IRAAN - Opal Hail, 79, of Iraan, a retired farmer and rancher, died Sunday, Dec. 24, 2000, at Iraan General Hospital.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Iraan Church of Christ. Burial will be at Restland cemetery. Arrangements by Shaffer-Nichols Chapel.
She was born in Eunice, N.M., and had lived in Iraan for 52 years. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
SURVIVOR: Sister, Ruth Reed of Plainview.
Annie Hallford
FORT STOCKTON - Annie M. Hallford, 88, of Fort Stockton, a retired cafeteria worker, died Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2000.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Nathan McBride officiating. Burial will be at East Hill cemetery. Arrangements by Fort Stockton Funeral Home.
She was born in Danville, La., and was a lifelong resident of Fort Stockton. She was Baptist.
SURVIVORS: Sons, Albert Hallford of Alpine and Currie Hallford of Georgetown; daughters, Dorothy Lentz and Betty Henslee, both of Fort Stockton; 13 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

ODESSA - John Chester Hunter, 58, of Odessa, a retired welder, died Monday, Dec. 25, 2000, at his residence.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Martinez Funeral Home with the Rev. L.C. Rhea officiating. Burial will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park in Lubbock. Arrangements by Martinez Funeral Home.
He was born in Waco and had lived in Odessa for 25 years.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Cecille Hunter of Odessa; sons, Tony Hunter of Austin, Henry Hunter of Lubbock and Timothy Hunter of San Angelo; daughters, La Donna Pendgraft and Anita Brooks, both of Lubbock; brother, Z.D. Parrish of Lubbock; and sisters, Retha Mae Willis of Amarillo, Winnie Faye West, Nora Mae Mooring and Bettye Turner, all of Lubbock.

HOBBS, N.M. - Robert E. Lee, 69, of Hobbs, N.M., a retired field supervisor for Phillips Petroleum Co., died Monday, Dec. 25, 2000, at Lea Regional Medical Center in Hobbs.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Taylor Memorial Baptist Church with the Revs. Arnie Adkinson, Daron Adkinson and Jim Pearce officiating. Burial will be at Prairie Haven Memorial Park. Arrangements by Chapel of Hope Funeral Home.
He was born in Webb City, Okla. He was Baptist.

TEMPLE - Barbara Ann Nealy, 44, of Odessa, a homemaker, died Friday, Dec. 22, 2000, in Odessa.
Services will be at 1 p.m. today at W.H. Littles & Sons Mortuary Daisy P. Littles Memorial Chapel with the Revs. J.W. Hanson and Carl Nealy officiating. Burial will be at Davilla City cemetery. Arrangements by W.H. Littles & Sons Mortuary.
She was born in Temple. She was Baptist.
