Lillian Deiso, age 86, died on November 6, 2008. Beloved wife of Jerry Deiso, her husband of 65 years. Devoted mother of Jerome Deiso and the late Joseph Deiso. Sister of the late Rocco, Joe, Phil and Rose. Cherished grandmother of Jason, Jessica, Andrew and Bradley. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Lillian was a true and steadfast friend to many and a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and aunt. She was a longtime member of the Rosary Altar Society and an active member of the Tuckahoe community. Friends may visit on Sunday and Monday 2-4 and 6-8 PM at WESTCHESTER FUNERAL HOME, INC., Eastchester. Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, November 11th at 10:30 AM at the Church of the Assumption, Tuckahoe, followed by interment at Holy Mount Cemetery.
DUNN, JAMES J.
James J. Dunn, of Yonkers and Florida, died November 5, 2008. He suffered a lengthy illness and passed peacefully into the loving arms of the Lord. Born in Yonkers, NY in 1923, James graduated from Commerce High School then served in the US Army in World War II and in the US Navy in the Korean conflict. He worked for Consolidated Edison for 38 years in gas operations. He was a founding member of the Lud-Dale Association and a 39 year member of the Bajart Post 1122 in Yonkers. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Jeannette; his daughters Linda and husband Jeff Hoerter, Cheryl and husband Justin McCarthy; his son James and wife Michelle Dunn; and, his five wonderful grandchildren Christopher Hoerter, Jennifer Dunn, and Robert, Thomas and Laura McCarthy. Nettie Ellingsworth (nee Sorochinski)- Nov. 1, 1925-Nov. 5, 2008. The beloved wife of Ralph J. peacefully returned to God Wednesday evening. Nettie and Ralph celebrated 61 years of marriage last August. She was a loving mother to Linda Antoniewicz (Atlanta) and son-in-law Wally. Her grandchildren Tracy (LA), Stephan (DC), and Christina (DC) will miss their extraordinary "Gammy." She loved her friends and family dearly and they returned it in full measure. FORD, HENRY L. "HANK"
Henry L. "Hank” Ford of Danbury, CT formerly of Mt. Kisco, NY died November 6, 2008 at Danbury Hospital, he was 74. Henry was born October 3, 1934 in Mt. Kisco, NY the son of the late Henry A. and Ethel (Hitchcock) Ford. He was a school bus driver and mechanic for the Bedford Central Schools, served in the US Army, He coached and played softball in the Mt Kisco Softball League and served as a coach, manager and past president of the Mt. Ki sco Li ttle League, he enjoyed bowling and was a member of the Danbury Moose Lodge. Henry is survived by his wife Gloria of Danbury, two sons and their wives Steven and his wife Elaine, Scott and his wife Dawn of Danbury, one sister Eleanor Leffort of Katonah, and four grandchildren Steven, Ashley, Scott, and Larissa. Friends may call at the Green Funeral Home 57 Main St Danbury, CT on Sunday from 4 00 to 8 00 PM, where a Funeral Service will be held Monday 11 30 AM. Cremation services will be held in private.

Kay S. Hirsch passed away peacefully on November 6th, surrounded by loving family. A service celebrating Kay's life will be held on Monday, November 10th at 10 AM at Congregation Kol Ami, 252 Soundview Avenue in White Plains.
KARCH, GREGOIRE
Born in Newark, NJ on February 21, 1913, Mr. Karch was the son of the late William H. and Myrtle Lucille Karch, and the husband of the late Cornelia Patteson Karch. Mr. Karch was a purchasing agent for Stepan Company and worked in Maywood, NJ. He was a graduate of Dartmouth College. He served in the Merchant Marine in World War II and received his Honorable Discharge from the US Coast Guard. For many years, he and his wife spent their winters in their home in Fort Myers, FL. Mr. and Mrs. Karch traveled extensively. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, November 9, 2008 at 2:00 PM in the Memorial Gardens at Irvington Presbyterian Church. In lieu of flowers, donations to Irvington Presbyterian Church, 25 North Broadway, Irvington, NY 10533 would be appreciated.
KELLY, GENEVIEVE M.
Genevieve M. Kelly of Dowling Gardens, Sparkill, NY died on November 5, 2008 at Nyack Hospital. She was 95. Genevieve was born on February 22, 1913 in Brooklyn, NY to Rosco and Madeline (Kane) Carey. She had lived in Sparkill for four years but had traveled between Rockland County and Florida. She was an active volunteer at St. Paul's School in Congers and very active with church functions in Florida and a volunteer reader in elementary schools in Florida. Genevieve is survived by her sons, Thomas and his wife Theresa of New City, Deacon John and his wife Lucy of Garnerville, Gerard and his wife Lynn of Bradenton, FL and daughter, Genevieve and her husband Charles DeBoyace of Lexington, NY; 11 grandchildren, Thomas Kelly, Eileen Schlegal, Dr. Theresa Kelly, John Kelly, Stephen Kelly, Kevin, Daniel, Brian, Sean, Charles DeBoyace and Carolyn Wheaton and five great-grandchildren, Katelyn, Joseph, Anya Joan, Stephen Michael and Colleen. She was predeceased by her husband of 50 years, Thomas in 1987; brothers, John and Roscoe and sisters, Madeline and Mary Agnes. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Michael J. Higgins Funeral Home in Stony Point. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10:15 AM in St. Gregory Barbarigo Church in Garnerville with burial to be on Thursday in Bay Pines National Cemetery in Bay Pines, FL.
