Rev. Llewellyn M. (Lew) Heigham, 92

Llewellyn M. (Lew) Heigham, the son of William Hirst Heigham and Ella Amelia Ittner Heigham, was born. Rev. Heigham graduated from Oxon Hill High in Oxon Hill, Md. in 1927, as valedictorian, and Strayer College in Washington, D.C., also as valedictorian. He read for the Order under Bishop Louis Falk and was ordained deacon in 1981 and ordained priest in 1982. He served as priest at St. Francis Anglican until his retirement in 1995. Rev. Heigham moved to Ava in 1955 and was employed as accountant for Moore Poultry and Heath & Sons for many years. He and his wife were well known as the Bell Makers of the Back Acres, sending his ceramic bells all over the world. His wife, Naomi, did the hand painting on the bells. Rev. Heigham was preceded in born Dec. 18, 1919, in Rock Island, Ill., and departed this life Feb. 25, 2006, in Heart of the Ozarks Healthcare, Ava. Frances was 86 years old.
Frances attended school at Walnut Grove School in Illinois. On March 14, 1938, Frances and Neil Harold Johns were united in marriage in Davenport, Iowa, and to this union a daughter was death by her parents, one brother, her husband, Neil and her daughter, Mary Ellen.
She is survived by one brother, Donald Funk, and a sister, Rose Mary Schaffer, both of Savanna, Ill.; several nieces and nephews, and special friends, Shirley Riley, Peggy Williams, Lee and Marsha Aborn, all of Ava.
Graveside service was held at 2 p.m. Monday in the Ava born on July 17, 1936, in Kansas City, and departed this life on March 1, 2006, in rural Seymour, (Douglas County) at the age of 69 years.
Joan was a resident of Seymour for 13 years moving from Chicago, Ill.
She was a housekeeper. Joan loved to cook and read. She was a Christian.
She was preceded in passed away on March 16, 2006.
Madge was married Neil Warren on Oct. 24, 1954, in Troy, Kan. He survives in the home.
Additional survivors include sons, Tom Warren, Eagle Rock, and Tim Warren, St. Joseph; stepdaughter, Roxanne Clouse, Amazonia, Mo.; eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. today (Thursday, March 23) at the Church of Jesus Christ Latter-day Saints, Cameron.
Burial will be in Memorial Park born Dec. 29, 1914 at Sweden, Mo., and born. Clyde was a lifelong resident of the Ava area where he was a dairy and beef farmer. Clyde enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, cooking, and canning.
Clyde was preceded in interment following in the Ava passed away Thursday, April 13, 2006, in her Douglas County home.
She was death, she was near completion of her English degree at Drury University. Her next goal was to teach English in a rural Ozark setting.
Luann was an honor student at Drury, an avid reader, collector of books, an amateur painter, photographer, and lover of all living things, with a special love for cats.
Memberships include Daughters of the American Revolution, Carl Neiman Chapter, Ava, Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society, and Eastern Gate Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, John Randall Lea, of the home; three stepchildren, Elaine C. Lea and Clair E. Lea, both of Columbia, and Paul C. Lea, Nashville, Tenn.; a sister, Wanda Lavon Hutchinson and husband, Larry; a niece, Tammy Gunter and husband, Darryll, and children, Lindsey and Jonathan Mitchell; a brother, Hillis Lee Shortt and wife, Diann; a nephew, Ralph Hutchinson and wife, Melissa, and children Danne, Nathan, and Ethan.
She was preceded in Cemetery, under the direction of Adams Funeral Home, Ozark.
Marie Rose Rolfsmeyer, 82

Marie Rose Rolfsmeyer, daughter of James Lloyd Lancaster and Marie Jeannette Diehl Lancaster, was born. Marie was a Christian and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star in St. Louis.
Marie was preceded in Cemetery, Wentzville, with the Rev. Max Hemmela officiating. Services were under the direction of Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava.
