(Member of R.C.L. Branch 258 West Hill) (Retired Manager of Midas Muffler for 37 years). (Current Employee of Marvin Starr Pontiac Buick Cadillac). Peacefully at the family residence on Sunday, February 22, 2004. Don, in his 72nd year. Beloved husband of Josephine and the late Jutta. Dearly loved brother of Lorraine, Irvin, Bill, Raymond and the late Barbara and Winston, and brother-in-law of Donald Rouse. Don was a loving uncle to his many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. He will be missed by his dear family and his many friends. Funeral Mass at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, 200 Morrish Road, Highland Creek on Thursday, February 26, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. Donations to Palliative Care at Scarborough General Hospital 7th Floor would be appreciated by the family.

(Former member of Evangel Pentecostal Church; Retired 36 year employee of General Motors of Canada) Gone to be with his Lord and Saviour on Sunday, February 22, 2004, Len, in his 76th year. Loving and devoted husband of Joyce (nee McLean) for 56 years. Dear father of Douglas and his wife Vicky of Oshawa, Neil and his wife Sandra, Judy and her husband Dale Howe, all of Port Hope, Bruce and his wife Dorothy of Orono, Grant of Pickering and Timothy and his wife Kelly of Oshawa. Fondly remembered by his grandchildren Amanda, Craig, Jason, Blake, Matthew, Mark, Thomas, Stewart, Melissa, Michelle and Mackenzie, Noah, Luke, Hannah and great-grandchild Madison. After a long and courageous battle, in her 87th year, at Thorntonview Nursing Home, Isobel was called home by the Lord on February 21, 2004. Loving mother of David. Predeceased by her sons Carl, Jimmy, and Allan. A wonderful grandmother of seven grandchildren, and five great grandchildren. A family service was held at THE ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME, 124 King St. E., Oshawa on February 24, 2004 followed by Interment at Oshawa Union Cemetery. Charitable donations to the Muscular Dystrophy Association of Canada or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated by the family.

WALLRAFF, Werner Peter
Aged 55 years. (Life time farmer in the Hampton area.) Suddenly on Saturday February 21st, 2004. Beloved husband & best friend of Doreen for 33 years. Cherished father of Christina, Amy, Melanie & Kelly. Loving "Grampa" of Madison. He leaves behind his mother Alwine & the late Josef Wallraff. Proud grandfather of Matthew, Jessica, and Molly. Dear brother of Alice Sano-Teachout of Ann Arbor, MI. Pre-deceased by fatherJoseph, motherSakae, and brotherGeorge. He will be sadly missed by extended family and many friends. Born in Los Angeles, CA, Roy lived in Ann Arbor, MI prior to residing in Whitby, ON for 37 years.
