CHARMIE WARREN DALTON
PULASKI - Charmie Warren Dalton, age 77 of Pulaski, Born January 9, 1927 in Grayson County, Va., she was the daughter of the late Artie Lee Riddle Warren and M.H. Warren. She was a member of the Jordan’s Chapel United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in Cemetery with the Rev. Martha Yeomans officiating. There will be no visiting at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of donations to the Alzheimer’s Association 2728 Colonial Avenue, S.W. Suite #2 Roanoke, Va. 24015 or to any local Pulaski Charity. Arrangements by Thomas M. Seagle & Sons Funeral Home, Pulaski.

BILLIE CAROLYN THOMPSON GRAVLEY
PULASKI – Billie Carolyn Thompson Gravley, age 59 of 225 Eleventh Street N. W., Pulaski Born Sept. 6, 1945 in Pulaski County she was the daughter of the late Lee Wysor and Elsie Louise Rakes Thompson.

She was formerly an employee of Hardee’s (Pulaski) with over 7 years of service.

Surviving are: her husband of 40 years, Roger Wayne Gravley, Pulaski; sons, Ronnie Gravley, Pulaski, Donnie Gravley, Pulaski; brother, Lee Thompson, Lindside, W. Va.; sister, Joyce Cregger, Pulaski; nieces, Donna Thompson, Peterstown, W. Va., Joan Blankenship, Salem, Debbie Dickerson, Pulaski, Carol Martin, Pulaski, Karen Mabry, Pulaski; nephews, John Dickerson, Pulaski, Daron Dickerson, Pulaski, Everett Mann, Pulaski, Irvin Mann, W. Va.; sister-in-law, Lois Thompson, Lindside, W. Va.; numerous great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday at the Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski with the Rev. Jim Argenbright officiating. Cemetery (Dugspur).

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday evening at the Bower Funeral Chapel, 1631 Bobwhite Blvd., Pulaski.

CLARICE NEELY DAVIS
LITTLE CREEK – Clarice Neely Davis, age 78, of Bland County “Little Creek” Community death by her husband Louis Baxter Davis and three brothers and one sister.

Surviving are: daughters and sons-in-law, Elaine and James Chandler, Linda and Earl Adams, all of Pulaski; sons and daughters-in-law, Louis and Patricia Davis, of Little Creek, Terry and Debra Davis, Bland; sister and brother-in-law, Audrey and Weaver Rogers, of Bradenton, Fla.; grandchildren, Jamie Hatcher, Julia Davis, Benjamin Davis, Albert Davis, Laura Adams, and Jason Adams; great-grandchild, Briana Fields.

Cemetery. The family received friends at Grubb Funeral Home Wednesday from 6 to 7:30 p.m. and they will receive friends at the home of Mrs. Davis anytime. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Little Creek Volunteer Fire Department or to the Goshen United Methodist Church.

Grubb Funeral home is in charge of arrangements.

CLAUDE LAMBERT
PULASKI – Claude Lambert, age 84 of 3107 Schrader Hill Road, Pulaski Born April 23, 1920 in Morehead, Kentucky he was the son of the late Doc and Minnie Moore Lambert.

Surviving are: his wife, Maxine Lambert, Pulaski; sons, Claude Waylan Lambert, Pulaski, Lewis Lambert, Belleville, Mich.; daughters, Pat Smith, Pulaski, Virginia Riedel, Philadelphia, Pa.; daughter-in-law, Jane Lambert, Pulaski; sons-in-law, George Riedel, Philadelphia, Pa., A. J. Smith, Pulaski; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at the Bower Funeral Chapel, 1631 Bobwhite Blvd., Pulaski from 5 – 7 p.m. Wednesday evening. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at the Lane-Stucky-Gray Funeral Home, Morehead, Ky.

LOUIS WILLIAM HICKS
PULASKI - Louis William Hicks, age 57 of Pulaski, Born October 6, 1947 in Kansas City, MO, he was the son of the late Frances Phillips Hicks and John Earl Hicks. He was a former employee of Pulaski Furniture Corporation. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in interment at 2:00 p.m. . Arrangements by Thomas M. Seagle & Sons Funeral Home, Pulaski.

WILLIAM STUART REYNOLDS
BARREN SPRINGS – William Stuart “Tootsie” Reynolds, age 76, of Barren Springs, born in Pulaski County Nov. 27, 1927, son of the late William Lawrence and Jenny Lou Bratton Reynolds. He was preceded in Interment will follow in the Swecker died Wednesday evening August 17, 2005 in Pulaski Community Hospital. death by his wife, Kathleen S. Quesenberry, 2 sons; Donald Gene Quesenberry, & Billy Roy Quesenberry 3 sisters; & 2 brothers.

He is survived by 2 sons; Dennis G. Quesenberry & Harless G. "Sonny" Martin both of Pulaski: 3 sisters; Janette "Jan" Akers of Pulaski, Mrs. Lula Powers, & Mrs. Anna King, both of Virginia Beach: 2 sisters-in-law; Pat Quesenberry, of Urbana, Ohio, & Donna Quesenberry of Radford. Also survived by 12 grandchildren & 17 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Monday August 22, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at Thomas M. Seagle & Sons with the Rev. Weston Guthrie officiating. passed away Thursday, August 18, 2005 at the NRV Medical Center.
Arrangements are pending at the Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski.

ROY ARTHUR QUESENBERRY
PULASKI – Roy Arthur Quesenberry, 88, of Pulaski born in Bluefield, West Virginia in 1932 death. Frank lived his life in the mountains of Virginia and the other half in the Tidewater area of Virginia. He was a veteran of the United States Army.

Surviving are: his son and daughter-in-law, Frank and Paula Pennington, III; daughters and son-in-law, Deborah Pennington Brett, Betty and Robert Richards II; brother, Fred Pennington; half-brothers, Jesse Pennington, Frank Pennington, James Lydick; half-sister, Deborah Warner; seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday at the Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski with Robert G. Richards officiating. passed away Friday, August 12, 2005 at the Manor Care Nursing Home in West Palm Beach, FL. Mr. Slone was death by his loving wife, Agnes Marie Slone and a son, Glenn H. Slone.

Survivors include a son, Aaron J. Slone, Jupiter, FL; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mary Layne of Kentucky.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 20, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Rev. Ray Slone officiating. Interment will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin where members of VFW Post #776 will conduct military graveside rites. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Association, National Headquarters, 70 East Lake Street, Chicago, Illinois 60601-9971.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m Friday August 19,2005 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford.
