Perrigo, Vero Beach, FL and Lake Geneva, WI, James E. "Peter" (Sue) Freytag, Bloomington, IL; 9 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

(Nee Stelzer). Wife of James for 42 years. Mother of Daniel, David, Duane and Jannine. Grandmother of Catherine and Stephen. Sister of Dale Stelzer. Departed on Sept. 27th at 1:20 PM. Her family expresses their deep gratitude for the joy she gave. Her spirit will always remain with those she touched. A memorial is scheduled for Sun. Hernandez, Joseph
Age 77, of Waukegan, IL. Passed away September 29, 1999 at Victory Lakes Continuing Healthcare Center in Lindunhurst, IL. Born October 26, 1921 in San Antonio, TX, Mr. Hernandez was a member of St. Anastasia Church in Waukegan and had done volunteer work at Holy Family East Church. He had attended Moler Barber School in 1937 and had worked as a barber at the Navy Exchange at Great Lakes to 41 years, retiring in 1989. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy 1942-1945. He is survived by four children, Joseph Hernandez, Santa Rosa, CA, Enrique (Yvonne) Hernandez, Santa Rosa, Laura (John) Zolecki, Milwaukee, Gloria (Joel) Hartwig, Oconomowoc; two sisters, Mary Gonzales of Waukegan, Ofelie Hernandez of Waukegan, one brother, Albert Hernandez of Waukegan; 9 grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, Enrique, Eulalia (Lola); 1 sister, Maria Hernandez. Funeral Services will be held at 10 AM Monday, October 4, 1999 at St. Anastasia Church, 624 Douglas St., Waukegan with Father, Terrence A. McCarthy officiating. Interment Ascension Cemetery, Libertyville. Visitation 2-6 PM, Sunday at the

(Nee Kandler) Age 80 years. September 30,1999. Preceded in death by her husband Ray and her son Mark. Beloved mother of Ted (Pamela) Howland. Dear mother-in-law of Beth Howland. Steven was a roto engraver for Milprint Inc. of Milwaukee for over 39 years, retiring in August of 1980. Beloved husband of Beatrice F. (Nee Koeppen). Cherished father of Carol Jean (Steven) Dwyer of Nebraska and Steven Knoll of New York. Dear father-in-law of James Latzel of the Town of Polk. Loving grandfather to five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Futher survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his parents, Albert (Catherine Nowicki) Nowacki, one daughter, Nancy Lee Latzel, and nine brothers and sisters. Funeral Services will be on Sun., Oct. 3, 1999 at 4 PM at Wisconsin Memorial Park - Chapel of the Chimes. Rev. Henry J. Galas of Holy Name of Jesus Parish will be officiating. Interment will be on Mon., Oct. 4, 1999 at 10 at Wisconsin Memorial Park. Visitation will be on Sun., Oct. 3 from 2 PM until the time of Service in the Chapel of the Chimes.
