LEWISPORT - Elmer Eugene Cooper, 80, of 602 Market St., Lewisport, died Friday, Dec. 30, 1994, at his home. He was born in Hancock County, was an Army veteran of World War II and had worked at American Olean Tile Co. for nine years. Survivors include a son, Randy L. Early of Lewisport; two grandsons, Brian S. Early and Kevin D. Early, both of Owensboro; a sister, Mrs. Willie (Dolena) Schafer of Jasper, Ind.; and several nieces and nephews.
Services are at 11 a.m. Monday at Taylor-Raymond Funeral Home in Lewisport. Burial will be in Lewisport Cemetery. Visitation is after 4 p.m. Sunday and before services Monday at the funeral home. The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the American Cancer Society. Memorial contribution envelopes are available at the funeral home.

Johnny H. Cooper
FORT WORTH - Johnny H. Cooper, 60, a wood cutter, died after a heart attack Tuesday in Decatur.
Funeral: 2 p.m. today at Mount Olivet Funeral Home.
Burial: Mount Olivet Cemetery.
Mr. Cooper was born in Slidell.
Memorials: Springdale Baptist Church, 3016 Selma, Fort Worth 76111.
Survivors: Wife, Charlene Cooper of Fort Worth; son, Johnny Allen Cooper of North Richland Hills; three daughters, Cathy Seifert and Becky Pulliam, both of Haltom City Libby Hall of Haslet; foster son, Billy Hamilton of Haslet; three brothers, all of Decatur, A.B. Cooper, Douglas Cooper and Kenneth Cooper; five sisters, Nova Barnes of Pine Prairie, La., Rita Godwin of Arlington and Veda Sherman, Ima Ruth Sherman and Bobbie Rhine, all of Decatur; and nine grandchildren.

COOPER, JESSIE, 83, of Seminole, died Monday (Dec. 19, 1994) at Northside Hospital, St. Petersburg. She came here in 1980 from her native Yonkers, N.Y., where she was a bank manager. She was a member of Brandeis University Women's Association and Women' American Organization for Rehabilitation through Training. Survivors include two brothers, Frederick Cooper, Las Vegas, and Nathan Cooper, Phoenix; and several nieces and nephews. David C. COOPER, DOROTHY F., 85, of Clearwater, died Tuesday (Dec. 6, 1994) at Westchester Gardens, Clearwater. She was born in Washington, D.C., and came here in 1971 from Silver Spring, Md. She was credit supervisor for Central Charge Services, Washington. She attended St. John Episcopal Church, Clearwater. Survivors include two sons, Robert M., Indianapolis, and William T., Clearwater. Moss-Feaster Funeral Homes, Belcher Road Chapel, Clearwater.

Adrian Neal Cooper
HARTFORD - Adrian Neal Cooper, 74, of 213 W. Walnut St., Hartford, died Friday, Dec. 2, 1994, at Owensboro-Daviess County Hospital. He was born in Ohio County and had lived there most of his life. He was a retired electronic technician from General Electric Co., Owensboro; was a veteran of World War II, where he served in an Army commando unit attached to the 5th Air Force; and he was a member of the Hartford Christian Church. He was preceded in death by his mother, Edith Lee Fulkerson in 1921; his father, John Oval Cooper in 1963, and a sister, Clorence Calloway in 1962.
Survivors include his wife, Rudell Ward Cooper; a son, Gregory Neal Cooper of Hartford; a daughter, Marla Kay Bertram of Glasgow; two grandsons, Jonathan N. Cooper of Tampa, Fla., and Paul B. Bertram of Glasgow; two granddaughters, Abby Jane Cooper and Sara Lynn Cooper, both of Tampa; and three stepgrandchildren, Holie Buchanon of Bowling Green, and Brad Bertram and Phillip Bertram, both of Glasgow.
Services are at 2 p.m Sunday at Miller-Schapmire Funeral Home, Hartford. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation is from 4 to 9 p.m Saturday and 9 a.m. until services Sunday at the funeral home.

Nora F. Cooper 94, of Beardstown, formerly of Virginia and Jacksonville, died Friday at Myers Nursing Home, Beardstown.
Survivors: a son, Everett K. "Bud" Cooper of Claremont, Calif.; two daughters, Anna R. Troxell of Ashland and Mary C. Black of rural Jacksonville; 18 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.
Graveside services: 1 p.m. Monday, Walnut Ridge Cemetery, Virginia.
Massie-Buchanan Funeral Home, Virginia, is in charge of arrangements.

