Tessie Lorene Graham, daughter of Edward Eli Page and Blanche Leona (Reed) Page, was death by her parents, her husband, a son, Harold Wayne, one brother, Jackie Page, and a sister, Letha Wyer.
She is survived by two sons, Howard Graham and Hershel Lee Graham, both of Ava; three daughters, Thelma Clayton, Wasola, Terri Lynn Graham, and Lisa Marlene Lakey, both of Ava; 13 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. today (Thursday) in the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, with the Revs. Woody Coonce, and Oren Alcorn officiating. Cemetery.
Visitation was held from 6 to 7 p.m. in the funeral home.
Ralph Henry McColgan, 77

Ralph Henry McColgan, son of Harry McColgan and Iva (Summers) McColgan, was passed away on Jan. 29, 2006 in Springfield, at the age of 77.
Ralph was a resident of Mansfield for eight years moving from Wasola. He was a retired iron worker. He was a veteran and served his country with the U.S. Air Force. On July 6, 1979, Ralph and Sarah Horn were united in marriage in Birmingham, Ala.
Ralph was preceded in passed away Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2006, at his home.
He was married Muriel Renamae Sisson and this union was blessed with one son and two daughters.
On Aug. 21, 1944, he enlisted in the United States Navy where he proudly served his country until April 19, 1946.
Bill was a Christian and a member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
He was a skilled carpenter who enjoyed spending time in his workshop, discovering new ideas to create from wood. In earlier years, he enjoyed fishing and hunting, but his greater passion has always been playing bluegrass music. He was an accomplished and well-known musician, mastering several instruments. He had also played with several bands throughout the years. He especially enjoyed jam sessions with his many musical friends.
He was preceded in Cemetery. Full military honors were conducted by the American Legion Post 112 and VFW Post 5993.

Jonnie Allen Fletcher, 95

Jonnie Allen Fletcher 95, Republic, born on Sept. 3, 1909, to the late Thomas J. and Ellen J. (Daniels) Allen in Hammond, Mo. She was a lifelong resident of the area. She enjoyed cooking, quilting, and sewing. Jonnie enjoyed working in her yard and had the great ability to grow beautiful roses.
She was preceded in Funeral Service at Rivermonte with the Rev. Gary Griffin officiating. Burial will follow in Hazelwood born on Jan. 30, 1939, in Ava, and death by his parents, Benjamin Franklin Denney and Ethel Denney Hartley, one grandson, Matthew Adkins and one sister, Anna Lee Cornelson.
His survivors include one daughter, Carolyn Adkins and husband, Rocky, of Warsaw; three grandchildren, Rocky and Raquel Adkins both of Warsaw, and Jessica Adkins of Sedalia; one great-granddaughter, Madisyn Mabrey of Sedalia; two brothers, Ben and Sherman Denney, both of Ava; three sisters, Ruth Shumate and Ruby Graham, both of Ava, and Loetta Dugan of Lebanon; his ex-wife, Lura Denney, of Lebanon; good friends, Roy Dean Wilson and Mark Rice of Oklahoma, and Brian Fleming of Arkansas, good neighbors, the Hightower family and the Cantrell family, and many other relatives and friends.
Services were held Wednesday Feb. 15, at 2 p.m. at the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, with the Rev. Tom Johnson officiating.
Memorials can be made to the Cancer Treatment Center of America in Tulsa, Okla., in care of the funeral home.
Edith L. Ritter, 84

Edith Lorene Ritter, the daughter of Monroe Kunze and Myrtle (Haynes) Kunze, was born. Edith was a housewife, a loving mother and a farmer’s helper. She was a member of the Black Oak Flat Church. She was a 10-year member of the Star Workers Extension and enjoyed making quilts for her family.
Edith was preceded in Interment followed in the Dobbs Cemetery.
