MIDLAND - Danny Presley, 44, of Denver City, a retired lease operator for Amerada Hess Co. in Monument, N.M., died Sunday, Dec. 10, 2000, at his residence.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Kelview Heights Baptist Church with the Rev. Jerry Berry officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Arrangements by Ellis Funeral Home.

He was born in Odessa.

SURVIVORS: Wife, Deborah Presley of Denver City; sons, Jamie Presley of Lubbock, Danny "Bud" Lee Presley Jr. of Midland and Shane Presley of Denver City; daughter, Danna Presley of Denver City; mother, Louise Hollums of Midland; and brother, Calvin Presley of Midland.

R.L. Eason

LORENZO - R.L. "Bill" Eason, 88, of Lubbock, a retired dry cleaner, died Friday, Dec. 8, 2000, at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today at Lorenzo cemetery with the Rev. Gary Boles officiating. Arrangements by Adams Funeral Home.

He was born in Lamar County.

SURVIVORS: Son, Jan C. Eason of Atlanta, Ga.; and two grandchildren.

Angel Molina

ODESSA - Angel Molina, infant son of Jose Manuel and Sandy Molina, died Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2000, at Medical Center Hospital.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Rose Hill cemetery with the Rev. Francis Frey officiating. Arrangements by Odessa Funeral Home.

He was born in Odessa.

SURVIVORS: Parents; sister, Sara Jo Molina of Odessa; grandparents, Jose and Victoria Sanchez and Jose and Cecilia Molina, all of Odessa.

Joe Ramirez

ODESSA - Joe Gonzales Ramirez, 70, of Odessa died Saturday, Dec. 9, 2000, at his residence.

Services are pending with Martinez Funeral Home.

Sophie Wenzel

ODESSA - Sophie Olga Wenzel, 86, of Andrews died Saturday, Dec. 9, 2000, in Andrews.

Services are pending with McNett Funeral Home.

Fanny Banman

SEMINOLE - Fanny Elaine Banman, infant daughter of Klas and Helen Banman of Seminole, died Thursday, Oct. 26, 2000, at Covenant Medical Center Lakeside in Lubbock.

Graveside services were at 3 p.m. Friday, Oct. 27, 2000, at the Gaines County cemetery South with John Froese officiating. Arrangements by Boyer Funeral Home.

She was born in Lubbock.

SURVIVORS: Parents; brothers, Brian Banman and Conly Banman, both of Seminole; and grandparents, John and Justina Banman and Jake and Helena Giesbrecht, all of Mexico.

Buddy Casey

WICKETT - Buddy Casey, 66, of Pyote, a freight agent, died Thursday, Oct. 26, 2000, at Memorial Hospital and Medical Center.

Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Wickett Baptist Church with the Rev. A.J. Ramsey officiating. Burial will be at the Pyote cemetery in Pyote. Arrangements by Harkey Funeral Home.

He was born in Mason and had been a resident of Pyote since 1986. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War. He was Baptist.

SURVIVORS: Wife, Elizabeth Casey of Pyote; son, Dallas Casey of Monahans; daughter, Carla Jensen of Napa Valley, Calif.; stepson, Jamie Rose of California; mother, Chrystell Casey of Brownwood; brother, M.H. Casey of Reno, Nev.; sister, Dorlene Montague of Brownwood; and a granddaughter.

Melvin Free

MIDLAND - Melvin Free, 73, of Midland died Thursday, Oct. 26, 2000, at Memorial Rehabilitation Hospital in Midland.

Memorial services will be at 7 p.m. Sunday at West Park Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses with Eric Herminson officiating. Arrangements by Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.

He was born in Sweetwater and lived in Odessa before moving to Midland in 1985.

SURVIVORS: Sons, Larry Dean Free of Prescott Valley, Ariz., and Tracy Lynn Free of Odessa; daughter, Marsha Villa of Pleasant Farms; brother, Doyle Free of New Deal; sister, Darlene White of Lubbock; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

John Hart

ROSWELL, N.M. - John Rene Hart, 83, of Roswell, N.M., a retired employee of El Paso Natural Gas Company, died Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2000, at Eastern New Mexico Medical Center in Roswell.

Services will be at 11:30 a.m. MST at Aldersgate United Methodist Church with the Rev. Bill Johnston officiating. Burial will be at South Park cemetery. Arrangements by Ballard Funeral Home.

He was born in Mitchell County and had been a resident of Roswell since 1961. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was Methodist.

SURVIVORS: Wife, Margaret Jackson Hart of Roswell; daughter, Joy Hunter of Dallas; sons, David Hart of Abilene and James Hart of Los Lunas, N.M.; sister, Nell Parker of Big Spring; and six grandchildren.

Federico Lujan

ODESSA - Federico Herrera Lujan, 70, of Odessa, a retired sheet metal worker, died Friday, Oct. 27, 2000, at Medical Center Hospital.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Sunset Memorial Chapel. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.

He was born in Marfa and had been a resident of Odessa since 1956. He was Catholic.

SURVIVORS: Wife, Otilia Lujan of Odessa; sons, Ramundo Lujan, Antonio Lujan and Uvaldo Lujan, all of Odessa, and Frederick H. Lujan Jr. of El Paso; daughters, Grace Lujan, Silvia McFall, Laura Lujan, Barbara Lujan and Ann Rameriz, all of Odessa; sisters, Lupe Venagas of Marfa and Margarita Reyes of Odessa; 15 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Robert Stone

ODESSA - Robert "Bob" Stone, 73, of Odessa, a retired employee of General Tire and Rubber Company, died Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2000, at Medical Center Hospital.

Services will be at 10 a.m. today at Mission Dorado Baptist Church with the Rev. Robert Bratcher officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors.

He was born in Olney and had been a resident of Odessa since 1952. He was Baptist.

SURVIVORS: Wife, Thelma Stone of Odessa; brothers, Bill Stone of Hobbs, N.M., and Fred Stone of Midland; and sister, Margie Phinney of Graham.

Louise Teel

ODESSA - Louise Teel, 64, of Odessa, a homemaker, died Thursday, Oct. 26, 2000, at Medical Center Hospital.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Rose Hill cemetery. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.

She was born in Big Sandy and had been a resident of Odessa for 30 years. She was Baptist.

SURVIVORS: Husband, Billy Teel of Odessa; daughter, Stacy Lynn Teel of Odessa; brothers, Lonnie Johnson of Odessa, Billy Johnson and Robert Johnson, both of Big Sandy; and sisters, Lillian Bloom of Andrews, Shirley Billings of Gladewater and Nina Mason of Houston.
