ANDREWS - James Hathcock, 69, a retired plant foreman for Amoco, died Saturday, June 28, 1997, at Permian General Hospital in Andrews.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Andrews Church of Christ with John Snider and Glenn Long officiating. Burial will be at Andrews West cemetery. Arrangements by McNett Funeral Home.

He was born in Burleson and was a resident of Andrews. He was a member of the Church of Christ.

SURVIVORS Wife, Barbara Hathcock of Andrews; son, Tom Hathcock of Gilbert, Ariz.; daughters, Cynthia Parker of Crofton, Md., and Kim Davis of Midland; brothers, W.G. 'Dub' Hathchock of Andrews, Levi Hathcock of California, and Fletcher Hathcock of Brownwood; sisters, Jewell Woolverton of Mabank and Christal Weeks of Azle; five grandchildren; two step- grandchildren; and one step-great-grandchild.

Ada McCulloch

KERMIT - Ada D. McCulloch, 100, a homemaker, died Saturday, June 28, 1997, at Avalon Place Nursing Center in Odessa.

Graveside services will be held at 130 p.m. Monday at the Kermit cemetery with the Rev. Bill Campbell officiating. Arrangements by Cooper Funeral Chapel.

She was born in Russellville, Mo., and was a resident of Kermit. She was a Baptist.

SURVIVORS Daughters, Norma Horton of Odessa and Wanda Stephenson of Independence, Mo.; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

W.H. Tuttle

FARMINGTON, N.M. - W.H. 'Bill' Tuttle, 75, a retired superintendent and repairman for El Paso Natural Gas Co., died Friday, June 27, 1997, in Farmington.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday MST at Emmanuel Baptist Church with the Rev. John Preston officiating. Burial will be at Memorial Gardens cemetery. Arrangements by Cope Memorial Chapel.

He was born in Beaman, Mo., and was a resident of Farmington. He was a Navy veteran serving during World War II. He was a Baptist.

SURVIVORS Wife, Wanda E. Tuttle of Farmington; daughters, Billie Kay Bettis of Dallas and Linda Lee Montoya of Bloomfield, N.M.; sisters, Helen Redwine of Muleshoe and Marilyn Rothman of Culver City, Calif.; and three grandchildren.

Troy Drinkard

BIG SPRING - Troy Ballard Drinkard, 81, a retired owner and operator of Drinkard Electric, died Sunday, June 29, 1997, in Midland.

Services will be at noon Wednesday at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel with the Rev. Kenneth Patrick officiating. Masonic graveside rites will follow at Trinity Memorial Park. Arrangements by Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home.

He was born in Eden and was a resident of Big Spring. He was a member of Baptist Temple Church.

SURVIVORS: Daughters, Etta Jane Doane of Odessa and Troy Ann Sinclair of Sherman; son, Timothy Drinkard of Big Spring; sisters, Lewelyn Nored of Eden and Virginia Fleming of Austin; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.

Bibian Estrada

MARATHON - Bibian Estrada, 41, a U.S. Army veteran, died Saturday, June 28, 1997, at Big Bend Regional Medical Center after a lengthy illness.

Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. today at St. Mary's Catholic Church with the Rev. Rick Ruiz officiating. Burial will be at Marathon cemetery. Arrangements by Geeslin Funeral Home of Alpine.

He was born in Del Rio and was a resident of Alpine.

SURVIVORS: Wife, Priscilla of Alpine; sons, Martin Estrada, Marjo Estrada and Moises Estrada, all of Alpine; brothers, Jesus Estrada of Eagle Pass, Pete Estrada of Austin and Leo Estrada of Marathon; and sister, Gloria Vigil of Odessa.

Eric Hignojoz

MIDLAND - Eric S. Hignojoz, 26, of Midland, died on Friday, June 27, 1997, at Midland Memorial Hospital.

Mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m. today at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with the Rev. Gilbert Rodriguez officiating. Burial will be at Fairview cemetery. Arrangements by Thomas Funeral Home.

He was born in Pecos and he was a life-long resident of Midland.

