MORGAN - 50TH

Wilbur L. and Shirley A. Morgan of Elmira will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house from 2-4 p.m. at the Fassett Baptist Church on Sunday, June 19, 2005. The church is located on Rt 14 in Fassett, PA. Mr. Wilbur Morgan and the former Shirley Christopher were married June 19, 1955 at the Sylvania Church of Christ in Sylvania, PA. The couple have 4 children; Jennie Rae (John) Pratt of Georgia, Elda Sara Morgan of Massachusetts, Jessie Robert Morgan of NY and Neil Lee (Linda) Morgan of Texas. There are 6 grandchildren. Mr. Morgan retired from MacMillan Bloedel Container Co. after 37 years of service. Mrs. Morgan is medically retired from Arnot Ogden Memorial Hospital after 17 years of service.
