Born Oct. 30, 1928, in Williamson, Pa., he was the son of the late Statler E. and Olive M. Bitner Kriner.

In 1985, he retired from United Telephone Co. after 35 years of service. He and his wife owned and operated Bingham's Orchard's Inc. in St. Thomas.

He was a member of United Methodist Church, St. Thomas.

He was a member of George Washington Masonic Lodge 143, Chambersburg, Pa.; a 32nd degree Mason and member of South Penn Scottish Rite Club, Harrisburg Consistory; he held life membership in the St. Thomas American Legion Detrich-Brechbill Post 612; Charles M. Nitterhouse Post 1599 Veteran's of Foreign Wars; Chambersburg Club; Marine Corp.; Franklin County Horticultural Society; State Horticultural Association of Pennsylvania; AARP Chapter 3261; and BPOE.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Kriner; a daughter, Martina Fegan of Chambersburg; two sons, Douglas Kriner of Pensacola, Fla., and William Kriner of St. Thomas; a sister, Betty Malone of Chambersburg; and five grandchildren.

Services will be Monday at 10:30 a.m. at Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, 6492 Lincoln Way West, St. Thomas. The Rev. Paul Crawford will officiate. Burial will be in St. Thomas Cemetery, with military services conducted by St. Thomas Legion Honor Guard.

Memorial donations may be made to United Methodist Church of St. Thomas, Building Fund, 360 St. Thomas-Edenville Road, St. Thomas, PA 17252.

Raymond E. Stockslager Sr.

FAYETTEVILLE, Pa. - Raymond E. "Stocky" Stockslager Sr., 75, of 34 Fifth Ave., Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died Thursday, Dec. 3, 1998, at Shook Home, Chambersburg, Pa., where he was a resident for three weeks.

Born March 31, 1923, in Chambersburg, he was the son of the late Roy L. and Ruth R. Patterson Stockslager.

He was a courier for F&M Trust Co., Chambersburg, for 25 years, retiring in 1986. Prior to working at F&M Trust Co., he was a truck driver and office worker for Rotz Lumber in Chambersburg for 18 years.

He was a veteran of World War II, serving with the U.S. Army. He served with the 17th Airborne Division.

He was a member of Mount Pleasant United Brethren Church, Chambersburg, where he was a member of King's Sons and Daughters Sunday School Class.

He was a life member of Fayetteville Fire Co. Local 2840; National AARP; Charles M. Nitterhouse VFW Post 1599, Chambersburg; and Chambersburg Mall Walkers.

He is survived by his wife, Anna P. Butts Stockslager, whom he married July 4, 1959; two daughters, Doris J. McCleary of Fayetteville, Pa. and Barbara Clever of Greencastle, Pa.; two sons, Raymond E. Stockslager Jr. and David L. Stockslager, both of Fayetteville; two sisters, Esther Cook of Shippensburg, Pa., and Dee Sellers of Fayetteville; a brother, Kenneth Stockslager of Wyoming, Del.; 10 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Services will be Monday at 11 a.m. at Mount Pleasant United Brethren Church, 2509 Black Gap Road, Chambersburg, Pa. The Rev. Daryl M. Elliott and the Rev. Christopher T. Little will officiate. Burial will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Chambersburg.

The family will receive friends Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, Chambersburg. Visitation also will be Monday one hour prior to services at the church.

Memorial donations may be made to Mount Pleasant United Brethren Church Building Fund, 2509 Black Gap Road, Chambersburg, PA 17201; or American Heart Association, 225 E. King St., Chambersburg, PA 17201.

Lulu R. Crilley

QUINCY, Pa. - Lulu Ruth Yingling Crilley, 95, a resident of Quincy United Methodist Home and formerly of 10855 Bailey Springs Road, Waynesboro, Pa., Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died Friday, Dec. 4, 1998, at the home.

Born Nov. 16, 1903, in Littlestown, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Charles E. and Ruhamma Crumine Yingling.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Benton Crilley, in 1968. They were married May 13, 1927.