SURVIVORS: Son, Marcus Lee Hignojoz of Midland; father and stepmother, Raul and Susan P. Hignojoz of Midland; mother and stepfather, Juanita S. and Angelo Riojas of Nixon; sisters, Monica LeAnn Hignojoz of Midland and Kristen Marie Hignojoz of Nixon; step-sister, Stacy Lynn Riojas of Nixon; grandparents, Loyd and Inez Hignojoz of Odessa, Ben Sr. and Eugenia Sanchez of Toyah and Jesse F. and Julia A. Perez of Midland; and great-grandparents, Antonio Jaquez of Pecos.

Virginia Hoffman

ANDREWS - Virginia Hoffman, 68, a retired Andrews Independent School District bus driver, died Monday, June 30, 1997, at Permian General Hospital.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Andrews Church of Christ with Bob Dupont and Glenn Long officiating. Burial will be at Andrews Old cemetery. Arrangements by McNett Funeral Home.

She was born in Malakoff and moved to Andrews in 1936 from Malakoff. She was a member of Andrews Church of Christ.

SURVIVORS: Husband, Don Huffman Sr. of Andrews; son, Don Huffman Jr. of Andrews; daughter, Joyce Nelson of Andrews; brother, John Fort of Abilene; sisters, Mary Minyard of Odessa; Jo Ann Hoffman of Mustang, Okla. and Annie Mae Woods of Andrews; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Era Boen

ROTAN - Era Beatrice Crawford Boen, 87, of Odessa, died Monday, June 30, 1997, at Avalon Nursing Home.

Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. today at Weathersbee Funeral Chapel with Spence Kirkpatrick officiating. Burial at Belvieu cemetery. Arrangements by Weathersbee Funeral Home.

She was born in Wortham and was a resident of Odessa. She was a Baptist.

SURVIVORS: Son, F. Darrell Boen of Odessa; daughter, Sandra Green of Colorado City; brothers, Loyd Crawford and G.W. Crawford, both of Rotan; sisters, Eva Ratliff of Blossom and Doris Floyd of Midland; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Roger Crocker

MONAHANS - Roger Crocker, 61, owner of B.C. Service in Wickett, died Sunday, June 29, 1997, in Houston.

Services will be held at 9:30 a.m. today at Bethel Baptist Church with the Rev. Gordon Cox officiating.

Burial will be at Upper Green Creek cemetery in Dublin. Arrangements by Harkey Funeral Home.

He was born in Stephenville and was a resident of Monahans. He was a Baptist.

SURVIVORS: Mother, Marie Crocker of Wickett; son, Russell Crocker of New Braunfels; daughters, Dena Perez of Woodsboro and Jennifer Rives of Midland; sister, Pearle Herndon of Mount Dora, Fla.; and one grandchild.

Clarence Denzy Jr.

TAHOKA - Clarence Denzy Jr., 73, a mechanic, farmer and truck driver, died Saturday, June 28, 1997, at his residence.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. today at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Henry L. Brawley officiating. Burial will be at Nevels Memorial Park. Arrangements by White Funeral Home.

He was born in Corsicana and was a resident of Tahoka.

SURVIVORS: Wife, Julia Denzy of Tahoka; son, Perry Denzy of Tahoka; daughter, Doris Denzy Knox of Odessa; stepmother, Jessie Lee Denzy of Tahoka; brother, Terry Lee Denzy of Midland; sisters, Ruby Nell Pennelton of Tahoka and Murry Lee Peppers of Lubbock; and one grandchild.

Leon Kelly

ANDREWS - Leon T. Kelly, 87, a retired tool pusher, died Tuesday, July 1, 1997, at Jackson County Memorial Hospital in Altus, Okla.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at McNett Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. John Snider officiating. Burial at will be at Rose Hill cemetery in Odessa. Arrangements by McNett Funeral Home.

He was born in Ponca City, Okla., and was a resident of Odessa for 20 years. He was a member of the Church of Christ.

SURVIVORS: Sisters, Sarah R. Chandler and Billy Pat Terry, both of Altus, Okla.
