Carl Fuller, 74 of Pinsonfork, KY, passed away Monday, November 19, 2012 at the
Pikeville Medical Center.
He was born February 24, 1938 in Mingo County, WV the son of the late Jonah and
Wadie McClanhan Fuller. He was also preceded in death by one daughter, Opal Jeanene Fuller
and two sisters, Hedie Duty and Roberta Pleasant.
He was the owner of Fuller's Auto Parts and Wrecker Service, of the Pinsonfork Church
of God Faith and a veteran of the U. S. Army.
Survivors include his loving wife, Karen Justice Fuller of Pinsonfork, Ky.; daughter, Natasha Fields of Pinsonfork, Ky.; sons, Clell (Mary) Fuller of Taylorville, WV and Frankie
(Shirley) Fuller of South Carolina; brother, Clell Fuller of Ohio; sister, Chahalis Burke of Taylorville, WV; several grandchildren, several great grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
Funeral services will be held Friday, November 23, 2012 at 1 PM in the R. E. Rogers Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Lindsey Cornett officiating. Burial will follow in the Mountain
View Memory Gardens, Huddy, Ky. with Jerry Hurley, Tim Scott, Darrell Mounts, Richard
Bevins, Randall Tackett and Clell Fuller and serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will
be Jim Hunt, Sam Tackett and Mike Lambrose. Belfry Chapter #141 D.A.V. will conduct military graveside services.
Visitation will be held after 6 PM Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at the Funeral Home Chapel.

John Calvin "J.C." Young, 85 of Lawrenceburg, KY, formerly of Toler, KY, passed away
Friday morning, November 23, 2012 at his residence after a long illness.
He was born October 17, 1927 in Pike County, Ky. the son of the late Earl and Minnie
Smith Young. J. C. was a carman for the N. & W. Railraod for 46 years, were he was known as
Jake to all of his railroad comrades. He was a veteran of the US Air Force and a member of the First Baptist Church of Belfry.
Survivors include his wife, Loretta Young of Lawrenceburg, Ky.; son, Randy (Karen) Young of
Lawrenceburg, Ky.; daughters, Tami Young and Karen Young Harris both of Lawrenceburg,
Ky.; brother, Roger (Ida) Young of Indianapolis, IN; sister, Pauline Pinson of Goodlettsville,
TN; grandchildren: Leah Young (Tyler Allison), Dalaina (Nate) Bean, John Calvin Young II,
Miranda Young and Jonathan Young and great grandchildren, Nyah and Izabella Bean, Alexandra Allison, Emily and Carson Young and a host of nieces and nephews. J. C. was known as
"Pops" to all of his grandchildren and as "Uncle Bub" to his nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at 1 PM at the Mountain
View Memory Gardens, Huddy, Ky. with Don Pinson and Virgil Lockard officiating with burial
to follow with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
The family request that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Belfry Chapter #141 Disabled American Veterans, PO Box 152, Delbarton, WV 25670.

Loraine Skeens, 82, of Belfry, KY, passed away Saturday,
November 24, 2012 at the Pikeville Medical Center.
She was born September 7, 1930 at Belfry, Ky. the daughter of
the late Feldon and Bessie Murphy Layne. She was also preceded in
death by a brother, Feldon Layne Jr.; a sister, Charlene Hatfield and
brother-in-laws, Fred Hatfield and Millard Bevins.
She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church of Belfry.
Survivors include her husband, Oscar Skeens Jr. of Belfry, Ky.; son, Freddie Keith
McCoy of Belfry, Ky.; daughter, Belinda (Johnny) Williamson of Canada, Ky.; brother, Rudolph (Pauline) Layne of Belfry, Ky.; sister, Loretta Bevins of Belfry, Ky.; grandchildren, John
(Shelly) Williamson, Issac (Amanda) Williamson and Wendi Cook; great grandchildren, Mason
Keith Washington and Ramzee Lace Cook and a host of family and friends.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at 2 PM in the R.E. Rogers
Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Mark Helton and Brother Bob Norman officiating. Burial
will follow in the Mountain View Memory Gardens, Huddy, KY, with John Williamson, Isaac
Williamson, Mason Washington, Jimmy Bevins, Gary Layne and Justin Blackburn serving as pallbearers.
Visitation will be held after 4 PM Monday, November 26, 2012 in the R. E. Rogers Funeral Home Chapel.

Rhonda Sue Varney, 45, of Belfry, KY, passed away Friday November 23, 2012, at Pikeville Medical Center. She was born March 12, 1967, in Williamson, W.V. the daughter of the
late Douglas McArthur and Barbara Gail Amburn Smith.
She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her husband; Lonnie James Varney Jr.; daughter, Leslie Marienda
Varney of Morehead, Ky.; two sons, Kasey James Varney of Cadiz, Ky. and William Kenneth
Varney of the home; one sister, Rebecca Sue Roberts of Atlanta, Ga.; one grandchild on the
way and a host of loving family and friends.
Memorial services will be held at 1 PM Saturday, December 1, 2012 at Williamson Area
Church of Christ with Troy Roach officiating.

