Peacefully on Saturday July 14, 2001 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa at the age of 60. Former husband and friend of Sue Franklin. Loving father of Brad Franklin and his wife Gail, Chris Franklin, and Michelle and her husband Don McBride. Loving Papa of Ryan, Nathan, Dillon, Jesse, Jonathan, Robert, James, Tytan and Maya. Friends may call at the Armstrong Funeral, 124 King Street East, Oshawa, on Tuesday July 17th from 7 - 9 pm. A Funeral service will be held on Wednesday July 18th at 9:30 am in the chapel of the funeral home. Interment MOUNT LAWN Cemetery, Whitby. Memorial donations made to the Oshawa Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.

Fondly remembered by her five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Resting at the Low and Low Funeral Home, Uxbridge 23 Main Street South on Tuesday, July 17, 2001 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass to be held on Wednesday 11 a.m. at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church. PARTRIDGE, Thomas (Tom) A.
On Saturday, July 14th, 2001, after a courageous battle with cancer, Tom passed away with his family by his side at the Sunnybrook Health Science Centre. He will always be loved by his wife Dian, his son David and wife Cora, his brothers Jim and wife Lynda, and Brian and wife Maxine, as well as his mother-in-law Mimi. Tom will be incredibly missed by his many nieces and nephews, family members, friends, and those who knew him as the owner of the Village Library and Book Shop over the last 35 years. Predeceased by his loving parents, Harry and Jean Partridge. A funeral service will be held at St. George's Anglican Church (Pickering Village/Ajax, Ontario), Kingston Road (Hwy. 2) at Randall Drive (just west of Church Street on the south side of Hwy. 2 in Ajax) on Tuesday, July 17, 2001 at 2 p.m. Interment to follow at Duffin Meadows Cemetery in Pickering. Flowers may be sent to McEachnie Funeral Home, 28 Old Kingston Rd., Pickering Village, Ajax, ON, L1T 2Z7. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.

At Lakeridge Hospital in Bowmanville on Saturday, July 14, 2001 in her 81st year. Daughter of the late James and Anne Ronaldson. Wife of the late Thomas Staples Tester. Loving mother of Penny Finney and Thomas Tester. Loving grandmother of Tanya, Tammy, and Tommy. Sister of Manny and Elsie, and the late Bill, Margaret, Ann, and Jim. Retired employee of General Motors of Canada after 36 years of dedicated service. Passed away at his home in Port Perry on Friday July 13, 2001 in his 70th year. Gordon Campbell beloved husband for 58 years of the late Lily Campbell (Dec. 30, 2000) formerly of Toronto and Ajax in his 80th year. He is survived by one daughter Heather and her husband Ralph McKeown of Neustadt, two grandsons Gordon and his wife Jennifer of Texas and Henry of Toronto, onesister Eileen Kee of Toronto, one brother in law Cameron McCrudden, one niece Dierdre McCrudden both of Ajax and one nephew Ian Douglas and his wife Lori of Toronto. Mr. Campbell was employed for many years with McKague Chemicals and the LCBO. Friends may call at the Garrett Funeral Chapel in Neustadt (1-519-799-5760) on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9pm.
