Pedone, John J. Jr., age 84, a long time resident of Bedford died Monday, April 14, 2008 at Field Home-Holy Comforter, in Yorktown
He was born in The Bronx the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Pedone, Sr.
He was married to Lucy (Astrologo) for over 60 years.
John was a Merchant Marine and then served in the U.S. Navy with the Seabees in the Pacific Theater during World War II .
He was employed by the NYC Department of Environmental Protection in Katonah, NY as an Auto Mechanic.
John is survived by his wife: Lucy Pedone, one daughter: Gail Nelson of Salt Lake City, UT and one son: Gary Pedone of Bethel, CT
Also survived by 4 grandchildren, one brother and one sister.
Friends may call at CLARK ASSOCIATES FUNERAL HOME, KATONAH, NY on Thursday from 2:00-4:00 & 7:00-9:00pm
A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday at 10:00 am at St. Patrick’s RC Church, Bedford
Burial will follow at St. Francis Cemetery, Mount Kisco.

Newlon, Suzanne J., on January 14, 2007 of Waccabuc, NY.
Beloved wife of the late Paul J.. Devoted mother of James M. III, Jeoff, and Joan M. Dodge. Dear sister of Joan Connelly. Also survived by 5 grandchildren. A Memorial Mass will be held on Wednesday, January 17th in St. Mary of the Assumption Church, 117 Valley Road, Katonah, NY 10536 at 10am.
For those who wish donations in her memory made be made to St. Mary's Church.

Pisarri, Mary, a 30 year resident of Somers, died August 26, 2007. She was born in Santa Caterina Albanese Italy on July 29, 1915. Mrs. Pisarri was a Sample Maker with Kay Windsor in New York City retiring in 1981. She is a member of the Somers Senior Citizens and Nutrition Center. She was the beloved matriarch of her family and will always be remembered for her gift of love. She is survived by her son, Emil Pisarri and his wife, Shirley of San Jose, CA; her daughters, Chris Browne of Somers and Rita Magnotta and her husband, Frank, also of Somers; her brother, Dr. Carlo Ippolito and his wife, Nina of Rockville Center, NY. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Vincent, in 1988. Friends may call at the Clark Associates Funeral Home, 4 Woods Bridge Road, Katonah on Tuesday for 2 to 5 and 7 to 9pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday August 29th in St. Joseph's Church, Croton Falls at 10am. Entombment in Gate of Heaven Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Putnam Hospital Center.

Murphy, Veronica M. age 67, a 30 yr resident of Somers, NY died Tuesday, December 25, 2007 at home.
Mrs. Murphy was born March 13, 1940 in the Bronx, the daughter of the late Frank and the late Ann Flannery.
She was a graduate of St. Barnabas High School and attended the College of New Rochelle.
She was a Regional Manager for Cigna in Elmsford, NY and was with the company for 19 years, retiring in 1997.
She is survived by two daughters: Virginia Murphy of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Christine Martin of Mahopac, NY.
Grandmother of Michael Francis Martin, Faith Theresa Martin and Daniel Joseph Martin all of Mahopac, NY.. Sister of Ann LaCasse of Ancram, NY and Frank Flannery of Shrub Oak, NY.
She was pre-deceased by her husband, Francis X. Murphy in October 1993.
Calling hours will be Thursday from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm and Friday from 2:00-4:00 & 7:00-9:00pm.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be on Saturday at 10:00 at St. Marys R C Church, Katonah.
Burial will follow at Gate Of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne.

Murtha, Francis Michael, 90, a resident of Katonah for 39 years. Died on Friday, August 17 at the Northern Westchester Hospital, Mount Kisco, NY.
He was born in Rome, NY on March 3, 1917 to Amos John and R. Loretta (Shanley) Murtha.
Occupation (before retirement): Consultant for the Industrial Training Industry.
Location of workplace: office at home Education: Bachelors of Arts College of the Holy Cross, Worcester, MA 01610 Masters of Education Syracuse University
He will be remembered for: (personal qualities, talents, interests) his whit, leadership and his ability to listen and offer encouragement to others.
His family: wife: Margaret Horan Murtha children: Michael Murtha, Stephen Murtha, Loretta Angus grandchildren: Kristina Miller and Jessica Angus and Daniel Edward Kane great grandchildren: Alyssa Monet Miller and Mikasa Elise Miller.

Deborah (Kunitz) Christensen
BORN: June 25, 1964
DIED: November 4, 2011
LOCATION: LaGrange, New York
Deborah (Kunitz) Christensen of LaGrange, NY passed away peacefully at home on November 4, 2011. She was surrounded by loved ones.
Debi was born June 25, 1964 and spent the last seven years living with ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease). Debi was a people person, a shopper and a creative spirit. With a huge smile and a quick laugh right to the end, she often made a debilitating disease look to be a small inconvenience. She was a huge inspiration to many people, a strong and loving mother, wife, daughter, sister and friend.
Although she worked for many years, her life was dedicated to her family and those that surrounded it. She was a volunteer in the Arlington School District, loved being a room mom for her children's classes and was an active Girl Scout leader.
She leaves behind her husband Keith of 19 years, her beautiful daughters Rylee (16) and Skylar (13), Mother Sylvia Kunitz, brother Martin Kunitz and sister-in-law Laura Pilkington as well as a large extended family and many friends. She will be truly missed.
Calling hours will be Monday, November 7th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 at Straub, Catalano & Halvey, 55 East Main Street, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590. There will be a memorial service at New Hackensack Reformed Church at 11am on Tuesday, November 8 at 1580 Route 376 in Wappingers Falls.

James N. Hunt
Born: November 26, 1946
Death: May 17, 2013
James N. Hunt of Fishkill, a retired heavy equipment operator passed away peacefully on May 17, 2013 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. He was 66.
Born on November 26, 1946 in Hampton, VA to the late Wilson S. Hunt Jr and Mary Jane Wallace Hunt.
James grew up in Fox Hill/ Hampton Virginia and proudly served 2 tours in the United States Army, one in Korea and one during Vietnam. He was an aircraft maintenance crewman and an Engineer equipment maintenance repairman. He received the Vietnam Service Medal and the Good Conduct Medal.
James loved race cars especially NHRA, growing his garden especially his tomatoes, camping and the good old outdoors.
Survivors include his devoted wife Nancy of Fishkill, Loving Children Bridget Caragine and her husband Bob of Hopewell Junction, PJ Hunt and his wife Anna of Yorktown Heights, Jimmy Hunt of Peekskill, Tyler Hunt of Fishkill, Ann Marie Lockwood and her husband James of LaGrangeville, Donald of Plattekill and Lorraine Giambrone and her husband Brett of Wallkill. Cherished grandchildren Krista, Katie, Dustin, Matt, Zach, Abigail, Jayjay, Aidan, Alex, Shawn, and Conor. His dear brother Wilson S. Hunt III and his wife Sharon of Kalamazoo, MI.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 20, 2013 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm at the Robert H. Auchmoody Funeral Homes, Inc., 1028 Main Street, Fishkill. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, at St. Mary, Mother of the Church at 11:30 am. Burial will follow in Fishkill Rural Cemetery with Military Honors.
