Crescent Springs' Charlotte Parker

Working at McDonald's for 20 years, Charlotte Ann Parker got to know the sound of her regular customers' voices.

Mrs. Parker was at the drive-through window of the Crescent Springs restaurant from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. every morning.

"She'd say, "OK, Jack, it's $1.42, ' or "How's it going Bob? That will be $1.86, ' " said Donald R. Parker, her husband of 43 years.
