MILLER - SELL

Jodie Miller, of Elmira, NY and Brian Sell of North Wales, PA were happily married on Saturday, July 31, 2004. Father Robert MacNamara officiated the ceremony at Saint Mary Our Mother's in Horseheads, NY. The Bride is the daughter of Gary and Nancy Miller of Horseheads and granddaughter of Alfred Miller of Breesport, NY. Jodie received her undergraduate Honors diploma from SUNY Brockport in May of 2002, having majored in English. She received her graduate degree from Elmira College, just one month before getting married, having majored in General Education with a concentration in Literacy. After serving two years at Horseheads Middle School as an English Teacher, the new Mrs. Sell is currently working various substitute teaching positions in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA. The Groom is the son of Robert and Judy Sell of Horseheads and grandson of Alice Sell of Media, PA and J. Robert Sell of Lake Mary, FL. He received his Summa Cum Laude undergraduate degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, having majored in Chemical Engineering and is completing his second year with Merck & Co., Inc. in West Point, PA. The Matron of Honor was the Bride's sister, Dena McMurtry of Aurora, CO. Bride's attendants were the Bride and Groom's dear high school friends, Laurie Spencer of Horseheads and Kansass Holmes of Corning, NY. The Best Man was the Groom's brother, Michael Sell of Leesburg, VA. Groomsmen were college roommates and friends, Mark Savery of Duncan, OK and Greg Myers of Pawtuckit, RI. The reception was held at Celebrations in Slaterville, NY featuring Disc Jockey services from Jorge Visions of Ithaca, NY. Photography was captured by Vision Art by Denise of Auburn, NY. Thanks to Delta Air, the couple finally arrived in Jamaica to enjoy their honeymoon at Sandals Ocho Rios Resort. The happy couple returned to move into their new home and new life in Royersford, PA.

Jodie E. Miller and Brian K. Sell both of Horseheads, NY are to be married next summer. The Bride-elect is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gary Miller of Horseheads. She graduated in May of 2002 from SUNY Brockport's Honors Program, having majored in English with concentrations in Secondary English Education and Theater. She now attends Elmira College and will graduate this year. She has been teaching in the Horseheads Central School District for the past year. The Groom-elect is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Sell of Horseheads. He graduated Summa Cum Laude in May of 2003 from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, having majored in Chemical Engineering. He is now employed by Merck Research Laboratories of Merck & Co., Inc., in North Wales, PA.
