Tresia Kathleen Thomason
ODESSA — Tresia Kathleen Thomason, 57, of Odessa passed away Monday, July 16, 2001, at Medical Center Hospital. She was born Dec. 3, 1943, in Russell, Kan. She married
Wesley James Thomason Aug. 21, 1963, in Odessa.
Mrs. Thomason moved to Odessa in 1951 from Russell, Kan. She was a homemaker and a Baptist.
She is survived by her husband, Wesley James Thomason of Odessa; son, Mark Wayne Thomason and wife Tanya of Odessa; daughter, Kathleen Denice Thomason Morrell and husband Eric of Odessa; brothers, Steven Dale Phillips and Denis Lee Meeks, both of Odessa; sister, Benita Hollbrook of Burnet; and seven grandchildren.
Love suffereth long and is kind. Love does not envy; it is not puffed up. Love is patient; it is not easily provoked, and thinketh no evil. Love beareth all things and endureth all things.
Services will be held at 9 a.m. Friday, July 20, 2001, at Westover Baptist Church with the Rev. Terry Wright officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
Services entrusted to Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
Robert V. Bernard
ODESSA — Robert V. Bernard, 51, passed away Friday, July 13, 2001, at his residence in Odessa.
Mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 19, 2001, at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church with the Rev. Frank Chavez officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today at Sunset Memorial Chapel.
Survivors include his wife, Elvira Bernard; daughter, Michelle Rodriguez; mother, Baudela Sanchez; grandmother, Irene Salmon; brothers, Raymond Bernard Jr., Eddy Bernard and Billy Bernard; and five grandchildren.
Arrangements are under the direction of Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.
Susie Moorhead
ODESSA — Susie Moorhead, 77 years of age, passed away Monday, June 25, 2001, at Home Hospice House in Odessa.
She was born March 13, 1924, in Stamford to Charles and Ruby McLyea. She married
Floyd M. Moorhead on Sept. 3, 1973, in Big Spring. She was a housewife and Baptist.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd M. Moorhead; parents, Charles and Ruby McLyea; and a grandson, Clifford Allen Lair.
She is survived by her son, Jimmy Clifford Lair and wife Vera of Odessa; and a grandson, Brian Lair of Odessa.
Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday, June 28, 2001, at Odessa Funeral Home Angeles Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Ramond Bugg officiating. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. today at Odessa Funeral Home.

Cameron Adams
FORT STOCKTON — Cameron Cade Adams, 3, of Fort Stockton died Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2001, at Pecos County Memorial Hospital in Fort Stockton.
Services will be at 10 a.m. today at First Christian Church with the Rev. Ernie Waggoner officiating. Burial will be at East Hill cemetery. Arrangements by Memorial Funeral Home.
He was born in Fort Stockton.
SURVIVORS: Parents, William Dean and Letisha Evans Adams of Fort Stockton; brothers, William Tyler Adams and Dawson Wade Adams, both of Fort Stockton; grandparents, Bill and Frances Adams of Fort Stockton, Cathy Adams of Monahans and Noel and Judy Evans of Franklin; and great-grandparents, Jack and Lorene Smith of Wickett and Jean Evans of Orange.
Nena Arredondo
KINGSLAND — Nena Marie Arredondo, 46, of Odessa, a homemaker, died Thursday, Aug. 9, 2001, in Odessa.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today at Lakeland Hills Memorial Park with the Rev. Elmer Holy officiating. Arrangements by Thomas Funeral Home.
She was born in Hobbs, N.M.
SURVIVORS: Sons, Ricky Arredondo and Anthony Arredondo, both of Odessa; father, J.D. Burns of Odessa; mother, Betty Burns of Denton; brother, Mark Burns of Dallas; sister, Celeste Lyons of Garland; and three grandchildren.
Dana Bozarth
LAMPASAS — Dana Dayle Tubb Bozarth, 61, of Hurst, a retired schoolteacher, died Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2001, at Harris HEB Hospital in Bedford.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Ed Adams officiating. Burial will be at Oak Hill cemetery. Arrangements by Dodson Funeral Home.
She was born in Levelland and had been a resident of Odessa. She was Baptist.
SURVIVORS: Husband, Hal Curtis Bozarth of Hurst; sons, Douglas Walter Williams of Goliad, David Wade Williams of Hurst and Scott Bozarth of Bedford; daughter, Phyllis Chapa of Bedford; brother, Francis H. Tubb of Alvin; sister, Lynn Farmer of Millin; and three grandchildren.
Elizabeth Johnson
ODESSA — Elizabeth M. Johnson, 76, of Odessa, a retired sales representative for Sears, Roebuck and Co., died Thursday, Aug. 9, 2001, at Medical Center Hospital.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Antioch Christian Church. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
She was born in Gunnison, Colo., and moved to Odessa in 1962.
SURVIVORS: Sons, Steven E. Johnson of Kettle Falls, Wash., Stanley E. Johnson of Topeka, Kan., and Wade “Cody” Johnson of Sagle, Idaho; daughter, Katherine Kernodle of Omaha, Neb.; brother, Clarence E. Skellenger of Ridgefall, Wash.; sister, Marie Skellenger of Ridgefall; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

She was born in San Carlos, Mexico, and was a lifelong resident of Pecos. She was Catholic.
