DOROTHY M. MELVIN WALSH, 78, of Middletown died Jan. 7 at Meridian Nursing and Rehabilitation, Red Bank. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she lived in New York prior to moving to Middletown 15 years ago. She was a retired bank teller for National Bank of North America, Port Washington, N.Y. She was a communicant of St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church, Red Bank. Her activities include playing bridge. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert S. Walsh in 1991. She is survived by four sons, Robert S. Walsh Jr. of Wales, Mass., Stephen C. Walsh of Long Branch, Joseph M. Walsh of Bradley Beach, and Daniel M. Walsh of Northport, N.Y.; her daughter, Barbara J. Blauvelt of Middletown; two sisters, Grace Ann Guarnera of Sacramento, Calif., and Jeannie Tonjes of Espanola, N.M.; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was offered at 10 a.m. at St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church, Red Bank. Memorial donations may be made to Jason Dreams, 20 Monmouth St., Red Bank 07701.

MARGARET "PEGGY" M. CLARK of Old Bridge died Dec. 24. Born in Harrison, she had lived there and in Newark before moving to Old Bridge 42 years ago. Mrs. Clark was office manager for Congregation Beth Ohr, Old Bridge, for more than 20 years before retiring in 1994 and previously had been an executive secretary at RCA, Harrison. She was a past Republican county committeewoman. She is survived by her husband of 46 years Francis M.; a son, Mark E. of Richmond Va.; a daughter, Denise Edgeworth of Freehold; four sisters, Ann Walsh of Toms River, Veronica Fulcher of North Arlington, Kathleen Roman of Closter and Helen Dolan of Red Bank; and five grandchildren. A funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church, Old Bridge, followed by interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, South Brunswick. Memorial donations may be made to the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center, Lung Transplant Center, 3400 Spruce St., Rhoads Pavilion, Philadelphia, PA 19104.

ANNA M. BELLINO, 68, of Howell died Dec. 31 at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune. Born in Jersey City, she had lived there before moving to Howell in 1997. She was a receptionist at St. Peter’s College, Jersey City, from 1978 to 1980. She was a communicant of St. Robert Bellarmine Roman Catholic Church, Freehold Township. She is survived by her husband, Raymond A.; three sons, Raymond Jr. of Jackson; Perry M. of Atlanta and John of Aimont, N.Y.; two daughters, Marie Heitner of Fords and Margaret Rooney of Tinton Falls; a sister, Phlecia Fitzpatrick of Maryland; and 10 grandchildren. The funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Robert Bellarmine Church, followed by interment at Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery, Arnytown.

CHRISTIAN M. RUSSO, 25, of Keyport died Dec. 31 in Glen Falls, N.Y. Born in Red Bank, he resided in Union Beach prior to moving to Keyport. He is survived by his father and stepmother, Louis and Doreen Russo of Middlesex; his mother and stepfather, Carol and Gerald Cohen of Keyport; three brothers, Louis T. Russo Jr. and Michael Russo, both of Keyport, and Zachary Russo of Middlesex; his stepsister, Kelly Ickes of Keyport; and his stepbrother, Paul Cohen of the East Keansburg section of Middletown. A funeral Mass was offered at Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, Union Beach, followed by entombment at Holmdel Cemetery.

JOAN T. McCUE, 52, of New York City, formerly of Monmouth County, died Dec. 14 at home. She was an artist for Kmart and Caperelli Inc. She was also an administrative assistant for the Sweitzer Gallery, the Wasserman Gallery and the Museum of Holography, New York City. She was a volunteer for The Thrift Shop of St. Vincent’s Hospital and the Senior Center of Old St. Patrick’s Cathedral, New York. She was a graduate of Red Bank Catholic High School and Rowan University, Glassboro. She also attended the graduate schools of Montclair State University, Upper Montclair, and Monmouth University, West Long Branch. She was a communicant of Old St. Patrick’s Church. Miss McCue is survived by her parents, Martin C. and Theresa M. McCue; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Peggy and Drew Correa of Fair Haven, Nancy McCue and Rick Theriault of Downingtown, Pa., and Christine and Jerry Potts of Medfield, Mass.; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Martin T. and Kathy McCue of Pittsford, N.Y., and Paul J. and Charlene McCue of Freehold; 11 nieces and nephews; and her companion, George Adriangi of New York City. A Mass of Christian Burial was offered at St. James Church, Red Bank. Memorial donations may be made to the Mental Health Association of Monmouth County, 59 Broad St., Eatontown 07724.

FRANK J. SLOVENZ JR., 67, of Holmdel died Dec. 27 at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel. Born in Red Bank, he had lived in Keyport before moving to Holmdel 38 years ago. He was an electrical engineer. He was a member of St. John’s Methodist Church, Hazlet. He was predeceased by a brother, Richard, in 2000. He is survived by his wife, Nancy; his father, Frank Slovenz of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; a son, Frank III of Eatontown; three daughters, Marylynn Furiato of Shrewsbury, Lisa Anna Slovenz of Grand Prairie, Texas, and Nancy Lee Slovenz of Holmdel; a sister, Diane O’Neill of Holmdel; five grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.