Terri Diane Henson Reed, 54, of Toler, KY, went home to be
with her Lord on Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at the Pikeville Medical Center.
She was born October 21, 1958 in Pike County, Ky. the daughter of Edsel Henson Jr. of Sarasota, FL and the late Loretta Blackburn Henson.
Terri was a homemaker, a former employee of Wal-Mart, a
1976 graduate of Belfry High School and a member of the Belfry
United Methodist Church.
Other than her Father, Terri is survived by her husband, Paul Douglas Reed; son, Jonathan "J.P." Reed of Toler, Ky.; daughter, Traci Suzanne Reed of Toler, Ky.; brother, Steven
(Libby) Henson of Brokern Arrow, OK; a precious grandchild on the way; her puppy, Snowflake and a host of family and friends.
Funeral services will be held Friday, November 30, 2012 at 11 AM in the R. E. Rogers
Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Michael Stanley officiating. Burial will follow in the Reed
Cemetery, Turkey Creek, Ky. with Jonathan "J.P." Reed, Jason Justice, Keith Blackburn, Zack
Blackburn, Lindsey Goad and Joe Billiter serving as pallbearers.
Visitation will be held after 6 PM Thursday at the Funeral Home Chapel.

James "Pee Wee" Layne, 88 of Huddy, KY, went home to be
with his Lord, Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at his home.
He was born May 3, 1924 in Williamson, WV the son of the
late Dave and Peggy Mounts Layne. He was also preceded in death by five sisters and six brothers.
He was a retired carman for N & S Railroad, a member of the
First Baptist Church of Belfry for 60 years and a veteran of the U. S. Navy in World War II.
He is survived by his wife; Virginia Grubb Layne; two sons,
David (Lea) Layne of Bellevue, Ohio and Paul (Karen) Layne of
Rogersville, TN; two daughters, Linda (Terry) Carter of Valdosta, Ga.
and Liz (David) Burgett of Turkey Creek, Ky.; one brother; Mont Layne of South Bend, IN;
eight grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren; his pet dog, Max and a host of loving family and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 P.M. Sunday December 2, 2012 at R. E. Rogers
Funeral Home with Rev. Bob Norman and Brother Mark Helton officiating. Burial will follow
at Mountain View Memory Gardens, Huddy, Ky. with Grandsons and Family serving as pallbearers. Honorary Pallbearers will be His Sunday School Class.
Visitation will be from 4 P.M. till 8 P.M. Saturday night at the funeral home.

Roscoe "Rocky" White, 51, of Merrimac, West Virginia, passed
away Friday, November 30, 2012 at his residence.
He was born January 13, 1961 in Mingo County, West Virginia,
a son of the late Arthur and Magdeline Robinette White. Besides his
parents he was preceded in death by one sister, Vanessa White Rlussell
and one brother, Donnie White.
Roscoe was a retired coal miner having worked at Gunn Coal
and Tac & C. Energy and he was studying to be a Jehovah's Witness.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth Ann (Hayes) White; one son,
Timothy James White of Merrimac, West Virginia; two daughters, Vicky Lynn White and
Maggie Brooke White both of Merrimac, West Virginia; two brothers, Arthur (Diane) White Jr.
of Belo, West Virginia and Ira (Kathy) White of Merrimac, West Virginia; four sisters, Gladyss
(James) Robinette of Tenn., Rebecca Elaine (Chester) Roberts of Merrimac, West Virginia,
Debbie (Kermit) Murplhy of Rawl, West Virginia, and Carmalita (Ernest) Brown of Rawl, West
Virginia; one grandchild on the way: Special Nieces, Jessica and Amanda; Nephew, Adam. He
will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
Public Memorial Services will be held 1 P.M. Monday, December 3, 2012 at the Rogers
Funeral Home at Belfry, Kentucky with Larry Cope officiating.

Marji "Bunny" Blackburn 63, of Pinsonfork, KY passed away Saturday December 1,
2012 at Pikeville Medical Center.
She was born November 6, 1949 at Pinsonfork, KY to Foy Ann Ballou Pinson of Sun
City, AR and the late George Pinson. She is also preceded in death by one brother; Craig Pinson.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Wesleyan Church.
She is survived by her husband; Larry Blackburn, one son, Chris (Angie) Blackburn of
Concord, NC one brother; Jamie (Tina) Pinson of Drift, KY one sister; Andrea Rogers of Peoria, AR two grandchildren; Hope Blackburn and Tyler Balckburn of Concord, NC: God Son:
Ethan Copley of Lenore, WV and a host of loving family and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 PM Tuesday December 4, 2012 at R. E. Rogers
Funeral Home with Larry Pope and J. R. Blackburn officiating. Burial will follow at Rutherford
Cemetery, Huddy, KY with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
Visitation will be after 6 P.M. Monday at the funeral home with special services at 7 P.M. Monday evening.
