burkburnett and Linda Langford of Beeville.

ODESSA -- Willie James Turner, 65, of Odessa, a retired truck driver, died Sunday, June 27, 1999, at Medical Center Hospital.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Greater St. John Baptist Church with the Rev. T.L. Jones officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Martinez Funeral Home.
He was born in Carthage. He was Baptist.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Rebecca Ruth Turner of Odessa; sons, James E. Turner and Donald Lee Turner and Harry A. Turner, all of Odessa, and Allen Wayne Turner of Snyder; mother, Adell Chatman of Carthage; brothers, Donald Turner and O.C.