She attended Littlestown High School.

She was employed for a short time at Gettysburg Shoe Factory.

She was a member of Calvary Chapel Episcopal Church, Beartown, Pa., where she was the oldest living member.

She was a member of Joe Stickell American Legion Post 15 Ladies Auxiliary, Waynesboro. She was a volunteer for Blue Ridge Summit Fire Co., Blue Ridge Summit, Pa.; and for Meals-on-Wheels of Franklin County, Pa.

She is survived by four daughters, Mary E. Menges of Hanover, Pa., and Gladys V. Kriner, Fern L. Pryor and Henrietta S. Rowe, all of Waynesboro; three sons, Clarence "Jim" Crilley Jr. of Zullinger, Pa., Lorenzo E. Crilley of Waynesboro and Stanley L. Crilley of Fairfield, Pa.; 16 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a son, William Haugh in 1970; a stepdaughter, Hilda Byers in 1992; two sisters, Emma Zinn and Edna Laughman.

Services will be Monday at 11 a.m. at Calvary Chapel Episcopal Church, Beartown. Pastor Daphne Killhour will officiate. Burial will be in Calvary Chapel Cemetery, Beartown.

The family will receive friends Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Grove Funeral Home, 50 S. Broad St., Waynesboro.

Dorothy B. Borzager

Born Aug. 5, 1904, in Chambersburg, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Emmert L. and Mary Kunkle McClellan.

She was preceded in death by her husband, J. Russell Borzager Sr., in 1977. They were married Nov. 25, 1922.

She attended Chambersburg area schools.

She owned and operated Potomac Cut-Right Store, Waynesboro. After it was sold and renamed Corner Cut-Right, she continued to work there.

She was a member of BPOE Lodge 731 Auxiliary, Waynesboro; and a former member of Mount Vernon Chapter Order of Eastern Star, Waynesboro.

She is survived by eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a son, John R. "Butch" Borzager Jr. in 1989; an infant son; a granddaughter, Tana Kessinger in 1993; and two brothers, John McClellan and Emmert McClellan.

Services will be Monday at 2:30 p.m. at Grove Funeral Home, 50 S. Broad St., Waynesboro. The Rev. Charles B. Jessen will officiate. Burial will be in Green Hill Cemetery, Waynesboro.

The family will receive friends Monday one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.

Memorial donations may be made to Easter Seal Society, 34 Roadside Ave., Waynesboro, PA 17268.

Carol M. Reddie

In addition to her mother, she is survived by cousins.

Services will be Monday at 10:30 a.m. at Grove Funeral Home, 50 S. Broad St., Waynesboro. Father Luis Rodriguez will officiate. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Silver Spring, Md.

The family will receive friends Monday from 10 to 10:30 a.m. prior to the services at the funeral home.

Genevieve E. Yentsch

She was a 1946 graduate of Waynesboro High School.

She was a member of St. Andrew's Roman Catholic Church in Waynesboro.

She was a member of Harry D. Ziegler Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, Post 6319, in Greencastle, Pa., North Chapter 2977 of AARP in Waynesboro and National AARP.

She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Joseph H. Yentsch; two daughters, Connie I. Hollenshead of Waynesboro and Vicki A. Zeger of Greencastle; three sons, Joseph "Gary" Yentsch of Williamsport; Jeffrey L. Yentsch of Milton, Pa. and Alan C. Yentsch of Salisbury, Md.; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Frank W. Detrich and Charles A. "Junie" Detrich Jr.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 10 a.m. at St. Andrew's Roman Catholic Church, 12 N. Broad St., Waynesboro. The Rev. Thomas J. Hemler will be celebrant. Burial will be in St. Andrew's Cemetery, Waynesboro.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, from 7 to 9 p.m. at Grove Funeral Home, 50 S. Broad St., Waynesboro.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Lutheran Social Services, 2700 Luther Dr., Chambersburg, PA 17201 or to St. Andrew's School, 213 E. Main St., Waynesboro, PA 17268.