ANTHONY T. MAGARINO, 69, of Ocean Township died Jan. 15 at the Center for Hospice Care, Long Branch. Born in Long Branch, he resided in West Long Branch prior to moving to Ocean Township in 2001. He was the owner and operator of High Spot Barber Shop, Long Branch, for 38 years. He was a communicant of St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Church, Long Branch. He served with the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. He is survived by his wife, Carol Carelli Magarino of Ocean Township; three brothers, William Sr. of Red Bank, and Sam and Robert, both of Sparta; his sister, Josephine Chevalier of Long Branch; and several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial was offered at St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Church, Long Branch. Interment was at Woodbine Cemetery, Oceanport.

EDITH H. SCHLAGE HAHN, 81, of Tinton Falls died Jan. 29 at home. Born in Magdeburg, Germany, she came to the United States in 1927 and resided in New York prior to moving to Tinton Falls 35 years ago. She was a retired elementary school teacher at various schools in New York and New Jersey for several years. Prior to that, she was employed by Dow Chemical Co., New York, for several years. She was a member of the Luther Memorial Evangelical Lutheran Church, Tinton Falls. She was a member of Reach to Recovery of Monmouth County and the ASPCA of Monmouth County. Mrs. Hahn was predeceased by her husband, George V., who died in 1999. She is survived by two daughters, Janet Moran of Brick and Evelyn Sauer of Sayreville; a brother, Gerhardt Schlage of Rockaway, N.Y.; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several relatives in Germany. A funeral service was offered at Luther Memorial Evangelical Lutheran Church. Interment was at Fair View Cemetery, Middletown. Memorial donations may be made to Meridian Hospice, 615 Hope Road, Eatontown 07724; or Luther Memorial Evangelical Lutheran Church, 818 Tinton Ave., Tinton Falls 07724.

DOLORES G. DOMBROSKI, 73, of Shrewsbury died Feb. 2 at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. Born in Holmdel, she lived in Red Bank for 59 years prior to moving to Shrewsbury. She was a bank teller at PNC Bank, Red Bank, from 1956-94. Prior to that, she worked at Eisner’s, Red Bank; and operated her family’s Holmdel farm with her parents. She was a communicant of St. James Roman Catholic Church, Red Bank. She was predeceased by her husband, Louis V. Dombroski; her sister, Josephine Luccarelli; and her brother, Giovanni Greco. She is survived by her son, Victor Joseph Dombroski of Shrewsbury; two brothers, John Greco of Holmdel, and Daniel Greco of the Lincroft section of Middletown; and five sisters, Grace Sannelli and Carmena Van Leer, both of Lincroft, Mary Arnella of Colts Neck, Frances Sabia of Holmdel, and Sylvia Rago of Fair Haven. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 801 Broad St., Shrewsbury 07702.

EILEEN WALSH WILLIAMS, 75 of the Lincroft section of Middletown died Jan. 2 at her daughter’s home in the Wayside section of Ocean Township. Born in Jersey City, she lived in North Middletown for 25 years, prior to moving to Lincroft 10 years ago. She was a homemaker who was active in Luftman Towers, where she assisted in getting vital approvals passed. She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph Williams in 1976. She is survived by six daughters and five sons-in-law, Jennifer and Frank Lombardi of Wayside, Pamela and Steve Bertoncin of Middletown, Beth Ann Carll of Shirley, N.Y., Bernadette and Vlademir Yanefski of Aberdeen, Diane and Randall Parker of Belle Mead, Mary Ellen and Christopher Stoddard of Millstone, and Mary and John Meehan of Staunton, Va.; four sons and two daughters-in-law, Joseph and Cheryl Williams of Royston, Ga., John and Betty Williams of Chesapeake, Va., George Williams of Norfolk, Va., and Walter Williams of Middletown; her sister and brother-in-law, Mary and John Meehan of Staunton, Va.; her sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Ronnie and Bob Thomas of Chatham, N.Y.; 22 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. DOROTHY M. KEMPROWSKI MEYERS, 61, of Belmar died Feb. 2 at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. Born in Jersey City, she resided there until moving to Belmar three years ago. She was a cashier for Kmart, Wall Township, for one year. Prior to that, she was a custodian for the Jersey City Board of Education for 25 years, retiring 10 years ago. She was predeceased by her daughter, Elizabeth Ann Meyers, and her son-in-law, Robert O’Callahan. She is survived by her former husband, Joseph Meyers; her daughter, Catherine O’Callahan of Roselle Park; seven sons and four daughters-in-law, Joseph Meyers of Neptune City, Charles and Karen Meyers of Keansburg, Michael and Stella Meyers of Toms River, Keith Meyers of Ocean Grove, Kevin and Crystal Meyers of Jersey City, Mark and Ann Marie Meyers of Bayonne, and Shawn Meyers of Jersey City; two brothers, Frank Kemprowski of Red Bank, and John Kemprowski of Elberon; a sister and brother-in-law, Margaret and Jim Mack of Long Branch; 11 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral liturgy was held at St. Rose’s Roman Catholic Church, Belmar. Interment was at Bay View Cemetery, Leonardo section of Middletown. Memorial donations may be made to Deborah Hospital Foundation, New Jersey Region, P.O. Box 820, Browns Mills 08015.