JACK COOPER, 36
WATERFORD Jack Cooper, 36, of Fonda Road died Tuesday at Leonard Hospital, Troy.
Mr. Cooper was born in Kingston and educated in Mount Upton, Chenango County. He lived in the Kingston-Catskill area for most of his adult life and in Waterford for more than two years.
He owned and operated Jack Cooper's Seal Coating Co. for 15 years, until the onset of his illness seven years ago.
He was a member of the Waterford United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Shirley ''Amey'' Ciufo Cooper; his mother, Frances Cutting Cooper of Cairo; three brothers, Dennis Cooper of Cairo, Dean Cooper of Morris, Otsego County, and Rodney Cooper of Hudson; and three sisters, Lottie Cooper of Freehold, Lydia Cooper of Cairo and Denise Marin of Waterford.
A service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Finn-Thyrring Funeral Home, 156 Saratoga Ave., Waterford.
Burial will be in Wiltwyck Rural Cemetery, Kingston.
Calling hours will be 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday in the funeral home.
Contributions may be made to the Albany Medical Center Dialysis Unit, New Scotland Avenue, Albany, NY 12208.

COOPER, DOUGLAS R., 54, of St. Petersburg, died Tuesday (Dec. 26, 1995) at Columbia Edward White Hospital, St. Petersburg. Born in Carroll, Iowa, he came here in 1983 from Des Moines, Iowa. He was an auto parts salesman and an Air Force veteran. He was a Catholic. Survivors include his wife, Sharon Larsen-Cooper; two daughters, Kelli Hyde and Elizabeth Cooper, both of Storm Lake, Iowa; three stepsons, Lance Larsen, Des Moines, and Larry and Tadd Larsen, both of St. Petersburg; a brother, Barry Cooper, Duluth, Minn.; and a grandson. E. James Reese Funeral Home and Crematory, Seminole.

KELLA EDDY COOPER
Kella Eddy Cooper passed away December 25, 1995, after 86 years of a most productive and giving life.
She was born May 25, 1909, in Hibbing, Minnesota; received her RN and worked tirelessly caring for others until she met and married Dr. Randall E. Cooper in 1931. After Dr. Cooper's death in 1961, she developed a new career direction and for 20 years functioned as house/dorm mother at numerous colleges and universities in Texas and California.
Kella is survived by all five children: Larry G. Cooper of Austin, Nancy Duggan of Redding, California, Douglas Cooper of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Dennis Cooper of Kailua, Hawaii, and Ran Cooper Jr. of the Lake Buchanan Dam area and their families including numerous grandchildren and great- grandchildren.
She is also survived by her sisters, Harriet Nichols and Verna Barich of Arizona; and a brother, Warren Eddy of Los Angeles, California.
Memorial services will be scheduled at a later date.

owner and operator of Cooper's Fabrics
MRS. COOPER, 411 W. Woodward Ave., Eustis, died Monday, Dec. 18. She was owner and operator of Cooper's Fabrics in Mount Dora. Born in Rome, Ga., she moved to Central Florida in 1955. She was a member of Community Chapel First Church of God, Mount Dora. Survivors: sons, James C., Eustis, Vernon D., Palos Hills, Ill., Neal L., Gainesville, Va.; daughters, Virginia Benskin, Tarzana, Calif., Glenda Lewis, Hawaii; sister, Norine Scordas, Chattanooga, Tenn.; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren. COOPER, MILTON A., 72, of Palm Harbor, died Sunday (Nov. 26, 1995) at Columbia New Port Richey Hospital. He was born in Philadelphia and came here in 1987 from Cherry Hill, N.J. He owned retail, wholesale and service electronics outlets. His memberships included Light of Christ Catholic Church and its Good Samaritans club, Clearwater; and Cove Cay Country Club and Moose Lodge 1429, Tarpon Springs. He was an Air Force veteran of World War II and a recipient of a Distinguished Flying Cross and oak leaf cluster and an Air Medal and oak leaf cluster. Survivors include his wife, Mildred; two sons, Roo W., Tampa, and Mitchell Alfred, Leander, Texas; two daughters, Lori Leigh Cooper, Winter Park, and Lynne Bowden, Cookstown, N.J.; five grandchildre n; and three great-grandchildren.
